I would like to share that Ms. Anshika from shine.com has approached me through mobile No.+91 [protected] on 20th Jan 2017 and offered few job opportunities for me. She told me that to avail services, a nominal charges of Rs.2000 will be required to pay and will be refundable. Mr. Amardeep from your office took the call and guided me to register for the same. I registered and transferred payment of Rs.2300/-(Rs.2000/- fee + 300 taxes) from my SBI account vide transaction ID.[protected]IGAAQRWDW4., Then he forced me to add one more cart for service of Rs.8850 + taxes which was not told me earlier.

Now it is all doubtful and I have decided that I don't want to avail any of your services and not availed any service till date so you are requested to please refund my money i.e. Rs. 2300/- paid to you

On 20th February 2017 I received calls from Kanika (Mobile no. [protected]) and Amit Saxena (Mobile nos. [protected] and [protected]), both employees of Shine.com, who telephonically guided me to pay Rs 2, 300/- and Rs 10, 178/- to the payment gateway website www.masterjobs.in without explaining anything about the services they were going to provide.
I have not availed any services from the company so far and have now realised that the company keeps asking for payments on different grounds without providing any worthwhile service. I have also gone through the reviews about the company posted on internet sites ad feel that I have been subjected to a fraud.
I wish to cancel my membership and request for the refund of my payments.

I got a call from dailyshinealert.com employee named Karan Mishra ([protected]) saying that my resume has been selected for TCS company and that i need to pay him rs 2650 to generate an reference id as dailyshinealert.com is a third party company and then they will provide me a mail with reference id, employee number, and HR id to which i have to contact for the interview after the reference id is generated. so i paid him that amount on his number through paytm. on the next day i got a mail (from [protected]@dailyshinealert.com) with my reference id and hr id and then i got a call from another guy Varun Rana ([protected]) saying that after reference id, there is one more procedure left for the interview to get scheduled and that i will 110% get the job after i complete this step, and that procedure was verification procedure which again demanded rs 8750 for the verificaton of my documents. then i found that company to be suspicious and so i researched online about this company and found that they have scammed other graduates also by saying that their Resume has been shortlisted in TCS company and so i requested them to cancel my profile and refund my money back (Rs.2650) as they promised early and as i dont have money for verification process and Varun Rana agreed to it but as of now (20-Feb-2017 6:15PM) he is not receiving my call at all so i dont know what to do now. Please look into this issue and help me get my money back as i am still a student and 2650 is a big amount for me and i have trusted them regarding job and gave them my House Rent money. i would be in a big problem if i dont get this money back as soon as problem so please help me in getting it back! Thanks.

I received a call for paid service, i thought that should be fine as i was looking for job and i paid 2299 Rs. Later my profile was forwarded to some expert and he wanted me to pay 3999 Rs to enhance my profile and i wasn't informed about this earlier and when i paid the first time the representative said i will be getting calls based on this and i was asked to pay again and i was told all i have to do is apply for jobs that will be recommended, so i again paid and before that i WASN'T INFORMED that i will have to pay again, then i get a mail telling i have to pay 10K and this will be the last time. I wasn't ready to do it and even told them i don't want any services from you. They said they can't return it and can't do anything with the profile without paying 10K. When i started shouting at them they transferred the call to someone and was told i will be getting a call in 15-20 mins and they dint.

I uploaded my resume on shine.com. I got a call from this no [protected] one lady spoke with me and tod me that there is a vacancy in Amul India and asked me to register 1500 for registration. then 1st round interview done . After that I got another call from this no [protected] and he told me his name Harsit jadav. he told he is that lady's senior and asked me money for next process and I transferred 14000 rupees in phrase in paytm. I am giving you the paytm no ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])
and now he is not picking my call. I have taken that money from others and now I am unable to give them back. When I searched in google then I found many complaints on this site. so I am complaining here. Please take actions and make them refund that amount please.

Updated by Kishan01 on Feb 22 some one called me from this no [protected] and told me he is bikash from shine.com complain department he asked and told me that they need 30000 limit to refund so he told transfered the call to his manager and he told me to make it 30000. so I made it 30000. He asked me the card no to transfer through pay u money. And Instede of refunding he debited 30000 more from my account. Sir please take actions on them or else job seekers will do suiside.

This is the same thing that happened with other users here, they (Amit Gupta -[protected] from Shine.com) call and ask to take the Services of 3999/-for featuring resume for 6 months etc and then transfer the call to other executive for getting more information on this. Then call was transferred to Navin Kumar - [protected] from Shine.com) and he asked me to pay further more totalling to INR 17500/- for another services on pretext that it would be of no use if you only take INR 3999/- service for which i paid them earlier and asked me to pay further.

Further i spoke to number of executives and seniors and somehow initiated with their services for amount totalling to INR 21000 to see if i get any good services Or not. But 2 months passed i got their services where in very normal CV, Cover letter were delivered by them for which i was not satisfied at all as already i had good many resumes, CV as compared to what they provided and then i asked them for Refund as i was not satisfied with their services.

In both the cases Shine.com(a HT media company) didn't refunded me the payment i did even i said to them that keep the INR 3999/- with you but atleast refund me the remaining amount of INR 17500 which they forced me to pay on pretext that earlier services paid (for 3999/-) would not be o[censored]se and any job seeker falls prey to it but what shine.com and their employees did is that they are LOOTING innocent people just to get MONEY also i gave them other option to provide me Good Services which they could not do so where am i wrong in asking them a Refund for Services NOT Satisfied.

Guys (shine.com, HT media) please keep up the reputation else CLOSE your Company..One day will come you will have to Pay 100 times more than what you are looting from us. Below are all the Contacts and phone numbers of the employees with whom i have spoken.

Good morning sir...i want to request you please stop this type of fraud...recently i got a call that my resume has been selected for ground staff in indigo airlines...they said me that i have uploaded a resume on shine.com so thats why we are calling you...i have believed on their words...they ask me to deposit 1500 for conducting 1st round ..i did so...and for issuing interview letter as well as offer letter they ask me to deposit 12500/-..i did so...and finally they told me to deposit 22500/- for conducting final round of interview...at this time i told to refund my money because i don't have enough money my father is a labour...and actually the money 12500/- is the money which i have borrowed it from my friend...and daily my friend is calling me where is the money..i keep calling to that person they said they have issued a check..it will come in two days..through airways...since it has been a month i haven't received a check or anything...they have switched off their mobile phones..i am not the one there are many people like me...so please sir i am requesting you to do my help...my parents are i n trouble..

This is also a servant agency. They are cheats and thugs. They have run away with our 55 thousand rupees and when we ask them for refund they keep postponing saying they will get us a servant (which they still haven't been able to provide after we paid them 7 months back)... We want our money back. Worst, stupidest mistake of my life to sign contract with such Bihari liars and gundas. They are very disrespectful when you follow up for servant or refund and they keep buying time and never delivering. Even if they offer you discount please dont waster a rupee on them . I even told them if you can't give male servant then I can go for female maid servant as I didn't want my money to go to waste but even maid they haven't provided in 7 months. I wanted servant in unskilled or semi skilled category which was between 5-10 k and then they say your budget is low, I have someone for 12.5K so I say ok bring him, they comitted to bring him that evening and then they stopped attending my call after few days they picked my call and said that person coudnt be contacted in all these days - they only buy time hoping you will forget them and stop asking for servant or refund.

The Mail received from Meto Consultancy and doing my investigation I found that they are fake are fraud people only needed the candidate money and playing with their career. so I request you to band that consultancy and black mark them and intimate all the companies you are having contacts with. It will be a help if you do so.

I got a call from Mr. Ajay. He said he is from shine.com and has a job offer for me from HDFC bank for clerical post.i paid rs. 2500 to him for registration via paytm which was refundable with the first salary. I got a interview call which I cracked very easily. After that he said I've selected with A+ grade and now need to pay 6500 for the 6 months bond which will be refunded after 6 months. I paid that too via paytm.
After signing the bond he asked me to pay rs. 6000 for opening an account in HDFC bank itself which will be my salaried account later on. I paid that too.
Then he asked to pay rs.3000 for courier charges and since then (jan 20th) I haven't received the courier (14th feb).
Now, he is not picking up the phone past 3 days.
I also have all the screenshots of the payment I've made and aslo have a call recording.

After payment no process update and no benefit, not arranging any interview, .
No one is reply MR. MANISH said before I paid the premium the I will be taking care of case. But now he is not receiving the call always avoiding and no call back from his side.
No recommend no process, till date I did not receive the kit of Six sigma certificate.
I paid all the amount of Rs. 17778/ but now no guide. No service.

I regd with shine.com for job month of oct16 and every 5 days shine person ask to pay a sum of rupees then we give a job to mnc company but shine again by again ask to me for money and i am already pay a sum of rs. 1.60 lacs to shine account i request you to please refund the amount from shine

[protected] and he said this is not refundable

please solve my issue otherwise i complaint filled against your executive .

This is Nitish Tikadar. I am writing this mail regarding misguide by the shine employe. Mr. Shuvam Agarwal contacted me on 8th February 2017 for the registration in shine job portal and told me that there was only one-time payment for this registration and the amount is - 2799 INR. After confirmation of the payment, he transferred the line to verification department and Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jha was the attendee. The frauding game began from there. Mr. Jha send me a link to make payment of INR 3449 and told me I have to make payment of this amount otherwise my registration will not be completed and This is a single payment. I did that so that my previous amount don't get wasted and the game continued. After that I had to pay another Rs. 4698, Rs 7000 then Rs 11000. Totally I was captured in their trap. Then I denied to pay any further amount and Mr. Jha told me that If I don't do any further payment my all money will be wasted and I will not get back a single amount. All the payment was made from credit card through online. After that I called my bank and request them to cancel all the transaction. They take m request and block my credit card. On 9th February Shuvam Agarwal called me again and told me to pay the rest of amount. But I denied to pay. At 1 PM they send me the receipt copy of the amount in details. For which registration they was asking 46000 Rs now they are giving me the same in 35000 rs. Please help me to return back my money.

One respective person from shine was contact me for the complajnt. I have sent them all the proof which I was recorded during conversastion. The conversation proove that it was totally a cheating case. But after that they only called me only to activate the services they forcefully sold me. I denied to activate those. After that no one called me about the resolution. What to do next? Please suggest.

Even i have written a mail to atul dixit he is the main guy who is communicating to my queries, but he seems to be deaf ear. If this continues then i have to take this matter up to the higher authority.

Hi I had got a call from.glassdoor recruiters client of shine.com regarding a job in indigo airlines. They told me dat they will get me a confirmed job as a ground staff with salary of 32-38k in Pune. They asked 2000rs for registration saying that it is refundable. I paid
Later after clearing online test they asked for 5500 RS to verify documents in order to have a telephonic interview with the hr of indigo airlines and said that it will also be refunded on the first day of my joining. Yesterday they again said that ur job is confirmed u need to pay 12500rs in order to release ur intent later which I refused to pay and told them to refund my money that I paid earlier. They said to email them y I am not accepting the offer and they will do the needful. I paid all the money thru Paytm
Today they are neither picking up my call nor are replying to any of my mails. I want my money back. Cheaters
