I had registered with shine.com on Dec 2022. On 9th December I received a call from shine asking about my job background. The person assured me to provide a job abroad and asked to make payment for activating services. A total of Rs 60180 was payed by me to HT MEDIA (ne as per Google pay) in multiple transactions. But now they have neither provided me job nor any services. Kindly look into this and help me to get my money back. Most of the transactions were done from my Google pay. Final 3 transactions were from credit card. The person whom I communicated with was Mr.shiva ([protected]). All the transaction details are attached for your reference.

None of the services are valid. It's totally cheating. I have received many fraud calls later after registering complaint against shine. They addressed themselves as from consumer court and then from crime branch. They are simply sitting to eat peoples money. I have all the details of money transactions I have made. If it is not refunded I shall move further. We have physical platforms like cybercell and legal advisors who may help to resolve the issue. I demand my money back as I don't need any of the invalid services provided by shine.

    Hi,

    I was called today (14-Jan-23), by Shinde.com Sales team member, Abhishek Razawat ([protected]). He asked me about providing Job Search services. Initially, I was asked to pay INR 3, 657 which i paid, thereafter I was asked for premium services which costed INR 8, 257. I enquired then whether there was any additional hidden or more cost as i would not be able to pay any further amount. I was told there is no further cost. After paying INR 8, 257 I got a request to pay another INR 13, 000 approx. cost which was not informed to me at the start. I told the salesman that it was cheating by hiding this cost from me.

    I demanded refund of the earlier amounts INR 3, 657 + INR 8, 257 which was denied from the salesman.

    I want refund of my money because of Cheating / fraud conducted by Shine.com team.

      initially informed to pay 3126/- approx then diverted to RK sahoo who is an expert asked me 3 times payment one for learning verification approx 7192/- and second installment of 6152/- for experience verification of previous company after paying this again he has asked for 3rd installment for presentation of resume and career details when i refused to pay as initially he said 2 step verification and added one more then started convincing and forced me to pay 10000/- approx

      kindly repay the amount which i have paid as you have cheated me by asking me one time payment of 3192/- and then followed with tricks of asking money in the name of verification

        i got a call from shine on 3rd Jan 2023 from Pankaj and asked to get resume booster service for 3657. like this he sent so many links and i paid 117928 total amount details re mentioned below. they had promised me the within 7 days i get interviews and job but 10 days over there is no response from any one.

        I dont want any services. please refund my paid amount.

              I enrolled with Shine for Resume booster where I paid ~3500, but today one executive forced me to pay additional amounts which is roughly ~1.5 lakhs for services which I don’t want. Can someone pls help in this regard?

              I don’t want these services so kindly cancel my subscription and please refund my money back.

                Received a call from shine.com for the registration amount, whee amount to be deducted by credit card. By providing the PIN, INR 49 supposed to deducted. However INR 10151.4 got deducted. Again I received a call from shine that the amount was deducted wrongly, hence to repay please provide the PIN received on mobile, so I given it to Mr. Rohit Shrivastav (he said he is a employee of Shine.com) But again the same amount got deducted. Total i lost 30k during this transactions.
                Now, there is no refund from shine.com for my payment and phones are also not reachable..

                            I received a call from shine.com and the firstly they convinced me to buy yearly membership of Rs 3499 and then a relationship manager named Nitin called me and made me to pay below charges for services and I have not used the services till now and not today only I made payment of the same and have not activated any service from him.

                                Myself Bhairavi patel (order id: 440625), having an 20+ yrs experience in pharmaceutical industry. With the motive of suitable opening in UK. I have selected Shine as a reputed, result oriented brand and with the genuine policy of having focus on assurance of Job and not a refund policy claimer. I have registered on dt.13/12/2022 with INR 4683/-. (transaction id: IN20221213_737652_183503) and paid for the Job profile verification plus package on dt. 15/12/2022 with INR 7197 inc. GST (transaction id: IN20221215_[protected]_[protected]).
                                At the time of registration total clarity of package is not given. After registration on every stage a new package is generated and payment is asked by the representative. Its almost 20 days after we registered for the above package and haven't any output regarding the same. Also, we have been trying to contact your representative Mr. Dhiraj Desai and Mr. Pankaj respectively through e-mails and calls but they are in non responsive mode.                                   I was contacted by Shine team member on 20th May 2022 and was told that they would help build my career, the charge I was told to pay Rs.3657/- which I paid, I was told that a consultant would call me next day 21st May 2022, to whom I need to explain my profile. Yes, I received a call and I explained my career flow elaborately, I was told to pay Rs.8259/-, this was for "Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling", then I asked if that was all, I was not given a clear answer, however I was lured to pay more, this time it was for "Senior level experienced professional" and " Education Verification plus package 2", it did not stop there, I was told if I stop I would lose all the money, it was a clear trap !! I was then told to pay Rs.29616 for Job interview and assistance, Job Profile Verification Plus Package and Executive Level . I then had to pay Rs.42786/- for Professional Career Management Jobs on the Move (180 days), then I had to pay 4557/- for Change Management Skills, Featured Profile then Rs.51916 for Career Growth for professional success, Management Fundamentals Training and Certification and Jobs on the move it came to total of Rs.199082/- Till date there is no effective action from them, whenever I follow up, I am told to complete the training which they actually did not say is compulsory while enrolling. Overall, I was mislead and it was a clear money making act from them. Could you please help get back my hard earned money at the earliest?

                                    Today i had a calll from Shine team asking for Registration fee of Rs 10 for JOB notification, and received OTP for Rs 10, 151.00 if i would have given the OTP then they will get the money from account.

                                    Some of your team members are Cheating through '' FREECHRNT'' account. You should punish them and give me the evidence, and i will post it in Social media also soon...

                                      Few days ago I rejoin shine.com for switch my job.As shine.com is very popular and trusted in market I choose this platform for better hike. After i rejoin I get a call from your representative and request me to take a package of 3292.0 rupees for may better requirement.As earlier sated shine.com is polupalr and trusted platform i agreed for that package and make payment against link provided by representative. And I asked him after this payment can I make me another payment at next step. He clearly stated me that after this payment no any other payment need to do.This is first and last payment.You can check call recording Also. But after one hour i get another call and ask me to do another 7000.0 payment for better placement.
                                      Suddenly I shocked and the trust on shine.com is fell down.How a leading and popular platform do like this? I don't want to continue with shine.com any more after this money collecting calls. I want my money refund within couple of days. I accept shine will co-operate with me and built some respect about him.
