Shine City — Reg refund amount

My sangeeta tiwari-[protected] booked plot in shine city pole star2 in kanpur. Due to unavoidable condition i had cancelled my booking. Company had assured to me refund full money with in 60days 60days over on 01.08.16 but company had not refund my money. I have many time connected to mr gyan upadhya ([protected]) 20july month he say to me your cheque had been made i will be released tomorrow. I was again call to gyan date on 30 july he say to me after came from calcutta i will deposit your cheque in your account. Again today i was call to mr. Gyan ([protected]) & mr. R p singh ([protected]) but not given proper response. I have some urgent work so kindly released my cheque urgent basis.
