Dear Shine team,
I got a call from Shine.com on 28th Jan related to paid premium services and i acknowledged considering by current condition for requirement of job and paid around 3k, as the executive told me that my services will be activated and I'll get a call from relationship manager.
Later on same day I got a call from Relationship Manager, i was shocked when he was Started asking for additional money pertaining to resume building, educational courses, profile highlights etc etc, there was no clear cut figure told to me and he went on sending the invoices and finally I ended up paying 1.5 lac, as the RM was continuously forcing to pay and was telling i can't go back and cancel the services which i already paid .
I have realised about shine.com after multiple reviews and I also i have multiple personal issues, with the amount being too huge, request you to kindly refund my amount. I ok to continue the services of only highlighter and not other services, please help me out.
I called your team who coordinated for the process they are very adamant and directly denying for refund and also they have Changed the sentences compared to what they told during registration. RM had told there are vacancies in lot of top companies and they will ensure I'm getting placed in that, but after paying huge amount they are saying it depends on jobs what i appy in portal and shine will only highlights our profile. I don't understand this, I'm willing to opt out as i see there is some unforeseen situation always created by your team.
