I've been using shengli telecom internet service provider for around 1 year. Then for few months, i had discontinued the service. Lately i tried to renew my internet service by online payment of rs : 874.0 /- dated 04th feb 2018 using paytm option. But the local operator has terminated my connection (Cause : unknown) and provided reason that they have no further tie up with shengli telecom and hence cannot provide internet service to me. Further i got a call from shengli telecom, the paid amount (Rs. 874) will be reverted to me and they asked to me forward my bank details for the same. I forwarded them the bank details. I've been following up with them from past 1.5 months and over mails as well regarding the reversal of amount, but everytime they have been asking for few more days for payment reversal.
