Firstly i want to say that how u disclosed my personal detaill to this type of boody people... If dont't resolved my ploblem i will logde fir against you...

I got a call from riya arya the number is [protected] on 27 may 2017. She told i am speakspeaking from shine.com your resume shortlist for hcl & wipro technology companies. She demanding 2100 money for profile id then I paid that 2100 amount via paytm which provide by her. After that I got call from vikas waliya.he was also demand for money which is 7500 rupees for documents verification then I doubt in that. I ignored the payment of 7500 and I told the give me the refund of 2100 rupees then he denied.

So I kindly request to you(shine.com) please give me my money back.I want refund of my money 2100 rupees

About job in kotak mahindra bank as a operation manager. They said u'r profile is selected for operation manager in kotak mahindra bank as a operation manager. They took my telephonic interview and asked me to submit my documents and pay 15400 + 327000 for security and documentation verification...

I got a call from [protected] and they said that they saw my cv on shine.com and i got selected in 2 different mncs. You need to deposite registration charge 2500. I deposited the money, then they have told me to deposite 6000 for profile verification.

Don't pay money to this consultancy, its a biggest fraud consultancy. Don't tell the whole thing or procedure on telephonic call. If you pay then will not refund money.

I got a call at noon from a no.i.e.[protected] &[protected] asking for the advance pay of rs1600 and they will provide me job in hdfc bank back office in siliguri only and when i asked where r u calling from they mentioned shine.com and they are from delhi.

I wish to bring to your notice that i have been swindled by three people posing to be shine employees. These people named mr. Amit, mr. Rajiv and mr. Sandeep have swindled me of an excess of rs 1, 75, 000. These people have taken a copy of my aadhar card, driver's licence as well as my father's aadhar card. They claimed to be recruiting for qatar airways and despite the evidence that they were cheaters i believed them due to my desperation. I would like to bring this to the attention of shine.com that they are running a portal for swindling people and are no better than the people who have swindled me of my family's hard earned money. If this message is read by anyone else i promise you that you have been lied to no matter how convincing the ba*rd or bi*h on the other side is you are being swindled. I also recommend to stay away from these job portals since it is a place where they get your contact details from to contact you.

I have got a call from [protected] ("port care" in true caller) and [protected] shine team saying that they can assure job offer and emailed me that you will get the job as site supervisor in l&t with a salary of 3.5 lakhs per annum within 7working days after paying refundable security deposit to a/c no.[protected] and ifsc code kkbk0005295 named guddu gupta prm of l&t. And also got an email from shine.com (Shinealert.[protected]@gmail.com) from senior bde, shine team gaurav sharma. They are claiming that they are a part of shine.com working as consultancy for job recruitment. They have initially asked me to mail my passport size photo, resume and id proof to the respected mail and after that they have called so many times to deposit an amount of 1900/- for getting referrence id for the telephonic interview to be conducted at that day from l & t. I have paid the money and also attended interview. They haven't asked me anything which relates to post that i have applied for. Later an email has got saying i have got the job and i need to pay security deposit of 6500/-to the same a/c no of guddu gupta for getting job offer letter in my postal address. But i have doubted. So i haven't paid the money.. So shall i get my money back..? Will cyberpolice and shine team file the case against these frauds?

On 29/05/2017 monday i got call from +[protected] by mr vinod for their paid resume display services worth rs 2799/- and also mailed me.
They assure me this amount is for resume display, resume writing and better response in your location along with job interview.
After made payment through hdfc netbanking another representative named raman pandey mob. [protected] called me and forced to pay another 16, 000/- for resume modification better response.
I told i have paid 2799/- for all the service they told me this is only for resume display not resume modification.
I disagree and finally they told me u pay 16, 000/- otherwise no service will be provided by shine com.

Please refund my amount. My 2799/- is cheated by shine.com. They looted me.

I got a call from rtly services regarding job opportunities in airport sector. I have paid the registration fee of 2000. After that I got a call from the recruiters for the telephonic interview and I was asked to submit 7000. After submitting 7000, I had got a mail from them giving details of my job location and invoice. Now after reading similar complaints from different people, I am shocked and think I have committed a blunder.
Shine.com is an equal party to this fraud as they are providing all the info, contact details and uploaded resume of the candidate to such firms. I am unemployed as of now with plenty of spare time and I will go to the consumer court to get my refund and shut down fraud companies like shine and rtly.
Shameless people.

Poor after-sale support and customer service. I had purchased a job referral package 10 days ago but not operational till today as there have been problem after problem at shine.com/roundone.

No response on phone, poor response on emails, lack of focus to fix the problem, casual approach... Highly disappointing.

Have finally asked for cancellation of my subscription.

I feel shine.com (An ht company) is spoiling the name of hindustan times which otherwise commands good respect.

My self sidhique from wayanad, kerala. The above mentioned company had bought rupees 44400 from me as a part of a job recruitment through variouse process including sending invalid offer letter. They offered a job as ground staff in jet airways. But i did not get any job. The required evidence such as bank reciepts and call recordings are kept with me. So humbly request the authority to take required action either to refund the money or to get the job.

The agent named Nitin Mobile no. [protected]. Took 1500 as registration fee on May 19 2017 through paytm. He offered me a job at Cipla pharmaceuticals at Mumbai. On May 23rd he made me to pay 8500/- as the fee for signing a bond with company after the professional interview with cipla HR (fake). As the people seemed highly qualified and professional I did not had a doubt. But after a day, Nitin demanded 6500/- for document verification. So I had a doubt and refused to pay. Then I called Cipla, thy said that they hadn't taken any interview nor do they charge if they hire candidates. I just want my money back. The phone of the agent isoff since 3 days.

I told i have paid 2799/- for all the service they told me this is only for resume display not interview. Several time they called and forced to pay that 6999/-.
I disagree and finally they told me u pay 6999/- otherwise no service will be provided by shine com.

Hi myself i am Sayan Chakraborty from kolkata, one day i got a sms from this shine.com regarding a urgent recruitment in airlines cabin crew ground staff from rtly services then i called them they said there is a opening for that i need to pay rs.2000 and i paid n received a invoice from them.

Then they said there is a online test and telephonic intrview by next day and i got a telephonic interview from them i got selected inthat round too. Now they r asking me for further payment of rs 6700. I paid that also and I got invoice again. Then they told You are selected for this job. And you have to pay 4400 for next process. Then I got doubt and called shine.com they are said that its a fake one . A genuine recruter wont ask any payment from the candidate for offering a job. But by next i got a mail from shine.com its completely from shine.com that like some recruters have contacted you in that first one is that fake recriter. And the next day i got a text message from vm-rshine that ther is a recuritment from this consultancy for same job opening.

They asked me to pay refundable 1700rs before interview i just want to confirm is it from shine.com or they are trying to fraud me. They ask me to pay by today onwards. I recieved a call from number[protected] yesterday saying that my resume got selected for L&T he couldn't even talk properly and didn't givr a proper job description. He asked me to pay 2150 and before that sent me a mail

Hello all,

Requesting for refund for misguiding customer.

Got call from shine team for recruitment service and asked me to pay rs. 2799 and i will get multiple services.

Order id #887557
Transaction id: cp[protected]

He explained me in detail and said i need to pay only rs. 2799

But, after payment i got call and asked to pay more rs. 10, 000 to rs. 12, 000/- to get service.

Now, when i opposed to that they said no we sent email. But when i asked them to check my conversation with your team on may 22, 2017 then they only referring to other things but not to calls made by them to me.

Had long debate and discussion with below person:

And what is conclusion is:
No sir, we cant provide you said services. And we can't give you money back also. As we made you fool already.

If some is reading this then please don't ever go with shine.com

Shine.com(Unmesh) called me and trying to say the same thing that WE MAKE YOU FOOL AND WE CAN'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

Unmesh said we listen to your call with executive for committing services but we can't provide.

After long debate, he handed over call someone as Mr. Raman and
Raman is like we sent email check that and when asked "what about your colleague committed in your call which you guys listen to recording? Is it right he mentioned?"
He answered "Right" but we can't provide said service.

Lastly call is hanged by Raman saying "We will send you email"

Today's call received from :[protected]

LOOK GUYS, SHINE.COM IS NOT TRUSTABLE AT ALL. THESE GUYS WANTS YOUR MONEY ONLY. THIS IS FEELING I AM GETTING AFTER TODAY'S CALL.
