I want to register a complain about one of your employee vivek srivastva (Please note i'm not clear about the name but i have his personal number) [protected]

He has called me many a times and forced me to get some package of 10000 rs. When i said i'm not interested he asked for a reason i said i'm not interested, after which he threaten me these exact lines "i would black list you and destroy your career" also said my wife "who the hell she is to speak".

I'm not interested in any of your jobs or openings nor i want any calls from your end, i'm de-registering myself, if this is the way to deal and threaten customers and show case the frustration, i think ill better call up police and send the details.

If no action is taken with in next 24 hours, ill send the same mobile details to police, and also make sure this person is behind bars.

I got registered with shine.com for job, first they asked me to pay 1600 for selecting in HDFC bank and after they asked me to pay 5000 again to get the offer letter. I paid the whole amount through net banking but after that does not receive any call or letter from their side. After that they again said to me pay 5000 more but i did not pay. They just are fraud persons, so beware of them.

I bought database for 1 year and paid full amount to the organisation.

Now the organisation is putting restrictions the use of portal.

I tried negotiating with the sales manager who they are not cooperating at all.

I am using other portals as well like naukri.com, timesjobs. However, no restrictions are imposed by them.

Poor after sale services. Unprofessional sales manager sumit shukla.

Does not revert on mails

Company claiming to work for shine job called and asked to deposit rs. 2300 for registration. On doing so they asked another 10000 (approx) for ref id for cracking the interview. I refused to pay this amount as i am experienced and can my interview without their interferance. I demanded my 2300 as this was not informed in the initial stage of registration. They refused.
I request shine.Com to take these people to task as they are tarnishing your name. I lost 2300 but i lost my faith in your system. You should have a system to locate and nail such frausters.

I got a call from shine.com name sonali ([protected]) regarding axis bank recruitment, i transfer of rs.2500 to the mentioned below account numberon 6/4/2017 regarding interview process from shine.com. And also credited to their account. Yet now interview process is not made. He will not refund the amount till now. So kindly solve my complaint as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
I have pay amount of Rs. 3850/- to Shine approx a year ago. Since last 10days so many calls are received by me that your session has expiry soon. If you required then we refund your amount other wise it is lapses. Then i asked to mr. Rahul contact no. [protected] thats ok and please refund the amount. He informs me that you may take refund from Paytm only and since last 2 days i.e Saturday on 22nd April and today i.e 24th April total Amount of Rs. 31000/- is deducted from my Axis Account.
I have my Bank details i.e on dated 22nd Amount of Rs. 3000/- will be deducted in place of refund. and on dated 24th April total amount Rs. 28000/- (3000x6 and 10000x1) is deducted.
Therefore it is requested to Shine team please refund my Amount i.e Rs. 3850/- + 31000/- =Rs. 34850/- to me. within 2 days otherwise i will lodge FIR against you.
I hope you may understand my problem.

I got a offer from shine.com regarding branch operation manager in kotak mahindra bank. And this call coming from your employee saniya sekh. And she told me to enroll your name and details by rs.2250 in shine.com. At that time i also registered myself with that amount. After that another employee name anikesh rawat told me that your application processed and you are selected for the post. To document verification and security purpose you have to pay another rs.7500 and it will be refundable. After that i gave that amount also. After that one employee from kotak mahindra bank interviewed me (Do not know really he was from kotak mahindra bank or not). And anikesh told me that you are now selected and congratulated me. After that anikesh told me that and mail me that you have to pay another rs.10500 for security and kyc verification purpose and this also refundable. Now that time. I told to anikesh that i have not pay for that. And told him to refund the whole amount which already pay. He told me that ok monday i will call you and send you the cancellation form. But after many times i call him, he did not pick up the phone. Now i get realize that the shine.com is a fake concern and the cheater also.

If shine.com is a good concern please pay my money which has been paid till the date.

Our recruiter megha from hiring express.com i have been selected as ground staf by jet airways but i got only offer letter soft copy. Till now paid rs.114750 for this job. The first time she didn't say that this much amount you have to pay. She and hr says everytime this is last amount for this process since 1st payment. I got and paid 90000 on their account with 5% interest. They are asking many again and again.

Now asking for paper work 1% you will have to pay rs.42500. I am unable to pay huge amount.

This is Soumik Pramanick, employer of M/s Simplex Infrastructures Ltd, looking for a better opportunity hence have registered my bio data to shine, on 1 st April 2017 I had received call from shine Consultant Named as Manish Gautam contact no [protected] that my resume is selected from HCCL and have to pay 3500 as consultancy fees I paid that and one telephonic interview had arranged by Shine, there fore they mailed me as I am selected and pay 10000 as employment enrollment form on 2 nd I pay the money, later they send me the form and also I Ve submitted, two days later they say I have to pay 15000 as insurance once again I pay the same .Now I have to say is this shine Consultant earlier I have mailed to you but there is no reply to me, I request to pl reply me the same and take action against shine Consultant

I was approached by Sooraj Sharma of Shine.com offering job search. On the onset I apprised him that I dont want any payment Service.
He convinced me for only one time charges of Rs 5798 /-. After a lot of reluctance, I paid this amount next day by net Banking.
After a day he sent me a mail for payment of Rs 21796/- for further processing.
Here I retracted my step sensing a fraud.
I have not utility any Service. I want my payment of Rs 5798 /- to be refund urgently.

But this time he said told me return of money in 90 days. Her name is rahul. And first called me of mrs. Himani, after talk with me of mrs. Divya. That time all are not talk with me and my number is blocked in our mobile phone. I hope you resolved my problem and revert back.

I am Advocate Shri Rama Sharma. Many people have approached me with complaints of this company collecting money under their paid services scheme promising certain delivery and have not complied with that. All of them have paid money to the company and have done so on the prompting and assurance of their employees with whom they have spoken and chatted on line on shine .com portal. When told about lack of service and non fulfillment the company is asking for additional money. When the complaint was lodged with the company's customer care cell they give the standard reply we don't collect money ; this despite the fact they have displayed in the site about the paid service plans and payments by my clients have been made through a link provided by the company and to the company's account. So it is proposed to bring a joint action by lodging a criminal complaint against the company u/s 420 . People who are similarly affected can write to my email address so that i will add all of them in the proposed complaint to bring a joint action against the company. Also the company believes that nobody has the wherewithal to take these complaints to the logical end and also because they as company is more powerful than these innocent cheated applicants.It will be no cost free service because I have seen these people who have sweated out to shell out the money to shine believing their words. I hv got a call from shine.com they offered me a job in axis Bank as operation manager that person name Aditya Kumar, [protected] for the first round i have paid 2550 then 14850 rs, totally i paid 185500 and again he ask money to me i said him to cancel my profile and refund the amount. He told me this is final stage u r selected as operation manger i[censored] cancel the profile u r amount will be refund within a month today i call him his phone was in not reachable. Please help me to recover the amount...

I got a call from a person named Rahul verma[protected] stating a job requirement for software test engineer in TCS company and for that I need to be paying an amount of rs 2830/- as registration which I paid (pg-[protected]) from kotak bank and later I was asked to pay an amount of 7720, 11679 as training fees confirming that this will be the last payment I need to be making leaving me no choics but to pay. Later again on 20Feb I was contacted to pay an amount of 901, 4736 for forwarding the profile and security deposit which I paid after being told that it's the last payment(pg-[protected], [protected]) again was contacted on 22 asking to pay more for forwarding call letter an amount of 7718 which I had to pay as that's the last payment as promised(pg-[protected]).

Again asked to pay 5182 for postal charges which in an intention to not loose the previously paid money continued with the payment. Later got a call of interview and after which I was asked to pay an amount of 25k for joining letter and on the whole I made 95k and with no intention to proceed further asked to cancel the service for which I need to pay an amount of 5k which I paid on 17 March through paytm transfer which is in vein and again asked to pay a total of 15k as company policies are not accepting for such a low amount which I agreed to paid through imps when promised to get refunded within minutes and again contacted to pay 10 thousand more when I had no money left with me and when I called after a few got a reply saying I need to pay 25k as the last payment exceeded the time limit.

Now on the whole I got dumped by 1.15 Lakhs when called and asked stated nothing can be done if the 25 thousand is not paid.

Please help.

I got a call from a person called Rahul Sharma. He called exactly after 20 minutes after i created account in Shine.
He promised me a job in IBM and asked me to pay 3000.. I trusted him and paid him and i got a fake call from another dont know who he is and he said he is calling me from IBM.. It was obviously fake interview..
I got doubt and i asked him to provide me the logo..
He asked me to pay 5000 so that he will do documents verification.
After i paid him i asked him to refund me the money because he sounded too suspicious. I asked him to refund my money.
He then blocked my number. I was nice to him till then but he pissed me off very much..
So I have very close relatives in police so i am tracking him.
I'm almost done tracking him by his account details
Oh yeah i wanted to tell you guys i am personally going to meet him and i am very excited..
But u know i am very generous so i am inviting whoever were cheated by him to join me..
All your expenses will be bore by me.

Dear sir, i got a phone call from shine com, in the name of ankit singh. Then i was told for the job and i got admission fee of rs 2250, which i sent the rupees to the number given by him. Then there was an interview on my phone which was done by yes bank. When i was selected, i asked for 7, 000 rupees for training fee. I did not answer anymore because i asked for help and to seek proof and to oppose me, and i keep calling them back but no answer is being received by them. They also talked about refunding me rs 2250 but i have not received my 2250 so far. I have been paid by paytm on the number indicated by him which is that number which is +[protected]. I called back to this number sometime but no answer is coming. Please try to give me rs. 2250.
