Dear SIR, I got call from SHINE.COM and they interviewed me for a job as software engineer and they took 1500rs through paytm for the next process.They called me again and asked me to pay extra 3500rs then i refused and told to cancel my application and refund my money 1500rs which i payed earlier.They refused to do that and they told me to pay 1500rs extra so that they will transfer 3000rs through online banking.I payed those 1500rs through paytm again.now they are refusing to pay those money back and they said that minimum transaction through net banking is 5000 and they asked me to pay extra 2000rs so that they will refund my complete 5000rs through net banking.I payed them again now they are refusing to pay my money back and are not answering my call.it is such a fraud company.now to refund my 5000rs they are asking for service charges of 3000rs.sir please help me and try to remove these kind o[censored]seless companies.(The phone no's that i transferred are [protected], [protected]) and l also have the entire conversation they talk to me (recorded).

I am writing this mail regardiang misguide by the shine employee 4/4/2017 i have got a call form so called name sameer chhetri ([protected]) said that calling form shine, com he was asked to me pay for registraion free 2799rs then aftre retan the call my number u pay 5999rs more amunt pay now this amount was your document virifay he askin name was ashis ranjan and other manish sir ther number [protected] he call me the said u pay the 5000rs six sigma corsh and this time mr manish sir phone was swicht off now thet time idont have mony
I have alredy paid 13000rs a lot of amount and am in big trouble pleasre reply me this my number [protected]

My money has not been refunded yet, your recruiter contacted me and enrolled me with shine.com and asked me to deposit 6300/- in 2 installments, 1st at the time of registration and then he transferred the call to HR and she asked me to deposit 4500/- for document verification but after now I want to cancel my enrollment n claimed for money they are not picking up the call. Rohit was the recruiter who contacted me [protected]. Please take some actions or otherwise I'll file a complaint against you people

Mr. Sanjay agrwal is the man who call me.. And take 1500 security deposited by me.. Now his contact no. Is switched off... So my money is refundable otherwise i will do case in court.. His no. There were people calling me from the shine recruiters and also mailed me.At first they told me only to submit a small amount lf Rs 1680 for registration process for geeting me a job in the icici bank. and told that the amount will be refunded and no such further amount i have to pay for the process after it was paid then they again told me to pay a amount of Rs 4850 for document verification process which will be refunded after the selection. This was given in mail by them from the mail id- [protected]@recruitershine.co.in and now they are again telling me to pay another Rs 8000 amount for job application which I refused. I told them to return my money back & which they told that they will not return and giving me slangs. There phone numbers are-[protected], [protected], [protected]. I m going to file a fir against them and also a rti against the company of i do not get my money back. i have all the transaction id details as prove. and severe action will be taken against this. The transaction id details have been attached.

This is NAYANJYOTI BORO. I am writing this mail regarding misguide by the shine employee. On 15 march 2017 a girl phone no( [protected]) for the registration in shine.com job portal and told me that there was only one time payment for this registration an the amount is 2830 INR. Then she transfer my call to HR and he take the payment of Rs.2830 again he transferred the line on verification department what was his name I don`t know. He taken some interview and said OK can you paid Rs 7000 . I told y. He said to me that u have to make payment of this much of amount otherwise my registration will not be complete and this is a single payment . I said then I did`t have that much of money. He said at less u have to pay Rs.5000. i said i don`t have. he said collect from Ur friends tomorrow i call u then cut the line. Next day 16 march 2017 he call me from this no([protected] and he taken the money Rs. 5146. he said u will call from icici bank HR for the interview i said OK . Very long hrs they those not call me. i call them on[protected] she receive the call and said they will call u on 2 min. she cut the phone. after 1 min call from [protected] he said i am hr of icici bank i going to take interview i said OK. after interview he said 1 and half an hrs there will be conformation for you then he cut the line. after long time i call on them on those no. ``[protected]. she said there will be conformation on tomorrow at 11 am to 12 pm between do not weary i will always with you and said you can call me at any time. she cut the line. Next day after 12 pm i call on those girls no it was busy either she divert my call or on put on black list. on 22nd march 2017 call me hr phone no.[protected] u have to inter view on icici bank on phone. i said OK . at very short time call from [protected].he said i am from shine .com first he said u have paid Rs.2830 for the registration and for the document verification Rs.5146. ok now u have to pay Rs. 25000 for the job otherwise u loss the job. i said i din`t even single coin also. then he anger with me cut the phone. now onward they do not call me and they does not received my call.

I have registered on shine for premium service by paying an amount of ~4K. Now, and no concerned service is made. Now I have been getting calls from Mr. Rahul Shinde from Shine who is sharing all the details Which i shared only to shine team and telling that there are no Jobs in hand so we are returning your money.

For that he made me a fool and taken around 12K.

Please find him as he is spoiling the brand image and cheating people

Shine advisors are concealing and mis representing information about the program fees and structure. They will push you to make one payment, then will come up with another payment request, then another completely keeping customer in dark and confused and cheated.
Threatening at each stage that earlier money would go waste if you don't pay further.

4 Hours Back Amount taken now they people are saying we will not help till the time you take other services.
They have taken around 5k and now they want more 8k for job assistance. Actually they are making fools to people.

I had already told to you and your senior i should not been asked for any other service to take after taking this service but again Pooja from shine has sent me an email saying that to purchase again a new service otherwise you will not receive any interview call or you will be given service.

Also, when i talked to her senior he also says the same thing.

If this is only the case then why you guys have lied me and if you are not that much capable to check the candidate profile then please don't lie to the people only to have money from them.

I have all the call recordings with me who has said what. You guys are actually making a fool to people with all your false statements..

It is very simple i need my full amount to be reversed back according to your company policy.

If i am not getting any response from you guys with in 2 working days then forcefully i have to take this issue further with authorities.

From shine.com i have got a call related to branch manager, as all the payment was done even i have reaceved the offer letter and bond paper but at the end on this month the hr has switch off there phone and joining is on 20 april
Due to which i m not able to contact them.

If i ll not reacived any alternative solution from u all than i will take this company to the court.

Sir, I had put my profile on the Shine.com for part time job, after which I received a call called [protected] and I received a call from Pooja and said that I was speaking from Axis Bank said to do paytm 999 rupees for making registration asked to email the documents together, and after a few days she said that your name has been registered, you pay Rs 4500 by paytm. I did that on a phone interview that day I gave the call the next day [protected] and said that you have been selected You paytm 12500 rupees for verification, I had only Rs 10, 000, so I peaked her and sent me a form on the mail and said that you did it by scanning it and I did it but my mother told me that In the first place, I came to know about this form a branch and went to the nearby branch and then I went to the branch of Patna. He told me that this form is fake and our bank offers no offers on such a site, then I was broken. Because I was very excited
Then I made an excuse that I got a job in the bank of the bank, so he said that you send your child to the money. You will get a refund. I did not say that our site will be defamated, I still call the remaining 2500 rupees But i did not

Now you can help us refund whole 15499 rupees

SHINE.com is not be trusted.. they are big time scammers.. first they say just 10k for referring the profiles. When you pay they come back with another feature.. I asked them to deliver the paid services then they call me at inconvenient time and ask me to enroll in other useless features which I dont want.. they say something and then add up the bill.. Big time cheaters..

Then they simply bug you for everything even after you have provided them with all info. Every agent asks for your complete info and they want to talk to you.. This will naturally bug any one and they know that..

In the end you get fed up and n you realise u were scammed !!

Sir my name is ravi kumar,, sir one lady called from delhi she said tats motors company calledbu, plz register 1600 ripped,, u will get call from hr manager, then i paid amount after words i called that number but no one will received, and switch off the mobile' sir im from poor family sir.. In the month of dec16 when i started searching job i got call from shine for resume writing.. I took that service... After that i got a call from saurabh who told me that there is opening in some big company for that i will have to buy some of the shine service.
After that i received a call that money is rquired to pay t some hr of a big company... I refussed to pa that amount... They tried a lot to convenience me to pay this amount. I ade them clear that i will not pay any amount. I said if i get the job i will make the payment.
I also asked them to send me a mail with this requt. But that never happen... Every time i call them to take any update.. They keep on changing the gole post... Not a single interview call got through shine inspite spending so much money.
I talked to their senior but of no use... All are hand in globs.. This is thir modus of operandi... They dont send any mail on any thing... When you talk to seniour they will ask for mail...
This is very big fraud company...

Today I got a call similarly and got trapped by paying 3441/-. I called the bank to get it charged back but it was too late. They confirmed that they were from shine.com. Even truecaller display showed as shine.com. And now i dont think if a genuine shine.com executive calls also the people will accept the call and trust them. Request Shine.com should take some action on the same.
All calls were from Delhi and the People who called are :

Ms Mansi your airport recruting staff spoke very badly and unprofessionally.
She hung the phone shouting at me. Literally she shouted and slammed the phone. I was complaint about one of your staff who early during the day did the same thing.
If you as such reputation company have such people then please stop your services to us and shut down. No body has given you all the right to insult us. You all email us to get enrolled with your company and then treat us so badly.
I'll surely take this matter to social media. People like Mansi should sit at home or get the self treated mentally n learn to behave professionally.
I was SMS ed by her to call her on the number[protected]. I would prefer being jobless rather than enrolled myself with such a company who have un disciplined employees.
I'll discontinue to be your client and also make sure no more people enrolled with you unless you improve your service quality.
I was also working with BPOs n currently working on international airport but I make sure my company feel proud of me n I bring pride to my company.
SUCH BEHAVIOUR IS SERIOUSLY UN ACCEPTABLE.
