Hi team, my name is mandla sanjeeva tejaswini. I have updated my profile in shine on oct 10, 2018. Its first time i am applying for job through online flatform. A person named sameer has given a call saying he is from shine, to process my application he need money. I said i don't want to go and don't have money but forced to pay an amount of 32, 0000. Please help me to get my money back. I made payment through careerbooming.com. Phone number given for contact is [protected].
From past a week, they are not lifting my phone call. I feel something suspicious. Please take this complaint as print. Hope you will resolve this as soon as possible.

I feel very sad to say that shine.com has really pissed many o[censored]s.

After becoming shine member and paying a huge chunk of 13k (2.5k + 10.5k) till date i haven't received any call regarding any interview and all.
While subscription it was said that if they could not arrange any interview, definitely they will return all the money.

Very genuinely i am saying from my heart, if this is shine's business model of cheating people then please stop these, as every money earned is very hard. And also creates a distrust among people about the consultancies/portal who are really putting genuine effort to help the candidates.

For me also, a single rupee earned is very important and hard.
Many times i recorded my complain on number given on official website of shine but i didn't receive any response for that also.

I request shine.com to kindly return my money.

M bhavani bijjala i registered my self in shine jobs. First i got a call from urside to pay 2000 for online test and you will be refunded your money i[censored] discolify. I did that after that. I took the test as i was qualified then my call transfered to some senior he said that my profile transfered to airlines for job after that he told me that my job is comfirmed and you need to pay 7200 for your profile verification. The recruiter who called me was miss. Radhika and the mobile number is [protected]and the other person sayimg him self as the hr named shashank and his contact number is [protected] and i even have the call recording of his call. Is this a original call from the company or a fraud?? I what do i do and who will i get the refund of my payment which is in the above picture.

By offering fake job in mnc company, a group of 3 fraudsters had cheated me by calling in the name of shine.com. They had called me within half an hour of my cv uploading and they have taken 2000 rs from me also.. Please make this site protective and free of fraudsters.. And have mercy not to cheat people by offering fake job offers.. We have trusted you so u should take care of our details too.. Kindly help me to return my money..

As per the information recieved from shine team members, pooja desai, pooja bhardwaj, ankit and few other executives (Every day atleast 5-6 calls) on pmp program. It was finally agreed rs. 11800/- for complete course. Once i paid this amount on 16/10/2018 i recieved payment slip then course link (Not activated) then i recieved message process completed. After 2 days i recieved telephone from pooja bhardwaj saying that your process will be start now but you need to pay rs. 10800 for verification of certificate. This is first time they told us i have to pay for verification. Since i have not paid they have stopped the process pmp course. Even pooja is telling that she is not aware of the varification fee so, she has not told me intially. Even after this few people like nilesh & other guy (Forgot his name) try to convence me. I request all people don't register or make any course from shine. You will end up with cheating.

Your executive rajesh rana and his collegue ranjan jha called us to have an interview lined up for middle east region job company. Initially asked to pay rs.6254/- and then rs.6102 likewise.
I am asking him after that you have no other demand for any extra money he says no, after some time another call from shine by mr. Ranjan jha [protected] he demanding for extra money for various services (Education verification 10, 259 rs, professional summary + linkedin profile 15, 423 rs, portfolio writing 25, 619 rs) after all these trasaction they demanded to pay 34, 337 rs for master in leadership and management fundamantals, but when we refused to get such service & told us that deposit all amount asap. He said if i don't deposit amount you can't get any response from shine and playing with emotions with clients.

Further he asks to deposit some money of amount rs 90, 000 so that your interview would be directly cleared and on behalf of shine 90% process completed and 10% yours.
We received only false commitment and asked to pay charges only but not clarity in his statement and zero result only.
The purpose for which i have paid such amount there is no value of money by such a person i. E rajesh rana and ranjan jha. And in addition in this no proper communication with us and now don't picked my phone. Further inquiry we came to know on behalf of 97, 993 rs he just provided learning schedules he wasted our time and money also.
After that also i have mailed to rajesh rana to refund my all money which i have paid, because of this me and my family suffered through badpatch and such a calls where demanding amount which means lots to me.

Initially when we received call from your executive, she simply said only have to pay restration fees later my profile is handed over to rajesh rana and his collegue ranjan jha. When ranjan jha started on my profile since then he only demanding such huge amount to complete my task but there is no results except your executives demand of to pay such a amount. Its totally harassing to us because we know that how we arranged such an amount and paid through online. Inspite all these stuff only we faced trouble.

Till time i have paid amount rs. 97, 993 with zero output and after that also ranjan jha demanding more money.
I have decided that i am not going to pay rest things and mailed them on "rajesh. [protected]@shine.com" to refund my paid money but no response.

I received a call from shine jobs on 17th oct 2018, mob. No [protected]
He demands 3768rs for resume writing & profile update, i am asking him after that you have no other demand for any extra money he says no, after some time another call from shine by mr. Anoop [protected] he demanding for extra money for various services (Interview preparatin 17700rs, resume + cover letter 7700rs, training program 20000rs) & also tell that deposit all amount asap. He said if i donot deposit amount i did not any response from shine.
After that today mr. Anoop call me in morning 10:04am 22oct 2018 said that 20000rs deposite immidiate for training program. I can not understand. Why i am pay for it.
Till date i get only my resume update nothingelse.
So request to you kindly return my amount asap.

I'm a victim of fraud job provider company "shine.com".in july'18 i had received msg and calls in the name of "shine.com" and also i have been asked to do some payments process by process by sending me a fake offer latter from yes bank. On that time i was desperate to join an banking organisation and have done almost rs 45, 000/- payments (Rs. 1500/- registration charges, rs 6500/- documentation charges, rs. 14000/- training program and rs 22500/- company's bond agreement) to a nadiya tabassum a/c no : [protected]"punb0412700 (Pnb).

I was foolish. After that payments they had switched off their phones till date. Had mentioned below that peoples name who had done calls to me during that time also had some voice call recorded with me.

Now on 20/10/2018 i have again receive a mail for jobs in the name of"shine.com". I had called the given mobile number ([protected]) which was mentioned in shine.com mail.

They are saying there have lots of job vacancies but first i have to pay rs. 1550/- amount as registration fee.

I had asked them to provide the a/c number for payment and they have send me a individual person account details same as previously they had send me a individual person's a/c details but this a/c number is different then the previous.

I uploaded my resume on shine.com on 19/10/2018. I got a call on 20/10/2018 from shine.com representative from[protected] and i spoke to mr pankaj who asked me to get register for paid service as i get better opportunity and as he told its one time payment for life time hence paid 4227. Again i got call from mr shivam who says i need to pay 5491 again to set up my profile hence i denied to pay as i released they are just fooling me. Hence i want my refund of my money which i paid through net banking transaction id[protected]. I want my money back as they are just fooling around.

Sir, i want to share my experience about it that yesterday on 19 october 2018 i was called by an employee /or pretending to be an employee of shine.com. He was offering me a job and he asked me to do to do the transaction of rs 10 for the registration, then i was doing it. But later on when the otp arrived then the transaction was of 28000 rs. At that time i understood that it was a fraud and suddenly i got to know that i had shared my atm card number, expiry date, card holder's name on the site.
I did not share my otp on the site.
Now today, i got to realize when suddenly transactions of rs 28500 happened. Then i got to understand that they have already used my details. I called him on his number and he said that he will return and he started asking me my account details of other atm cards to transfer the money. And suddenly he again did a rs 5000 transaction. Now i stopped sharing him any details. And he disconnected the call. Now if i call him the phone is switched off. His mobile number is [protected].
He did all the transactions in his paytm account.

From shine.com they called on a 16.oct.2018 and they told me that everything regarding your job is ready only you need to pay 6800 Rs.

Then someone called from shine recruitment today they said you need to pay 16, 000 Rs they it will be ok after the same person again asking me 21000 Rs for processing your profile and he said this will be your final and last payment no one will call you again from shine asking money. Then I had paid all the money.

Then someone asking me to pay again 30000 Rs . These peoples not saying anything and get money again and again without single progress.

I had paid all this money for job search and arrange for an interview but your people saying that this is some other this.

Please i kindly requests you to refund my amount atleast 80% of my payment.

I want revert back my fees because m not comfortable with you. Because you told me only 4500 and after registration caller demand another 8500 +12500 which was not open before registration. Caller tell me that your fee will be refund in 4-5 days i did 4-5 email daily but i didnt get any response from shine.com...in short i want back my money as soon as possible... I got call from shine mr. Dhiraj ojha regarding job and for that i need to register in shine. He convinced me to pay 6, 800 which also paid by me immediately. After registration i got another call from fraud companies asking for profile activation in shine jobs. Also he mentioned you have already paid registration fees and mr. Dhiraj forward me your details to me and you need to pay 10, 000 for activation fee of your profile, then you will get interview calls. I had no option so i paid 10, 000 as per him but in different gateway dreamnaukri.com. I have doubt your company shine jobs employees behind this scam and i will report to your high level and also will complain in cyber crime.

I want my money back as i have paid for registration fees as early as possible and 10, 000 also. 100% sure your cimpany staffs are behind this scam otherwise immediately after register with shine jobs how i received call from shine to activate of my profile and i paid 10, 000. Please help me in this regards otherwise it will rais all top management and cyber crime.

The guy called me his name is s. Nigam and his mobile no. Is[protected] amd he know dhiraj ojha very well. Even he told me dhiraj ojha forwarded your profile to me.

They promised to provide a job and taken ₹3k/- and no one provide me job. Even they are not reverting my calls nd sms. Ms. Mamta, neeraj nd lot of people are there. I want my money back. I will write they same were i will find on social media my frnds family to my relatives, collogue to each person i will talk i will tell that never trust this kind of site. I wish same should be done with these people in future.

I received a call from shine learning team yesterday who explained me the service and told that only inr7426.62 is to be paid.
Then today he asked for another payment of 16814 for some modules
Then after payment again he explained on some other requirement and asked for a payment of 21995 citing pmp fee
Then again a service for inr 20000.
Then last again a service for inr 22179
Then diverted to some expert team and the expert shared a link for another inr 20000 (Which i didn't pay)
Again and again last the person is citing last payment & i am making thinking this is the end payment.

All together i have made payment of inr 88414 in 2 days.

I have not used any service and i need to get my money back.

Just now i have received a call from shine.com telling that there are vacancies in hcl and they asked me to send the documents of mine like my markssheet, resume passport size photo etc. I have sent them all but even they are asking me to pay rs 1750/- through any source and told me that the money is refundable if we either get the job or not. I am in dilemma. Can you please suggest me what to do?

I am koteswara rao would like to book a complaint on sandeep agarwal and vijay who works in shine.com. As they approached me regarding a job in new vision eye centre dubai. Al zahara hospital in dubai. They told we have to pay towards an interview in my place ie at guntur andhra pradesh and for other procedure process all together i have paid about 1, 11, 500 rupees. Since i don’t have money in my account on that particular day hence i requested them please let me know the round figure amount of money still how much i have to pay. They didnot guided me regarding that i told them without knowing the exact figure of amount how could i arrange the money, i would have been good that to reveal the round figure amount of money in the beginning of this payment procedure. But they didnot reveal as such every time dr. Vijay willattend the call and urges me to pay one amount then and there it self i use to find it very difficulty to pay that rational amount. They didnot arrange any interview at any place and they told your interview is over and they informed me all these conversations are happening in the presence of hr apparently who is in the line of conversation and it is getting recorded since they have asked me to pay the gst for the above amount i was irritated and told them i asked u in the beginning itself to reveal the exact amount to pay but you are not revealing that the whole rocedure looks not reliable. Hence i reject my offer. Since then the phone contact number is not reachable for your information whenever they call for payment procedure they used to contact me through different international numbers.
This is the series of events happened please go through it and do the needful in time. I have forwarded the payment receipt to you. Please consider this as complaint on shine.com

My name is ritu alwani from jaipur (Rajasthan), i got no. Of calls from a gentleman named abhishek choudhary having gmailid "[protected]@placeyourjob.com" and [protected]@gmail.com, he promised of providing me a job at axis bank, initial i paid 3060 for registration, after that he conducted an telephonic interview and after an hour he said you are selected and you have to pay 9200 for document verification and security and said its refundable. But he did not fulfill his promises. After that he also asked to deposit 11000 rupees for another documentation. I refused to pay that amount and asked to refund my money back. I neither got job nor received my money. Now the contact number is also not reachable.
