[Resolved] Shine.com — Account creation fraud

I did not create an account in shine, i keep getting fraudulent calls from them asking for more details about my profile and they try to sell their subscription/products.
They probably stole or referred the available information (From naukri) and created profiles using that data.
Whenever they called i have told them to delete my profile but they say there is no such option to delete!! Emails to customer care team [protected]@shine.com yield no response regarding account deletion. This is a clear case data violation, malpractice and fraud.

With reference to your concern, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We ould request you to please share your contact details(email id and phone number) with us to get back to you and we will check with our technical team to delete your account.

If you are not willing to continue with your shine account, you can hide your all details from shine profile and no one will be able to contact you through shine portal.

Please go to your account settings and hide your all details.
