The shine.com is a completely cheating organization. I have also enrolled for the course by paying Rs 12750/-. The book they have provided for the course which is valid for June 2016 examination. They are really goon like people. And unfortunately they are now asking for more money for job searching. Don't rely these people.

Friday on 13/05/2016 afternoon i got a call from one of your tele caller for better job opportunities and then it was told to me that i can opt for overseas option also, then she transferred the call to your overseas dept. And it was told to me that for good option and for preparation of my cv i have to pay rs. 6197/- and it was confirmed that no more charges are there.
And as per my preference i got a call on 14/05/2016 morning and i paid rs. 6197/- through your payment gateway, then i forwarded my resume to atul. [protected]@shine.com and after 30 minutes i received another call from +[protected] and the person told me that i have to pay another rs. 6, 999/- otherwise as per my profile i will not get good opportunities. Which was not told to me earlier..
I am not interested with this service, therefore i would request you to refund my money back.

Shine.com (Ht media) advertises that its users can post jobs for free on 'shine.com' but after registering i am informed by shine representative that free job posting is not allowed. I have attached a jpeg image of false advertising by shine.com, where they promise free job postings & subsequent email from shine.com stating that free job postings are not allowed on shine.com (Ht media). I wonder what action would be taken against them. If this were abroad they would be fine huge amounts for misleading advertisement, collecting user data on false pretext. Wonder how much money i will get and how much would shine.com (Ht media) be fined? I can be contacted on 'hospitality. Placements. [protected]@gmail.com'. Details of the contradiction between what sine.com promises and delivers. Attached a copy of email i received today from shine.com. I would also like to add that their customer care number '[protected]' (Displayed on shine.com) is not answered by anyone. Awaiting a response regarding shine.com fulfilling their promise for me to post jobs for free (As promised by them, evidence attached), shine.com user id is 'hospitalityplacementskolk1' and email id to contact me is 'hospitality. Placements. [protected]@gmail.com'.

                        Hi,

I am from Kolkata. I updated my CV on shine.com on 21st May 2016 and from monday onwards i started receiving call from some recruiter (Ph: [protected]) claiming to be from shine.com. She told me that they have vacancies in Tata Steel, Jindal Steel and Axis Bank. They asked me they can arrange a two round interview with any of the above two. I need to pay Rs. 1, 600 as registration charges for services of a personal relationship manager (PRM) Mr. Pritam. She asked me two tranfer the money to the PRM account and send documents like my highest qualification certificate, my cv, my last employers salary slip, one passport size photo and my identity card, which i had mailed them.

                        email id:shine.[protected]@outlook.com.

Then a person Daljit or Baljit (mob: [protected]) arranged a telephonic interview for me, now i am not even sure whether the person taking the interview was from Tata Steel. After interview they called me and said that I have been selected for next round and they need to verify my documents. They will get it verified from LinkedIn and for that a total amount of Rs. 9, 000 will be incurred, out of this Rs. 9, 000- Rs. 4, 500 will be paid by me and remaining Rs. 4, 500 will be paid by them. This amount will be refundable post 7 days of my joining. I paid the amount as post interview I thought it was all authenticated. Then the so called PRM Mr. Pritam (ph: [protected]) contacted me and said i need to deposit Rs. 7, 500 as security deposit. I was getting a bit suspicious about them early on as i check the Tata Steel website which stated they never ask for money and this demand of them kind of solidified my suspicion, so i disagreed to pay the amount and asked Daljit to refund the amount, i already paid to them.

He started to convince me to pay the remaining security deposit amount as post it he will provide me even with Appointment letter (how can anyone provide appointment letter without any face to face interview). Then when I said that first he arrange for my face to face interview then i will pay the remaining amount, or he provides me with a Demand Draft of the said amount to me, he transfered my call to their so called accounts department. Mr. Rahul (ph: [protected]) called me from their accounts department and said they will provide me with a DD but after 15 days, when I said i will remaining amount after receipt of the DD he disconnected the phone.

They even told me that they will mail me all the things but when i asked them to mail me from shine.com domain they told me that since it is paid service they mail from outlook.com and for services mail is from shine.com domain, (who does that???).

                        Bank Details:
                        Name: Mr. Pritam Kumar
                        A/c No.: [protected]
                        IFSC: PUNB0671700

Guys I take responsibility of any of my documents being used without my signature attesting them and please look to take strict action against these persons. I will definitely be reporting them to cyber crime department post your reply.

After registering with Shine.com Ii received a call from the representative (he said his name was Atanu Ghosh - [protected]). Whether the name of the individual is as mentioned above or not is unclear, however that is his number. Today (24.5.16) on speaking to the representative he was extremely rude and not willing to resolve my problem. What striked me as odd is along with asking for my username he was also insisting I provide him the password to the account ? I have registered with Shine.com yesterday and would like to avail of free job postings but am not able to do so. The conversation I've had with the individual mentioned above is recorded and I hope the parent company (HT Media) or Shine.com looks into the same and resolves my problem. I can be contacted at the following email id - [protected]@gmail.com. My shine.com username is 'hospitalityplacementskolk1'

I have submitted my job seeker account deletion request on 13th may via mail on [protected]@shine.com. I have also called their customer care representative many times but there were only fake promises. Till now there is no acknowledgement or communication from their side. They just give the option of deactivation of account but not the deletion also.

I want to delete my account registered with email id: [protected]@yahoo.com

I am fed up with their junk mails in my inbox. I want this problem to be sorted out as soon as possible.

                                Thanks
