I have received call ([protected] and [protected]on 5 july 2018 suggesting as response for job profile on shine.com. He took around 19100/- rupees in three installments (2100/-+8500+8500/-) suggesting as profile deposits and deposits for laptop and dongle. But didn't provide job for a month and on 22 august 2018 they send the link for refund but debited another 38200/- rupees from my account. The link for cancellation and refund as dear mam,

My name is unnikuttan, i got a call on 02.01.2019 from [protected] and said that she is priya calling from shine.com, and was offered a job in arabian construction company (Dubai). I was told to send my documents and deposit an amount of 4500 rupees as registration fees in the account names shine account number maintained with the state bank of india. I deposited the amount on 09.01.2019 and next day i got a call from the same number, he represented himself hr of shine.com and told me to deposit 8500 rupees for verification of documents, then i dropped the job offer and refused to deposit any money further. Now they told me that they will not refund the registration fee so please do the needful

i am usha. i have been contacted by miss.anjali khurana for axis bank job.her phone no is [protected] on 10th dec2018. she told me to give 2 round interview.For this i had to pay Rs 1600 for referrence id creation for interview. She told to deposit this amount in specfic bank account which are as below

So i requested them to refund my amount through mails .their email id is hrd.[protected]@job4u.com but they are not replying on my any mail. i have tried to contact to anjali khurana but her mobile number is switched off.
So Shine.com team please i request you to investigate on it and help me to refund my amount as soon as possible.

I'm a registered user for shine for 4years. Day before yesterday one man called me named ranjan and offered good job opportunities by them and made to pay 127000 inr in a stream of 6 transactions. But now he is no more available to me unless i pay an extra amount of 54800 which is further discounted to ovsr 35000 when i rejected to pay 55000. My contact is [protected].

Sir i am chendhu i registered my self in shine.com. Then one of the recruiter named sarika sharma call me about a job near tirupati. Her phone numbers are ([protected]), [protected]. Firstly i paid 2100 for registration and then 6500 for document verification. Then i paid 13500 for medical tests and lastly 4200 as cancellation amount. The recruiter said that these all money refundable.

I received a call from maheep said he is from shine asked me to pay some 4500/- and then he transferred the call to atul who asked me to pay 18 odd thousand saying my study and employment verification would be done by their company which would improve my chance of getting the job. When i started the payment along with the 18000 i was asked to make another 22000 payment for another service which was again not clearly told but i was continuously assured i would get a better job. After that when they were supposed to discuss with me to update my profile as per the required "industrial standards", another guy came in picture and he started off saying i need to pay some 45000 as the final payment with which he was assuring a sure shot job in 20 days. I rejected to pay them when they started calling me one by one and started telling me i was making a mistake as the market was very low and only they can get me job and all this. I asked them to first provide me the services they promised and then i will think about it. Nothing really happened and in the last 3-4 days of december someone called me saying that they would revert my payment as the market was low and they were not able to make a payment but as the servers were down they were not able to do it and they would call me back again. And again i got a call from [protected] - claiming they are from the same shine.com and they wanted to neft my money but for that i need to raise a complaint on their website (http://shineplacement.co.in/) and i need to pay 10/- which was shown on the website that i was paying only 10/-. I had a doubt, so i tried making the payment with a netbanking. I tried the option but the otp came for 22222/- and not 10/-. I agree that i should not have resorted to some guys calling me offering job for money but the way these people are trying cheat people in need is disheartening.

Myself gautam i have contacted by mr. Deepak on 03rd jan'19 regarding the job opportunity from [protected]. He told me to register i have to pay ₹10 only. After that there will be no extra money to pay. As the amount is very nominal so i accepted that & want to proceed with that amount.
Then he told me access a browser of shinejoblistion.com website. Then he told me to register the account with my details. So i proceed accordingly to him. Then there is one has opened with the charge of ₹10. He told me to pay. I click my netbanking account & paid the said amount.
When i paid that amount i have seen a amount of ₹50, 000 has been debited from my account.
I called him & said the same. He told ok the amount will refunded for that one otp i have to tell him. So he tell me to said one otp no which is coming on my mobile number. I refused to said that otp.
Then i said him to return my money by netbanking, he is telling this is the only procedure other one is paytm process which can i access from my end. So accepted it. He give me one id & password to proceed with paytm wallet account. I go through & there he told me to type that amount which will be refunded. That i have a doubt so i type only ₹50 there & proceed & have seen that amount also went at their account. So totally ₹50050 has been debited from my account.
When i asked for the return. He is not giving a proper response & cut the call. When i called him the no was switched off. Please help me in this regard.

I was contacted by mr. Deepak from shine. His phone no is [protected]. He called me & telling that shine job will give you good opportunity of job at your home location, for that i have to pay ₹10 only as a registration charge. So accepted that amount as the charge is very nominal. Then he told me open a shinejoblisting.com website. I open that then told me to fill a form which was already there after click register botten. After filled the form, one page has open with charges of ₹10. Then he told to pay the amount. So i proceed with my netbanking & i have seen amount of ₹50000 has been debited from my account in place of ₹10. Then i called him & told him the case. Then he told ok no problem the amount will be refunded through paytm. As he unable to open from his website due to some network problem so he gave me the following paytm account details
Id-[protected] & password - [protected]@49. By processing this account he again told to go to add money option with ₹50000 then amount will be refunded in my account. At that time i typed only ₹50 & i have seen the same amount is gone in their account. So when i called him back he told me to refund my money once i shared a otp.in that case i refused to share any otp. Then he cut the call & switch off his mobile. So please help me in this regard.

I have been contacted by mr. Kuldeep (His contacts are : ll[protected] and his mobile - [protected]) in dec 2018 wherein he advised me the benefits that i can get to find a new job if i pay approx 4000 inr to shine as one time payment for lifetime.

I liaised with kuldeep n told swaroop too that i can't pay a single money now. Whatever benefits you told me, i need to see the results within 15 days or else return my money.

Kuldeep acknowledged that he hid and didn't disclosed all information to me and asked me to contact swaroop again.

I'm highly disappointed as according to swaroop, neither i can get my money back nor can i get any specialised benefits unless i pay 14 to 15 thousand inr.

Kindly let me know what can you do to help me getting my money back.

One day i made my account in shine.com and the other day i got a call from a lady at 1pm and she told me that she is from shine.com and my resume has been selected for hcl company and the hr of hcl will going to call me between 2 to 5 pm for interview and if i got selected, i need to give them 2000 rs. And later they will pay back it to me with my first salary and after that there will be another round which will be a face to face interview and my starting salary will be 25000 rs. Excluding, ha and ta. She also gave me some questions which are going too be asked in the interview which includes some java and c+ questions. I said ok than she ended the call.
I was so happy and 2000 rs. Was not such a big amount and i shared it with my mom, she was also so happy. But this is the first time i heard that someone is charging money to be an mnc, so i started getting doubts, but i thought may be i was overthinking. I started preparing for the interview and at 4:45 pm i got a call from shine.com a person named akash called me and told that the hr of hcl is on line they are going to connect me with him amd wish me best for the interview. Later, i talked to that person, i gave interview and he asked me some questions and the end he told me i will send your feedback to shine.com and your starting salary will be 19000 excluding ha and ta.
Later, i got a call from akash and he told me that i got selected and i was so happy. Than he told me according to there terms i need to give them 2000 rs.. The shocking thing was for me that my interview ends at 5:15 and he told me to submit my documents such as soft copy of adhar card, pencard and 2000 rs.in there account within 45 minutes. I. E. Upto 6 pm.
The good thing happens with me is that i dont have sufficient balance at that time and i asked them can i do my transaction in next day they replied that mnc's get closed at 6 pm, than i said ok. I dnt know i was getting intusion that something is not good than i searched about it and just because of you all it gets confirmed that everything is fraud.
Than i intentionally called them and asked that i heard such kind of news about you is it true and he replied "u know what, we r no. 1 in the market, so everyone is jealous" than i said to him that can you assure me that you will definitely give me job and he said "yes, dont worry, you think a lot". I also said him that as a fresher, its quite obvious for me to think such things and after paying you if i didnt get the job be ready for the consequences and than also he repeated the same thing and i him told him due to some problems the transaction cannot be done today so he told me that i can do it upto 12 pm on tommorow. Still i said him but you said that mnc's gets closed at 6 pm than he told me that he will manage.
But i was definitely sure that everything is fraud sl i told him that i am not interested, so he said ok... So finally i prevent myself from such fraud and didnt gave them a peny😊

A lady called surbi, she calimed that she is calling from shine.com and she mentioned 3or 4 countries and asked me choose a country which i am comfortable for working and all.
After that she asked me to send my certificates and passport, which i did.
Later she asked me to pay an amount of 4500 as processing fee saying that is refundable at any case.

So i need to verify this lady who called me is a fake or genuine...

I was duped by the people from shine.com.. I end up paying more than 65k today on last day of 2018.. I am not going to fotget this day and shine.com.
It all looked genuine because the emails are originated from shine.com domain..

Now shine.com would disown this saying fraudster out there blah blah.. But answer this.. How the domain can be used?

So one thing is very clear shine.com is all involved in this fraud and knowingly disown everything..

Get some help from # cyber police and fix this.. You are robbing hard earned money from poor job seekers.. You have special place in hell for sure..

On 29th december 2018, i have received a call from shine.com for registration purpose. After some discussion i have paid rs. 4424 to their provided link through ccavenue.

After that another person called me and asked to pay money for further action. I refused to pay and the person said that either i pay the money or my earlier amount will be forfeited. So i have to pay another 3 installments, those are 6101, 8495 and 15339. Then he was asking for more payment. I refused to give money and he disconnect the phone.

This is totally fraud with me and i think they misguided me and registered me at shinelearning.com.

My question is, is it true, shine.com ask such amount of money or not? If yes then i want full amount refund.

I had spent around 40000 before 3 years for getting better job opportunity and job change, shine had provided 3 to 4 services and assure me that i will use this services, i will surely change my job and get job but my money gone waste, i am still in the same company, i did not get any interview or job call.
So please refund my money and deactivate my services.

I received a call from shine for the paid service and the caller was completely unprofessional. He misbehaved and used slang.

I don't believe, shine such a reputed company keep this kind of person without any training. Can't you train your employees for the proper communication and the behavior. Your employees are manner less. Very pathetic.

Kindly note the below complaints details wherein shine.com teamon 24 nov 2018 mr anup ghanshyala (Anup. [protected]@shine.com) contact no. [protected] and mr virendra[protected], has totally misguided me to give a job and my saying there are some urgent requirements in abroad in singapore and germany and my resume is been shortlist for the same took money total amount rs 63364 and now they are not receiving any calls.

Yesterday i had dropped one complaint in their portal about this fraud, today i got call from their one more member mr kunal [protected] saying we have received your complaint and to refund my money back i have to again pay them 18% of the amount already paid which is rs 11406 and gave bank details "ht media ltd a/c[protected] ifsc - pytm0123456 inr. 11406 and since today morning he is doing followup to do payment. When i ask for what i have to pay again he say that is their company policy i will get this money back after i remove the complaint.

I requested you to kindly help me get the entire money back and strict actions to be taken against all this people and shine.com company for cheating people. I had complained about the same long back still not resolved.
