I received multiple calls from Shine regarding their employment services. After I made the payment my number was blocked and they refused to provide me with details. I would like a refund if possible.

    Dear sir/Madam

    My name is Nimmala Naga Venkata Siva Ganesh I got call from shine.com 19/12/2022 at that call one person told 2000/- you can pay they will active my shine account and it will shown your account in recruiters.He told after this payment no need to pay anything and after payment is done i got mail confirmation to the shine so He told please reply back to the mail. I have given the reply back .
    In this mail I discuss a few points...
    1)After 2000/- paid Another person called he told he is my relationship manager his name Sagar([protected]) He is explain about the process like how to active the profile and everything after conversation he is not tell about the [ Education Verification and Employment Verification, Fresher Resume Writing Service, Resume Booster and etc.., , ] he told you can check with the mail then there i got the this payment mail . i told him first person told after 2000/- you no need to pay anything but he told you will pay this amount then only recruiters seen your profile like that he told so paid the amount.After Payment is done he told there is no payment after this one

    2)After 2478/- Amount paid Again he told you you can pay the Fresher Resume Writing services and Resume Booster i was ask .you said there is no payment after 2478/- but now again you are saying 3834/- payment without this one recruiters not seen the profile he told .

    3)After 3834/- payment is done again he shares the payment link of 6135/- which is in the linkedin profile writing. I said i don't want any linkedin profile i have already there i am not paid anything i told him. He told us we are creating the linkedin profile and that profile will seen the recruiters he told I paid this amount also. Before this payment i was asked after this payment i am no need to pay anything he said there is no payment so paid 6135/-.

    4)After 6135/- payment is done he shared another payment link. I argue with him he geven the lie information .He told without this course recruiters will not see your profile .

    So Sagar Told within 7 days you will get the recruiters calls as of now i am not getting any calls from the Hr's.

    A few days back I got the Education documents uploaded link then there was Mention Graduation Documents. I uploaded my UG certificates but that is wrong. I did MBA. I already informed Sagar and some other customer care people as of now I am not getting this information also.
    Today I was complaining that all my orders in my resume are wrong, Education documents are wrong and everything is wrong . After completing my course i got call from shine his name is munish i already informed him regarding my complaint once again i am requesting below my complain please check it once
    Please Dont process all activities. I paid almost 197060/- . I want a refund of this amount. I don't want any job and any services from your side . If you need any clarification please call me below number. If I am not getting any response I will do whatever I want.

    Note :- Don't play the game for unemployed people

    I already informed so many times regarding my issue so I don't any services from your side please do refund my amount and it's almost 1 month is done till you people are telling it's an active please do deactivate my services and do refund asap

    Sorry for the saying again and again don't drag this issue i paid 19 dec 2022 today date is 1 Feb 2023 till i am not recieved any calls from Hr sides and at the time of paying money they told with in 7 days you will get the results But till now there is no updates it's almost more than 1 months still you people are telling use the services how can I use . shine services is not good please do refund my amount

    The process requires equal participation from your side as a candidate to ensure that you get a relevant opportunity. It all depends upon the availability of relevant and active job opportunities in the marketplace. It is not practically feasible to make any kind of commitment on the time period.

      They are not refunding the money as well as not offering the relevant job to me.

      I am demanding the job near by Delhi but offering me in Hyderabad, Mumbai etc. which is very far away...

      I am Research Scientist in organic division, flavor, perfumery, natural products, aromatic compounds etc...

      But they are offering sales executives jobs, BLA BLA BLA

        I was scammed by shine.. Pls refund me my money.. I feel so pathetic falling for that .. Pls give me my money back I paid that thinking I can earn more if I invest on myself but it's very sad they took advantage of innocence pls give me my money back it's the only money i have ..i have to pay for rent and food and studies pls i request u guys.. First they asked 2005 for registration and later on one person impersonated as relationship manager and kept on asking money second was 4129 third was 6848 and fourth was 10854.. Totally 23829 Such a scammers pls give my money back.. I am in dire need of that money.. Pls i request 🙏🙏🙏

          Greetings, Sir/Madame
          On 12/20/2022, I received an email from an executive access and consultant registered with shine.com. They mentioned in that email that we have some urgent openings in Oman, the UAE, and other places. Please send your resume to rs. 1000 if you are interested. So I figured Rs. 1000 wouldn't hurt, so I sent my resume and transferred Rs. 1000 to their account, which she provided. Then, two days later, I received an email from Sultan Qaboos University informing me that my resume had been shortlisted and that I should contact my consultant to obtain a reference ID. So I contacted them about it; they said yes and asked me to transfer RS.7000 to generate a reference ID. So I transferred that sum using To generate a reference ID, use RS.7000. So I transferred the money with reservations, and two days later she contacted me to set up a phone interview. She connected the call to them again after two days. A man interviewed me; he asked formal questions but none about my topic. They appear to be forgeries to me. A single page is insufficient to explain all of the details. As a result, I've attached all necessary documents for your convenience.
          And have a chat with her. Also, record the audio from the interview. I've transferred RS 28000 so far. Kindly take necessity action to reverse my money and block them to access public data.

            I got in touch with Pooja of your sales team and she explained me all the facilities they offer. Then she told me I've to pay 2, 005 rs for the services and then she'll forward my CV to their relationship manager who will help me in looking for the job according to my CV. I paid that amount and then got a call from relationship manager and later he sent me another mail for paying another amount of 4, 719 rs.
            When I complained about not coming clear of all the charges before and asked for refund. They completely denied for refund and the guy named Mohit even talked rudely.

              I got a call from shine .com to opt for the service, Initially, the charge 3000 after the RM called me and said he would help me.
              First, he said there is a small charge in the process he send me a link and ask to pay.I paid and I confirmed before paying only this amount need to pay he said only this after that again he said another process and ask more about the amount.

              not again he demanded for 34466RS .

                I had registered with shine.com on Dec 2022. On 9th December I received a call from shine asking about my job background. The person assured me to provide a job abroad and asked to make payment for activating services. A total of Rs 60180 was payed by me to HT MEDIA (ne as per Google pay) in multiple transactions. But now they have neither provided me job nor any services. Kindly look into this and help me to get my money back. Most of the transactions were done from my Google pay. Final 3 transactions were from credit card. The person whom I communicated with was Mr.shiva ([protected]). All the transaction details are attached for your reference.

                None of the services are valid. It's totally cheating. I have received many fraud calls later after registering complaint against shine. They addressed themselves as from consumer court and then from crime branch. They are simply sitting to eat peoples money. I have all the details of money transactions I have made. If it is not refunded I shall move further. We have physical platforms like cybercell and legal advisors who may help to resolve the issue. I demand my money back as I don't need any of the invalid services provided by shine.

                  Hi,

                  I was called today (14-Jan-23), by Shinde.com Sales team member, Abhishek Razawat ([protected]). He asked me about providing Job Search services. Initially, I was asked to pay INR 3, 657 which i paid, thereafter I was asked for premium services which costed INR 8, 257. I enquired then whether there was any additional hidden or more cost as i would not be able to pay any further amount. I was told there is no further cost. After paying INR 8, 257 I got a request to pay another INR 13, 000 approx. cost which was not informed to me at the start. I told the salesman that it was cheating by hiding this cost from me.

                  I demanded refund of the earlier amounts INR 3, 657 + INR 8, 257 which was denied from the salesman.

                  I want refund of my money because of Cheating / fraud conducted by Shine.com team.

                    initially informed to pay 3126/- approx then diverted to RK sahoo who is an expert asked me 3 times payment one for learning verification approx 7192/- and second installment of 6152/- for experience verification of previous company after paying this again he has asked for 3rd installment for presentation of resume and career details when i refused to pay as initially he said 2 step verification and added one more then started convincing and forced me to pay 10000/- approx

                    kindly repay the amount which i have paid as you have cheated me by asking me one time payment of 3192/- and then followed with tricks of asking money in the name of verification

I am searching for a job and I got the call from Shine.com named Pankaj on 3rd Jan 2023 and he told, me that within 7 days i will get interviews and will get best job he asked me to pay 3657 first again 7434 like this he took totally Rs.117928/- after that i got links when i tried to open that it was taking somewhere else/.

                        last 10 days over still no response from any one.

                            I enrolled with Shine for Resume booster where I paid ~3500, but today one executive forced me to pay additional amounts which is roughly ~1.5 lakhs for services which I don’t want. Can someone pls help in this regard?

                            I don’t want these services so kindly cancel my subscription and please refund my money back.

                              Received a call from shine.com for the registration amount, whee amount to be deducted by credit card. By providing the PIN, INR 49 supposed to deducted. However INR 10151.4 got deducted. Again I received a call from shine that the amount was deducted wrongly, hence to repay please provide the PIN received on mobile, so I given it to Mr. Rohit Shrivastav (he said he is a employee of Shine.com) But again the same amount got deducted. Total i lost 30k during this transactions.
                              Now, there is no refund from shine.com for my payment and phones are also not reachable..
