On 25 th November, 2022 at 11.51 am Sonia called me and told me that she was from shine.com . She told me to fill the form which she send me on my what's app no. And after paying rs. 10 she asked me to install one application which she send me through what's app. After that she told me she will arrange my job interview schedule. But after paying rs. 10, 1000 rs. Deducted I complain about it to her but she told there was some website / server down and she will refund my money soon. But now she is not responding to my calls at all.
Plz refund my money Rs. 1000 as soon as possible.

    My name Avinash, shine. Com collected Rs:33, 094.23/- four part pament through my credit card as follows
    1.[protected] amount has Rs:6, 888.57/-
    2.[protected] amount has Rs:6, 872.84/-
    3.[protected] amount has Rs:5, 635.39/-
    4.[protected] amount has Rs:13, 697.43/-
    I says home based jobs (Gst practioner)
    I got certificate from central govt of India
    And one Private institutions. After received they says it is certificate cource. I dis agree one year the party not returned the money yet. Their phone number was Hr Priya ([protected])and kunwar amitabh Rajan ([protected])
    Theses two parties through shine. Com platform. I am very regret. Please take neesfull action from shine side.

      Today, I have registered with shine with Rs.3657 for applications booster. Then as a name of relationship manager Mr. Abhimanyu called me and push me to buy one educational verification package cost around Rs. 5192/-, as soon as I paid he send me another link for payment in the name of “Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling+Interviewing and Hiring Test” cost Rs. 9438/-. I ask is there any other charges I have to pay after this payment. He said no, this is the last charges to pay for better offers. As soon as I paid cunningly a new invoice has been sent by him in the name of “ Visual Resume + Linkedin+ Featured Profile” with cost Rs. 15466/-. I found it quite fishy and told him I will not pay this but he insisted me so that at last I paid for better prospects. I understood that I’m getting trapped but also thinking already paid 50000/- if they stopped the service this time my all the money will be gone. Again after the payment they send me another payment link in the name of “ Jobs on the Move 180 days+Job and Interview Guidance Training +Work place communication skills” with a cost around Rs. 34000/-, I didn’t understand what’s happening with me and paid after so much of ifs and buts and so much of push by the Abhimanyu and again he send another link for payment in the name of “ Job and Interview Assistance+Career Growth for Professional Success” cost around Rs. 41200/-
      This time as I am running out my money as I had paid Rs. 90000/- by then gives only 10000/-. After those payments I found there are lots of similar cases raised by many aspiring candidates as all these are frauds and makes people fool with their services.

      I don't want to countinue with the services, and same thing I have requested to representative but he is not ready to refund the amount
      I need my all my money (Rs. 100000/-) back.

          I got a call from shine.com for they told to pay money i had payed 10k after that there is no response from him. i have reported to Ritika executive sales she told she will solve the problem asking me to pay money for bond agreement and to get login id she has taken from some other charges 3 lacks she told we will refund all payments now she is not responding she has given me proof Kg intelent solutions private limited she not answering calls and msgs i lost huge amount

            Yesterday i receive one call from Shine .com for registering online by paying Rs.10 to receive a call for an interview.

            When i pay online through my credit card and put my password Rs.10147.50 is deducted from my credit card.i asked to the lady who guided me for this registration.

            Steps - Visit to www.workstoshine.in
            then click on register
            Then fill my name email id mobile number and password
            then it take to select package where three options are there Rs.10/Rs99/Rs299 i selected Rs.10 and go for payment after putting my OTP immediately Rs.10147.50 deducted from my account.

            Then i asked to the lady who guided me on this and she told me it may due to server it might happened and we will refund you and immediately one more otp came to my registered mobile no and thet lady ask me thet OTP then i have doubt and not share any OTP with her.

            Please help us to get back my money.

              Today, I have registered with shine with multiple payment option, that is worth of 38000+, but i just check them review, they have not provide any jobs to any candidates, I have swipe my credit card
              But the representative is still not clarify about job placement,
              I don't want to countinue with the services, and same thing I have requested to representative but he is not ready to refund the amount

              Today, I register with shine, and the ask me to make payments for their different services for profile changes, but after login in app, I realise that most of payments is for their courses which are available on their application, and when I ask about the refund, the executive is threatening me, and said that we will never refund the amount, But there is no job assurance and he is forcing me to change the profile I don't want to countinue with any services with shine I am requesting you please try to arrenge my refund as soon as possible.                 I have experienced the same. Initially, only the amount of 3500 was told for all the services and later on charges were added for every service. Their executive had given me the false amount saying it would be around 2k or 3k, which was entirely different from the actual amount. And if further payment is refused, you will not be even entitled to the previous services for which you have already paid.
                A complete scam playing with people's emotions who are seriously looking for jobs.

                    Cancel the subscription I haven't used and start the refund process.

                    On November 9TH, 2022, I received a call from Mr. Sonu, an executive with HT Media Group's shine.com, asking me to pay Rs. 3292 for paid services (Transaction ID: IN[protected] [protected]).
                    Online store: www.shine.com
                    Customer Phone Number: [protected]) and the executive claimed that I would get a call from customer relation manager for additional update (Amount Paid: 3412.81 Order Date:[protected]:31:24 Customer Phone Number: [protected]).
                    And on November 10, 2022, Mr. Shiva called and demanded Rs. 5382.55 (Your transaction with www.shine.com was successful Transaction ID: IN[protected] [protected]) from me.
                    Online store: www.shine.com
                    5382.55 was paid in full.
                    Order Date:[protected]:31:20) (for the Education Verification and Job Verification Plus Packages);
                    In additionally, they are attempting to charge Rs. 9556 for the Job Profile Verification Plus Package.
                    Following that, they attempted to collect Rs. 8795 via Performa Invoice in exchange for creating a Professional Summary.

                    They were not open and honest during the chat, therefore I mailed them to cancel my subscription and refused to pay this bill. Every time I questioned them about the payment information for different services, they would reply that I had already made my final payment.

                    I spoke to them verbally over the phone and requested a refund. On November 10, 2022, Mr. Mohammad Taiyab sent me an email informing me that Shine will look into the matter.
                    Shine some other persons carried out the similar problems (4014 complaints)

                    on September JitendraM Patil, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, as an example Thus, Shine.com is blatantly lying.

                    These services are not ones I've used.
                    I don't want to use their services going forward either. Earlier, I attached a complaint just check. how they are play with feelings(job seeker feelings).

                    I seek a refund of my payment (Total Paid: 3412.5 + 5382.5 = 8795). Payment details and am unable to attach audio recording (am unable upload other audio records because file size was bigger if you want all i will send through mail) included.

                    After reading so many customer complaints against your service for similar cheats, if believe that kind of foolishness, again and again, I am a bigger fool.

                    There is no need of your services,  and I appreciate if you refunding my money. And yesterday one of your coworkers, Jaswanth, told me that I would never get the money back from shine; that was your policy, and also he said onemore word you paid just 8700 rupees only ; just look at the services he used. Consumer Rights requires you to tell the truth, you have to check conversations with Siva and Sonu in your database. I also have recordings. JASAWANTH SAID Shine's policy states that it will not reveal any further payment steps to you. So I have made my decision,  Please refund my amount. I don't use your services for even one second. Thank you.

                      Just check what conversation between shine people with me here i am attaching.
                      1. shiva (CRM from Shine) indirectly accepted what he did on my case. he told me "from his END he is willing to give CONCESSION ON THIRDPAYMENT "
                      2. sonu ( initial person who contacted with me) said you can shoo on us nothing will get from shine these kind words used by these people. and moreover they said there is a policy like if any customer asking any further payments are there or not.. according to the Shine policy don't reveal anything until the first payment is done.
                      Before second payment i used a word like "how can we believe in the future if you hide these things" also this siva didn't reviled third payment is there. It means these job seekers all are fools we can play with their feeling right?.
                      THIS KIND OF POLICIES ARE ETHICAL?
                      This entire conversation is recorded just check it.
                      1. why shiva accepted JUST CHECK AUDIO RECORD 3MINUTE 30 SECOND ON WORDS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.
                      2. sonu also accepted what you people are doing indirectly.. so clear my issue and give justice for my case. just check it every conversation between us.
                      I am a job seeker, may be or may not have money. to pay the initial amount itself, if we know everything we may make a decision to pay or not. This kind of process is unethical because when we asked you people regarding further payment matters, intentionally you people are intentionally hiding the further process.
                      siva and sonu used a word in no need of any further payment. Now these people are saying don't think about payment, just check our services. We will give the best services like that telling at the end conversation you just listen and give justification. in this manner if you people are doing,
                      Hoping you may give positive justification for my problem.
                      JUST THIS CHECK RECORDS if possible to get from shine.

                      There is no need of your services, and I appreciate if you refunding my money. And yesterday one of your coworkers, Jaswanth, told me that I would never get the money back from shine; that was your policy, and also he said one more word you paid just 8700 rupees only ; just look at the services he used. Consumer Rights requires you to tell the truth, you have to check conversations with Siva and Sonu in your database. I also have recordings.                         Just check what conversation between shine people with me here i am attaching.
                        1. shiva (CRM from Shine) indirectly accepted what he did on my case. he told me "from his END he is willing to give CONCESSION ON THIRDPAYMENT "
                        2. sonu (jr. person initially interacted with me) said you can shoo on us nothing will get from shine these kind words used by these people. and moreover they said there is a policy like if any customer asking any further payments are there or not.. according to the Shine policy don't reveal anything until the first payment is done.
                        Before second payment i used a word like "how can we believe in the future if you hide these things" also this siva didn't reviled third payment is there. It means these job seekers all are fools we can play with their feeling right?.
                        THIS KIND OF POLICIES ARE ETHICAL?
                        This entire conversation is recorded just check it.
                        1. why shiva accepted JUST CHECK AUDIO RECORD 3MINUTE 30 SECOND ON WORDS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.
                        2. sonu also accepted what you people are doing indirectly.. so clear my issue and give justice for my case. just check it every conversation between us.
                        I am a job seeker, may be or may not have money. to pay the initial amount itself, if we know everything we may make a decision to pay or not. This kind of process is unethical because when we asked you people regarding further payment matters, intentionally you people or lying the further process.
                        siva and sonu used a word in no need of any further payment. Now these people are saying don't think about payment, just check our services you can listen from sonu audio. We will give the best services like that telling at the end conversation you just listen and give justification. in this manner if you people are doing,

If you gone through after long argument with your team member shiva for second payment, he used one word "trust me this is only process after that your services will start and and also he assured 100% may get benefit from my side for your dream job (he told like he have contacts with fortune companies). only process means need reveal how number of payments in this process. At the time of first and second payment your team members are diverting my mind continuously taking with us and not given time to read the conditions. But at the time third payment i have released, read that conditions and argued with siva and stoped further process. Yesterday settlement call from mohammad.taiyab, he didn't convince me and he has taken a resolution without my concern, he himself has taken resolute the decision and unupdated resume forwarded to all consultancies. This kind of services you people is doing. Don't earn the money with jobseekers feelings. at the time first payment conversation you can check i asked a time to sonu and his superior. He has used very nice words like you may lose an opportunity if you delay like that. Just listen what they conveyed.

                          Hello
                          I got a call from shine.com today. Executive told me to buy premium package for better job opportunities. I paid 3657 for premium services.
                          Now I'm getting one by one calls for addon services. With a tag line that if I don't pay it means I'll loose my previous payments. First that they don't refund, Second that if I don't pay for addon then package won't perform.
                          I paid nearly 4600 as addon
                          Again they call to threaten about my already paid payments that payments won't work if I don't pay nearly 9000 for this and that addon. I objected but i had not any option so I paid again nearly 9000.
                          They have expertise in selling their product in a wrong way.
                          Again I was told to pay nearly 16000. This time a strictly denied and requested to refund and cancel my registration. He said I'm working in HT media group we don't refund. Another person called me and very politely he said to pay this 16000 for 100% job in next 10 days with a package of 1.25 lakhs or more per month in my city only. Also he said that this will be the last payment. Unwillingly i paid again. As per his suggestion i dropped a mail to company stating, kindly activate my services I have paid fully.
                          Again someone called me and demanded a rotal of Rs 25000 as compulsory addon.
                          Means they are trying to take total addon of Rs 56000 on a package to Rs 3600 only.
                          1. They didn't tell me about addon at the time of package
                          2. They forced to pay for add on not in a bundled package but one by one.
                          3. They threaten not to cancel or refund in same day of payment.
                          4. They cheated saying every time that your package won't perform if I don't pay for addon.

                          I'm in a situation where my package of payment 25000 is pending. They are saying this payment is to inform you about companies you are shortlisted in. It means I'll be shortlisted in a total package of 34000 but when I don't pay next 25000 then I won't be informed. Great

                          Please help and shut such fraudster company.

                            As committed from your end, No expert has been assigned for profile and Nobody is calling for any information about further process. Took Hell lot of money and keeping quite now. This is how a professional works. Biggest fraud company in the name of Hindustan Times.

                            After that they say if you put complaint on complaintshine.com and pay rupees 10 then your amount will be refunded. Now its so disgusting that i cant able to pay rs 10. After few more days later i cant see the website itself to pay the amount. Now nobody is calling for refund. Initially they used to be on call for more than half a day.

                                Hi Team,

                                Some days back i received a call from shine.com for the application booster plan of the same, after their repeated calls I opted for their service day on Saturday[protected] but immediately after that i received another call from shine.com saying that your other services are mandatory and you've to enroll for it then only you can access the former, i enrolled for one then other, then other, then other when the price kept on increasing I realized that this is some unethical way of sales, they mislead the customers and then dupe them by selling the packages and giving false assurances, now when i'm asking for refund they're denying that as well.

                                  1. This recruiter was offering the fake jobs name on MNC companies.
                                  2. He have been dealing with candidate in phone calls and emails for grab money.
                                  3. Now he had offered the job on tech Mahindra company and publish the job in site are shine.com, LinkedIn, noukri.

                                  4. First a mail came from shine.com regarding the shortlisted and interview link and registration number. Then within 1 hour they took my interview and sent me job confirmation letter.
                                  5. They asked me money phase wise depicting that amount is for security purposes, refundable, laptop security and all ...I lost my money arround 40, 000/- .Kindly stop him and take action they are playing with thousands of job seekers emotions.

                                  6. I fall in his trap and I shared my details the education certificates and my adhar card with them.

                                  7. They asked to pay money through Google pay transaction providing Mahindra Bank account number and IFSC code which I have attached bellow given Tech Mahindra Ltd payment screenshots.

                                    On 8 th of September i got call from recruiter for a job offer and they told me there will be processing fees of 1500/- i paid and there was deduction of 6500/- rupees immediately. I had fight with that recruiter and he told it will get refunded i have filed one complaint to shine but no one reached out today on 4th that recruiter called will refund money within 24hrs and tried to hack my Google i immediately scolded him and he promised to will refund my money within 24 hours

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I was contacted by your HR person Mr. Rohan, contact number - +[protected].

                                      He told me that he is from Shine.com and that there were vacancies matching my profile with HSBC, JP Morgan, Citibank and Bank of America.
                                      He said it is a paid service of only Rs 100 and that I need to fill up the application form and pay Rs 100. The link he provided was https://shinerecruiters.in/
                                      I tried doing the payment with him on the call. The first time the payment didn’t go through. Second time the pay me went through but Rs 20000 got deducted.
                                      I told him I want a refund for my money so he said to go on the recruiter’s page click on the refund tab and enter my email Id and amount. He said next I will get an OTP and to enter that number.
                                      I entered the OTP but instead of a refund another Rs 20000 got deducted.
                                      He then transferred me to the IT department and the lady on the call asked me to follow the same process to get my refund. Another Rs 20000 got deducted.

                                      Totally of Rs 60000 have got deducted. This IT lady asked for bank set saying that she will do a NEFT refund directly into my account as there is some issue with the server.

                                      I have given the bank account and IFSC code to her and I get the following message from Rohan the recruiter -
                                      “Your NEFT amount has been approved for online transaction of INR 59, 997/-, with Ref ID[protected], If not DONE by you, visit your nearest BRANCH. Thank's for using HDFC Banking.”

                                      Rohan told me that I will get my refund by 6pm. I have been calling him but now his phone is switched off

                                      Can someone please look into this as I only need my money back and I Will delete my account with Shine.com

                                      I have a small child and a family to take care of. I just need my money back.

                                        I got a call from shine representative asking whether i am looking for a job. She then connected me to a senior who's name happens to Nitin. He told me i need to pay 4577 for registering which i did. Later, he connected me to a person who was supposed to be my profile handler and she the. Said my education, experience need to be verified after which a presentation needs to be prepared which would be shared with overseas recruiter. She then mailed me saying that i need to pay more 5192. So I told her I was not informed about the same she said it's for education varification. I told her that i will not pay anything more then this she said i dont need to so i payed 5192/-. She said education varification done and the. She said experience needs to be verified for which she sent me another mail invoice saying that i need to pay more 8300/-
                                        I was angry as she had mentioned that i need not pay more. I questioned her asking why are the details not given to the clients in advance? For which she replied accounts people have to generate it at the same time. I once again asked her "Do I need to spend more after this payment" she said no this is last and the profile would be completed. I payed the amount 8300/- and she said the profile is complete. A minute later she sends another mail invoice saying that i need to pay 14000/- for the preparation of presentation. I was absolutely furious about the same. I told her I am not interested and i need my money back. I then called Nitin and asked him that why aren't you giving the breakout of the cost incurred at every step to the client? He said we can't do that. I know it was my mistake to trust "Shine" and i dont know whether i will get my money back. But I want to highlight that Shine job portal is fooling and looting people. Kindly take this complaint into the account
