Cancel My Subscription which I have not used and Initiate Refund.

On 20th Sept' 22, I got a call from an executive Mr Vivek from shine.com (HT Media Group ) for paid services and I paid Rs 3292/- ( Tr Id IN20220920_708159_150402) and the executive said that I will get a call from senior manager for more update . And I got a call on 20th sept’2022 evening from Mr Suraj and they extracted Rs 5192/- (IN20220920_[protected]_[protected])...

Shine.com is taken money from candidates and not taking any action on the fraud activities happen on behalf of them. They are taking advantage of freshers who are looking for job and demanding for money.

Mail id of email group where many candidate are getting fraud calls for offering job is : [protected]@shinerecruitments.com. I request shine.com to resolve this issue....

Since I have opted a subscription, no one is contacting from Shine company. Before buying the subscription I had received couple of calls and they had shown all the advantages of buying a subscription but after payment no one even pick the call and give call back. Jobseeker always have hope and expect good services.

It looks another fraud company ?...

I got a call from [protected], she told me about bank job with training & other stuff. She texted me to send my documents as well as 2500/- & when I replied I'm not interested, she wrote "Nikal Chal" .
I think it's enough to tell this is absolutely fraud & this complaint would be helpful for future fraud going to happen by her....

I am getting continous promotional calls from shine, I have blocked multiple numbers and I get a call from a new number every single time, this is annoying, I have not even registered in shine, please take strick action to stop the calls and disturbing someone mentally, I have been annoyed with the promotional calls that I am getting....

I said yes, then she said a position of data analyst is vacant. She said you have to fill a form and pay Rs 10 for that form and She send me a link Shinenaukri.in. Mere pass WhatsApp message aaya shine recruiter link s..phir uske baad call aaya k aap job krna chahte ho main aapko shine.com pr company s interview kraunga but uske liye registration krana hoga 10 rupey only other koi charges nhi liya jayega baaki ham company s lenge jahan aapka interview krayenge select krne k baad...isliye phle aap registration kr do then payment kr do...jaise hi kiya ek baar payment failed second time mere karib 14k+...

I got fake and fraud job offers on the VK Honda, Maruti Suzuki, Royal Paints, Hindustan Engineering Ltd, Sikka Group since I made my account on shine.com Job portal. I even told about this fake job offers to shine team many teams but they didn’t delete my job profile on their website by simply giving the reason of their privacy policy that they were unable to delete my data from their website. And I saw unknown company recruiter’s activity...

They asked for registration and started collecting money 3292, , 9621, 15621, saying to complete module and u will get job in 15days...

A person name - Sanchit (as he said on call from +[protected] called me 2-3 times. He tried forcefully to sell his product by name - shine.com premium service in 5000 inr to me. I denied him on very one go. He sent me a link for payment also. He called me after 2 days (approx, not remember exactly) and keep asking for payment forcefully by using tough & hard language. Getting too many fraud and spam calls after registering for it. And also after submitting the complaints to them also they are not talking any severe steps to avoid it....

I have got call from 08/09/2022 shine.com stating shine will provide carrier opportunities with delicated RM and chargeable of
rupees 3200 and everything will be taken care by him only I need to share profile and resume.After paying amount got message that RM has been allocated.
After RM given he has given call and asked about the profile post which he said some amount to be paid for certification of degree and carrier improvement...

I have not received services form last 2 month. So I want refund...

I got a call from https://www.shinerecuriter.com/ that you want to get a job, you go on this Eid and register for 10 rupees so that you can get job then I As soon as she went on id, went and paid Rs 10 juse 15000 rupees was deducted from my account, so immediately he got a call that today you do not complain, we are returning the money but turn off the phone after some time...

I received a call from person named amit kumar on 22 august asking if i was searching for a job and would be available for interview in the afternoon .i was asked to pay rs.3000 for him to provide me questions for interview and i would get a refund by an hour if selected or not. later when i asked for refund he told i need a day time and asked me to call him next day when i contacted him the next day he told will do in a while and stopped...

I have been deposited Rs.21780 on 05/08/2022 in the name of shine.com for offering job. But after depositing the amount no response received nor any call received for interview. Now no body pick up my phone. Kindly trace out and refund my above payment please. Money debited from my ICICI debit card three times on 5/8/2022.

Received a call from with a name of Ankita from Shine.com from No [protected]., she asked to generate id with a token money of Rs. 10/ only asap. i click the link it takes me to PayU4 and than to internet banking page, once i entered the details & same time I recd a msg from HDFC . Thanks for Paying Rs. 23000/- I was shocked .How it happen, Same lady was in touch with me till next date that it was done mistakenly and i will refund the money...

Someone is called from [protected] this number. They asked money for Interview. When I refuse to give it, they told that they will not provide any job.. This is fraud.. Because no company asked for money for interview. Consultancy firms asked for money but that also after giving the job....
