Updated by sumangala biradar Yesterday after complaining I got call from shine from MR Srivastav . He asked all the details about the incident and I gave all the information.
He told it was his employ fault who asked me to pay unnecessary money during refund process. Then he told he will refund 45500 out of 48900. However he told I have to 18% GST on the refund amount i.e again 8112 rupees to to get my amount back. When asked he said it is service tax. I didn't even get any service from shine.
Shine please clarify on why I need to pay service tax. You are simply asking to pay more and more and again you say pay GST to get refund.

Updated by sumangala biradar After discussion on 28th with MR Srivastav he was not ready for refund without paying GST amount. He made me to pay 4095 which is 9% of 45500. after that he told within 3to 5 days amount will be refund. And he even called on 31st Jan and told it will get refund on either 2nd or 3rd Jan.
On 2nd again he called and told by 3rd Jan it will get refund and asked to call by 11am. Today I got call from him and he told amount will be transferred not in one shot but will be devided into 4 installments like 11375, however before doing transfer he mentioned that he will give another account to which I have to transfer 11375 first, once they receive that amount they will give me back. When I requested that I do not have money he didn't agree for that and told until I do that transaction they can't refund.
Again he called after some time reduced amount and asked to pay to get my refund.
Why we have to pay again again to get our refund back . What kind of refund procedure you have .
Shine I need justice for this and I need my money refund urgently.

Updated by sumangala biradar Yesterday got call from shine his name was Ajay he told they will refund money but I have to challen form amount 3000 after that NOC fees 5500 after that he told it will get refund. He transferred call to next department and there they told they will transfer amount in 2installments and for that OTP will get generate for OTP 4000 each have to pay. After all this 5:30 they told some server issue and OTP is not generating and they will process tomorrow. Today morning around 10:30 got call from Vanshika and again same GST stuff started .. demanding to pay 28%gst for the money to refund.
Shine please refund my money back. In the name of process you are simply making us to deposit money and again ask for GSt. Need justice and my money back.

Shine management please look into it and avoid such kind of trust breaking acts from your employees.

Updated by sumangala biradar On Jan 25th employee from shine told they will refund the money through check and asked all detail to courier . Then he told it be will higher amount check and I have to pay that extra amount once I receive the check. It was 11114. So he told 1114 I have to pay once I get the check and rest 10k after refund money is deposited in my account. I agreed for that. Waited for more than a week time to get the courier. Yesterday same person called and told courier is in near by branch of my address and I have to pay total of 11114 rupees to get the courier and he was not ready to give tracking number or courier office address to verify. When I asked about what he told a week ago ..he argued he didn't tell like that.
Shine I don't want your extra money .. I just need my refund amount. And please dont do such acts of making us depositing more and more money. Why can't you refund our money straight forward the way you make us deposit money in your account.
This is really very bad and in the name of rules policies, sales targets you are playing with our emotions, money, patience and life. Please stop such acts and refund my money immediately.
