Fraudulent calls for charging money for providing job

Yesterday[protected] call received from Sales team who asked for one time registration fees 3657 (with Tax) and the services will be valid for lifetime.
They mentioned that one dedicated relationship manager will be assigned to me and they guarantee job in just 10-12 days.
Today Mr. Shiva (Relationship Manager) called me and he again repeated all the promises and claimed Shine.com's reputation and the fact that it's associated...

    I had completed the course and waiting for AWS voucher, but it's passed more than 2 years, still not able to issue vouchers. Just keep on replying vouchers will be shared based on availability, but I don't know when it will be available. Can anyone help on this.

        I got an E mail for Farm manager job at Singapore on 18/05/2023, from shine.com ( [protected]@aol.com )

        so I said intrested.then they called from this number ([protected]) to me, they asked my resume and other document sent to them .so I forwarded the details. Then she told job application form amount(Starting) Rs.5900 you have to pay. I paid the amount.

        Then she connected the call for an interview with one person at Golden Agriculture Resources limited.After the interview they asked Rs.15000 for job confirmation letter.
        Then she asked Rs.25000 amount to complete procedure of visa, totally 45900 rupees.
        Then they asked 30000rs for Insurance purpose so I avoided that one . after that they didn't pick my call so I need my money back .

          Hi,

          I was asked to make a payment of INR 30, 000 as the application & security amount (Refundable) to Trust Vision Consultancy. Plus I have also paid INR 9, 000 for attesting the educational certificates through Ministry of External Affairs.

          Now they are asking me to pay additional INR 45, 000 for Visa processing fee which is refundable. I have not paid this amount.The company has shared the employment card which is fake (Gamuda Berhad Malaysia). I doubt the company's email communication address plus the details on the employment card.

          I want my money back(INR 30, 000) 100% refunded as they are your client.

          I would have to register a Written Complaint against the false practices used by Shine to collect money.

          I have also emailed on 17th but no resolution yet.WOW!!

          One of your customer representative Mr Sumeet Khanna called me. He said he has blocked the Trust Vision Consultancy's account and has recovered entire INR 30, 000 back. He wanted to transfer the amount via voucher and he was asking me if I have an SBI or ICICI account to make the transfer.

          Now how can I open a new account for the transfer..Why cant you guys send me the cheque in my favour or GPay me the amount which is much more faster. When I asked him to share an official email that shine has recovered the entire amount from Trust Vision Consultancy and that you guys will ensure that I receive the entire amount, from the very instance his phone was coming switched off and i have not received any official email from him yet and I am still waiting for my refund.

          I am hoping for an immediate resolution.

            I, Dhananjay Patil aged 29 currently residing Sargasan Gandhinagar have been a victim of fraudulent and highly unethical behavior from recruiting agency called Shine.com.
            On June 14, 2023 I have been asked to pay approximately Rs. 3330.84/- as membership fee for Shine.com. Further on June 15, 2023, the very next day I received many calls and emails from the said agency asking me to upgrade my profile.

            I was constrained to provide the sensitive information such as OTPs fraudulently on the grounds o[censored]pgrading the profile. Kindly note that the transactions were undertaken via credit cards. I had been duped of Rs. 1, 40, 270/- till I realized that I am a victim of such a horrible crime.

            When realized that they are forcing me to pay for services I don't require, I requested them to cancel the sevrices and provide me my hard earned money back to which they have refused.
            As such fake and non value adding services are not at all required, I request consumer forum to interven and provide such refund from shine.com

              My name is Deepankar Mehta I got a call from shine.com representative to get paid service at a nominal price of INR 3, 001 it was impressive so I should interest and he promised that it will definitely get me a-job and he had convinced me a lot for providing services in a very short period of time the representative then called me and promise that I don't have to make any other payment for the services only
              The other person relationship manager called me again and enquired more about my profile and job matching my profile
              When I made a payment of INR 3, 001.00 rupees he told me that in order to get my job I have to avail two more services otherwise this would not complete this transaction would not complete so he convinced me to pay more money of INR 5, 329.84 which I made through my credit card immediately after paying this amount
              They told me that in order to get my dream job I have to avail one more service which is essential and is required otherwise all my payment will be non refundable so with lot of hesitation and imprehensions I made a payment of INR 9, 556.00, INR 5, 192.00 and INR 17, 167.00 more after paying the fifth payment they again convinced me that there is a payment link for 24, 779.00 that I need to do that this will be the final last payment at this moment I realize that I was coordinate trap
              At this moment I realise that I was caught in this trap but had no option and had already given more money the last time I just disconnected call and I just told them that I can't take it further so the
              Below is summary of my payments:
              1. INR 3, 001 for paid service of Shine
              2. INR 5, 329.84 for Job profile verification
              3. INR 9, 556.00 for
              4. INR 5, 192.00
              5. INR 17, 167.00
              In total I have paid INT 40, 245.84
              I am a service class employee and 40, 245.84 is a big amount for me I am already having a tough time in my current profile job so I really wish if you can help me get the full refund as a do not want any other services I am feeling duped and I hope you understand and help me in refunding the charges at earliest for which I'll be oblige

                Hi team,

                I have paid rs. 3292 for profile highlighting and resume booster, however, the services was quoted by sales person named Ashish and Pushpendra ([protected]). They have offered interview mentorship, profile correction and also said these are the final charges and I can use these services for lifetime. As soon as I paid a guy name Shiva called and asked for another 4600 rs. and something more.
                I do not want your services. I want my money back. This was a scam and I do want to continue this.

                    Dear Sir

                    This is to report a cyber crime - bullying and extortion.

                    On 12 June, 2023 I received a call from shine.com that they will help in finding a job for me and provide premium services. To create an account I would have to pay Rs.3000. I made the payment and was connected to a relationship manager the next day.

                    The relationship manager asked me to make a few more payments cumulatively worth more than Rs.90000 on incremental stages without revealing the full details of all the payments.

                    First I was asked to make a payment of Rs.5, 192 for educational verification.

                    Then I was asked to make a payment of Rs.9, 556 for company verification.

                    Then I was asked to make a payment of Rs. 15, 762 for Resume writing services where I asked whether there are more charges. The executive said no.

                    But then sent another request of Rs.24, 779 and said that this is the final payment that you have to make and then the profile would be live. I was reluctant to pay but then I said okay will do it.

                    But here comes the shocker, finally the executive asked me to make the payment of Rs.36, 246 to make the profile live. And this is when I had it. I just didn't want the service at all. It doens't make sense.

                    I just said please don't give me the services, to which he said that we don't refund the money. But the profile won't be live until 36, 246 is paid.

                    So I was left in a limbo, I can't get the refund, I can't have the profile live. I just want the refund of all the amount I have paid. These are hidden charges and do nothing but dupe the customer. The executive was also abusive and refused to give full information.

                    Please look into this and help me get the refund. I am a poor person looking to get a job and through shine.com I have lost Rs.60, 000.

                            Today I got a call from Shine.com for premium services in job search. First they asked to pay me Rs.3292 (Proforma Invoice ID IN20230530_808590) as registration charge post which I informed that I will get an individual advisor who will guide me until I get shortlisted for a job.

                            Once this is done, I got a call at 4PM for further registration. Representative Shiva (+91 [protected]) introduced himself as Career advisor, called and took my resume, went through it and asked for further details like experience and other personal details.

                            After this intro session, he sent another payment request stating that is for "Education Verification Plus Package" and confirmed that this is the last payment I have to make to proceed with the registration process. Rs. 5192.00/- was charged (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808844)

                            Again in few minutes one more, "Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling" (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808849) - Rs. 9557.00/-

                            At this time I was frustrated and started questioning him for these charged and requested what was the total amount I have to pay. He said that was the last one post that it will be the registration process. The irritating part was he was stating those as Investment and its peanuts compared to what I will get back.

                            Post this the next level of payment again started, this is the point where I was burst and asked what is the total pending to activate the account, still the same old story,

                            4. Senior Level Resume Writing Services - Rs. 15987.00/- (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808887)
                            5. Jobs on the Move: 180 Days - Rs. 24779.00/- (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808890)

                            During these last 2 payments I constantly checked whether those are last payment and he assured that those are the last set of payments post which he again said there is one last payment, that is the point where I got frustrated and cut the call.

                            Total Sales:

                            1. Rs.3292 (Proforma Invoice ID IN20230530_808590) as registration charge
                            2. Rs. 5192.00/- was charged (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808844) as Education Verification Plus Package
                            3. Rs. 9557.00/- Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling" (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808849)
                            4. Rs. 15987.00/- Senior Level Resume Writing Services - (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808887)
                            5. Rs. 24779.00/- Jobs on the Move: 180 Days - (Proforma Invoice ID - IN20230530_808890)

                            A person who is looking for a job changes has to pay so much? All these were not requested by me and it was informed that these are mandatory for me to get the premium service. Also he said it was for life time and when I cross checked, most of the items are just for 180 days max.

                            I told the sales man clearly that I am not in urgency for job change but he kept insisting that the INVESTMENT is PEANUT.

                            Kindly revert all these charges immediately and I can see all these are listed in my profile which I absolutely dint ask for. This is not the right approach to sell a product.

                            I cross checked many consumer forum and all of them faced the same problem. To your notice, the entire sale happened in an hour.

                            I still dont understand how this is an ethical selling? If you have a recording of the sale call, please hear through it. "Uninstall the app -> Do this investment -> next this and its the last. All of these investments are peanuts compared to what you going to get". These are not a good sign for sales. If a sales team said that the total package is Rs.1 lakh with the benefits, I would have taken time, read through it and bought if it was the need of the hour. Not like forcefully selling. Now I an requested to swap to any other services for same value?

                              Look like fraud call on name of shine.com from number +[protected].
                              Sign for fraud
                              1. Call is not recorded.
                              2. Person do not speak his name clearly.
                              3. They want people to pay money ASAP.
                              4. Spoke person is arrogant and lack etiquettes.
                              5. Person forces you to do transaction without having all details written or email.

                              This look like fraud.

                              Irrespective of I am telling that I am busy, person tried to call multiple times, voice of person appears like threatening.
