Was taken internet connection from shengli telecom for 1 yr and subscription will be ended on 13th july 2020. But since last one month i am facing problems of discontinuity of internet connection several times. Also unavailability of internet for 2-3 days continuously.. For the same as i approached local isp provider in thane, he used abused language and threats to me and denied to do maintenance work in time. He spoke me that i don't have...

Hi,
I have paid the 1000 rupees while taking new connection in pune life republic society. And it was assured that 1000 rupees will be refunded at the time de installation and i am planning to discontinue since i am leaving the flat.
I have shared my account details 12 days back to the following mail id [protected]@shenglitelecom.com and also called to customer care number so many times but didn't get any proper...

I've been using shengli telecom internet service provider for around 1 year. Then for few months, i had discontinued the service. Lately i tried to renew my internet service by online payment of rs : 874.0 /- dated 04th feb 2018 using paytm option. But the local operator has terminated my connection (Cause : unknown) and provided reason that they have no further tie up with shengli telecom and hence cannot provide internet service to me....
