Poor after-sale support and customer service. I had purchased a job referral package 10 days ago but not operational till today as there have been problem after problem at shine.com/roundone.

No response on phone, poor response on emails, lack of focus to fix the problem, casual approach... Highly disappointing.

Have finally asked for cancellation of my subscription.

I feel shine.com (An ht company) is spoiling the name of hindustan times which otherwise commands good respect.

My self sidhique from wayanad, kerala. The above mentioned company had bought rupees 44400 from me as a part of a job recruitment through variouse process including sending invalid offer letter. They offered a job as ground staff in jet airways. But i did not get any job. The required evidence such as bank reciepts and call recordings are kept with me. So humbly request the authority to take required action either to refund the money or to get the job.

The agent named Nitin Mobile no. [protected]. Took 1500 as registration fee on May 19 2017 through paytm. He offered me a job at Cipla pharmaceuticals at Mumbai. On May 23rd he made me to pay 8500/- as the fee for signing a bond with company after the professional interview with cipla HR (fake). As the people seemed highly qualified and professional I did not had a doubt. But after a day, Nitin demanded 6500/- for document verification. So I had a doubt and refused to pay. Then I called Cipla, thy said that they hadn't taken any interview nor do they charge if they hire candidates. I just want my money back. The phone of the agent isoff since 3 days.

On 27/05/2017 Saturday I got call from [protected] by seikh pintu for resume highlight services and get better response from shine.com and offering job in your Kolkata location
After making payment another shine representative call me from that same number named gaurav Gupta who also force to pay another 6999/- for this service and told this is last and final payment.
But I disagree to pay and they talking slug languages with me and call me several time.

Please refund my amount . My 2799/- is cheated by shine.com. they looted me.

Updated by Kaushikdey On 27/05/2017 Saturday I got call from [protected] by seikh pintu for their paid resume display services worth rs 2799/- and also mailed me.
They assure me this amount is for resume display, resume writing and better response in your location Kolkata along with job interview.
After made payment through sbi credit card another representative named gaurav Gupta called me from that number and forced to pay another 6999/- for interview arrangement.
I told i have paid 2799/- for all the service they told me this is only for resume display not interview. Several time they called and forced to pay that 6999/-.
I disagree and finally they told me u pay 6999/- otherwise no service will be provided by shine com.

Hi myself i am Sayan Chakraborty from kolkata, one day i got a sms from this shine.com regarding a urgent recruitment in airlines cabin crew ground staff from rtly services then i called them they said there is a opening for that i need to pay rs.2000 and i paid n received a invoice from them.

Then they said there is a online test and telephonic intrview by next day and i got a telephonic interview from them i got selected inthat round too. Now they r asking me for further payment of rs 6700. I paid that also and I got invoice again. Then they told You are selected for this job. And you have to pay 4400 for next process. Then I got doubt and called shine.com they are said that its a fake one . A genuine recruter wont ask any payment from the candidate for offering a job. But by next i got a mail from shine.com its completely from shine.com that like some recruters have contacted you in that first one is that fake recriter. And the next day i got a text message from vm-rshine that ther is a recuritment from this consultancy for same job opening.

Hello all,

Requesting for refund for misguiding customer.

Got call from shine team for recruitment service and asked me to pay rs. 2799 and i will get multiple services.

Order id #887557
Transaction id: cp[protected]

He explained me in detail and said i need to pay only rs. 2799

But, after payment i got call and asked to pay more rs. 10, 000 to rs. 12, 000/- to get service.

Now, when i opposed to that they said no we sent email. But when i asked them to check my conversation with your team on may 22, 2017 then they only referring to other things but not to calls made by them to me.

Had long debate and discussion with below person:

And what is conclusion is:
No sir, we cant provide you said services. And we can't give you money back also. As we made you fool already.

Shine.com(Unmesh) called me and trying to say the same thing that WE MAKE YOU FOOL AND WE CAN'T GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.

Unmesh said we listen to your call with executive for committing services but we can't provide.

After long debate, he handed over call someone as Mr. Raman and
Raman is like we sent email check that and when asked "what about your colleague committed in your call which you guys listen to recording? Is it right he mentioned?"
He answered "Right" but we can't provide said service.

Lastly call is hanged by Raman saying "We will send you email"

Today's call received from :[protected]

LOOK GUYS, SHINE.COM IS NOT TRUSTABLE AT ALL. THESE GUYS WANTS YOUR MONEY ONLY. THIS IS FEELING I AM GETTING AFTER TODAY'S CALL.

I got a mail from the website shine.com.
And i just appplied for the post of cabin crew and airticketing section. After a few hour i got a call from the concerned person saying that my cv has been shortlisted. And i am glad to hear that. After all they told me that u had three rounds of test
1. Aptitude
2. Telephonic round
3. Face to face interview
They told me that only after registering on the shine job site only i will be able to start the three sections of test. For that reason i had to pay an amount of 2000 only as a registration fee and further not any more.
And i just thinked about the amount and decided to pay by thinking that only 2000 is to be paid as there consultation fee. They offer me a job with 25k to 30k as my pay scale.

I had received a call from miss Nisha Singh that she is call from agency of shine.com (contact no. [protected]) told me that have you posted on shine.com

I had told her that yes I have applied for job on shine.com and that she address where I have to reach for interview

Then she text me
"TOMORROW UR APPOINTMENT has been fixed [Add: C-32, Basement, Off. No.4, Near WAVE Cinemas, Metro Gate No.2, Kaushambi. Time: 10-12pm. Regards (NISHA)"

I reached at above-mentioned address by 11:20 AM where interviewer demanded 4, 500/- as deposit money to be returned after 2 month of joining in company they provide me

I had already deposited money for rs. 4, 500/- to your Paytm account in respect of security deposited to giving surety that I will not leave before 2 month or the time which company pays to your enterprise consulting fees on 15th may 2017
01:47 pm through my Paytm account

I further pay you another 4, 000/- through payment on 16th may 2017 4:17 pm through my payment account

And thereafter I have paid 12, 000 in cash to Aditya sir by withdrawing from my ATM

I have not received any details where I am going to be placed for interview or my training at IBM

At least reply to me how much time it will take to process or you are not able to provide such recruitment

I have opted for an pmp course with shine. Initially they told that course and certification from govt of india for pmp is
6699 for entire thing, study materials, online course, certification and job assitance and resume floating in india and abroad. After agreeing everything, they are demanding 11850 for the verification purpose, which is not mentioned at all during the initial discussion.

I wanted to discontinue the course which is not started. I paid on 19/05/2017, i am asking for the refund of the amount they are not ready to refund any amount and they not providing the details also for what they are demanding 11850

They blaming me that everyone knows, you don't about this process and for their mistake their offering the other course for
Free for which i need to pay 11850 extra.

In the email they told certification is included, but they are not denying and saying it is costly training. Their strategy is trapping the person advertising themselves with discounted training and demanding more from them.

I need the amount to be refund what i have to do.

Actually, I have seen your message that shine.com doesn't ask me to pay any amount for those interviews. So, I want to know is that fraudulent call or someone misusing the shine.com to hack our personal profiles..

They got 2500rs money from me through paytm in the name of kotak mahindra bank now they are asking more 6400rs for document verification. Today only all these happened I asked my money back he gave me time to think again and going to call me.
