Tomorrow I have got a call from so called Name Miss swati n mr akshay, ([protected], [protected] ) said that calling from Shine.com from new delhi He asked me to pay 2250 for confirming job in hdfc bank. I din know that its spam. Its completely trap, he fooled me not only by taking the money, instead he took my photo copy (colored) and Pay slip of the present company and My resume. I blindly provided the same. Today they called me again for telephonic interview. N said that i have been selected n have to pay the refundable amount 10500. That i had paid. But later realized that its all fraud business. I hope he will not misuse my details in any activity, if also so, I will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details. It will be not with my knowledge. I paid the 12750amount to the a/c : [protected] (sbi bank) Name : dinesh kumar . facilities services. I also please others not to trust such mails or call. Please take it as alert message for all.

I got a call from this Ph No.[protected] stating that i have got selected for ICICI Bank and L&T for the interview rounds and explained me the process. then the girl told me, for the payment of 2400 after i get selected in the company.
Then they told me the advantage of them if i get selected. i didnt like way she was speaking i douted it will be fraud so disconnected the call.

Again she called me and asked i have sent you a bank account send me the money through net banking and send the scan documents right now.

I got a mail from Mr. Birendra Jha in Shine.com asking me pay an amount of Rs. 2000 for placement services from shine.com on 31 Aug 2016. I made payment on 6 Sept 2016. After that he said I was eligible to shortlisted in companies like L&T and Unitech and asked to pay more amount in the name of formailities without naming any service names in three links continuously with amounts 5999, 10000 and 26000 and told me trust him and he will surely arrange me interviews in 1 week's time and promised me that no more payment are required. I believed him and made the payments. Now after 1 week he has sent me another link for an amount of Rs. 27000 and telling me that I have to make another payment and then only he can show any job oppurtunities. He is saying the last payment is for resume and profile creating. What kind of services are these? They are saying and taking amount first for other services and now claiming for resume and linking it to linkedin for an amount of 27000. This is very disappointing from Shine to cheat someone who has believed in the company. If you require the amount you should say in starting itself these are the amount required for showing job oppurtunities. You keep on asking money in one way or other and till now no services have been provided by them. Nor they have shown any job oppurtunities. Mr. Birendra is unable to tell me what services he has enrolled me in and kept on saying he has sent my profile to this company and that company and not even to say the name of a specific company he has sent my profile to. I have lost faith in cheats like shine.com. I want my money refund.

Sir, My name is senthil kumar. i got a call from swathi from shine.com saying she is calling from delhi. (In true caller her name came as Tapsi Bedi). First they asked fr 2650 saying as it is registration charge. I paid the amount to Hdfc bank ac no: [protected] to sj services. Same day i got a telephonic interview for axis bank & they said i am selected. Next they said me to pay 16850 fr interview as security deposit. They said it is the last stage & i get confirm job. I also got call from Mr. Roy HR of axis bank, delhi that i am selected for interview. So i paid in syndicate bank account no: [protected] to Antesh kumar. Yesterday again they are telling me to pay 21000 so that they will send me joining letter itself. They also said if i dont get the job amount will b refund. My grandmother is sick. Had to do operation so i need the money back. Please make arrangrments fr refund cal me +91 [protected]. Or i will take legal action aganist shine.com.

On 13/9/2016 i got call from no. [protected] some lady was in conversation with me. She was telling about some offer that time i was busy because riots was happening in bangalore and i was stuck in it, so i told same to that lady but she was telling all story without listening to my problem then angrily i told the same again that i m stuck in riots. She asked me when i will be free so she can call again, i told that 6pm i will b free unfortunately my phone gone switch off
So i charged it,
Next day again phone came from same number and i was in interview so phone was on silent. She called me with some personal number and talked with me vulgar and abusive. I told her that i m not interested with any offer, she again abused and hangup phone

She gave me a address and the interview is scheduled at 3:00 PM today itself, but i am told to pay Rs.1000- once i reach there. I want to know is it true or fake??

I am mounica from andhra pradesh.. After i uploaded my resume in shine.com.. I got a call from ANJALI alias DEPTHI.. ANURAG, Malhotra.. Saying that job is confirmed.. And asking to pay 3000.. Later 4001 rupees .. Later wen i saw the complaints online.. Wen i asked for refund.. They pushed for another 3000.. As far as i know the process is below..wen asked for the refund.. They use all the filthy language to get lost and deal from consumer court..
I have never seen a costumer care which operates with mobile numbers of vodafone.

1. Data has been hacked or misused from shine.com
2. These bloody people even ditch people saying u go to bank .. I will refund your money i[censored] deposit extra 4500 and all..
3. Unemployed people are falling prey for such fraud sites

I care for the rest of the citizens to stand against this as the freshers are the backbone for the upcoming IT industry..

He never told me that i have to pay an further amount of Rs. 7000/- after the payment of above mentioned Rs. 2000/- instead of calling me for about 50 times in 2-3 hours and after receiving the payment he is saying that i have to pay an amount of Rs. 7000/- more for getting a premium service for getting a job. He just told me that i have to pay a single lump sum on time registration amount of Rs. 2, 000/-.

Now, after this i am very disappointed by your company which is well known for providing jobs to various people all over the nation.

I will stop using shine.com after this and will not suggest any of my known people to use this site after this incident if the payment made by me will not be refunded back to me.

This is mohan raj I started a paid service from shine career plus, I started my process before 2 months for this service I paid more than 60, 000 but i didint get any positive result form shine .com. With in a phone call they forced as to pay amount, this is the last day if you dealy your profile has been closed like that they told, How many department working on a single profile, whenever I paid some amount that respective person gave the confirmation like this is the final amount after that you dont need to pay any single amount but after 1 or two days another person called me this is another department i am the responsible person for your profile this is the last day you must pay this much of amout if i neglect that conversation they spoke very harshly, now another person called me I am calling form recruitment panel I am the responsible person for your profile you must pay again some amout this is the last day if you can't your profile has been closed like that he spoke very rudely. thing is we are not grown up from rich family, i want to know how many departments working on a single profile or else this is a cheating trick. If i told to pls close my profile they were not accepted they simply working on money only. dont trust shine career plus, they simply suck our money form us,

Here with sharing the detailed escalation/concern to this mail id so send this for the needful support/advise.

1. On 13th aug, 2016 - named vishnu called and explained the shine.com paid service and agreed to opt for the same and hence made payment of inr#10169 to avail paid service benefits. During the same time, vishnu didn't said even single word that again i need to make some more payment or no refund policy.

2. Again on 17th aug, 2016 - another gentleman named anup called and asked me to pay some more money to avail further services, for which initially i didn't agree but later on i requested for confirmation that no any other gentleman will call and ask for payment again.! For the same i got a confirmation stating this will be full and final payment and no other person will ask for money until i get a job. Then i made a payment of inr#30000 to avail further service benefits.

3. Again on 02-sep-2016 - another gentleman named maheep called and asked me to pay some more money to avail the final interview call services.

What is happening...? People who are desperately looking for job and availing the paid service is getting cheated.
None of the gentleman mentioned or explained me the total shine.com paid service payment life cycle and getting calls requesting for payment in regular intervals and to the third person when i am asking for cancel and refund, he is stating no refund.

When i am asking for justice by refund my money, none of the shine.com executive is feeling responsible and concerned about the customer or giving respect.

Can i expect any justice here. Attaching all the evidences.

I have very bad experience with shine.com i never received any genuine call from this site, i lost my patients when on 3rdsep2016 i rcvd call when i was busy in my office. The representative said "hello anita tumne shine pr job ke liye i said yes but ryt nw i am busy can u call me after few tym then he said to kya mai free baitha hu tujhe call krne ke liye rkh phone"

I nvr expected this type of response. Its really disappointing ...
