Dear Sir, I have always relied upon INDIAN CONSUMER Complaint forum if I get involved in any of issues and facing any kind of trouble. Today I want Share something with Indian Consumer regarding the various sites providing job seekers an online service to applly for different jobs. I am the user of Shine.com with registered mail id: [protected]@gmail.com from many years and get emails from them. Recently on 17 aug 2015 I received a mail from shine recruiter regarding back office (operational) job in HDFC Bank and on very next day I received a call from Mr. Vikas from[protected] asking me to apply for the job . As I am a student undergoing a training under chartered accountant I am unable to apply for the job. But I want my one of collegue to apply for the job as he”s free from last 2-3 years and always in search of job . So, I have reffered my friend Mr.lovedeep for the same and I have marked the mail from his ID:[protected]@gmail.com. On 18/aug/2015 my friend received a telephonic call interview and at that time I am also with him and all things are going smooth. The said personnel representing shine.com asked me to deposit refundable amount of 1600 Rs for the appearing in the personal interview. Firstly I think it might be a fake and asked for a confirmation mail from them and I received the same. I trusted the mails received from Shine.com and deposit the amount the slip of which is enclosed herewith: After submitting the amount again my friend received a call to deposit 3500 Rs. For the purpose of document verification and that is again a refundable amount at the time of personal interview. After that my friend called me as I have reffered him to apply for the same and I come to know about it and I marked immediate mail to the top executive of Shine.com on [protected]@shine.com to know about the correctness of the same.But I have received no revert back from them and the next morning on 25 aug 2015 I called them and asked them about the Standard procedure and the personnel said me that there is no such requirement to deposit the amount and said its Fake and they will investigate this matter and will revert back in 2 or 3 days. Since I come to know about it and I have not deposited the further amount of Rs.3500. After that I think for a while that its not only Lovedeep and I relied on these online job portals that offers jobs to job seekers there might be so many persons and get involved in these matter and the end result is wastage of money and no hope of recovery. The fake personnels like Vikas get our bio-data with ease from these online job portal institutions that give surety to having code of secrecy and no to share our records and details plus provide assured jobs. Since I am unaware about any kind of online fraud to be reported to Govt through any kind of FIR to police deptt. And due to breach of trust on SHINE.COM even after marking mail to [protected]@shine.com I want to repot the case to INDIAN CONSUMER complaint forum. I am trusting Indian Consumer from last few years and they build my trust and confidence upon them as they resolved my previous issue in ease and smooth way without any harassment. Kindly help me to trace that person to be penalized legally as I do”nt want to recover any kind of money from him but want that fraudster to know there real place besides the BAR of police station. I had availed a paid service from shine. Com after paying 9400 rs. Till date I have not got a call from any consultancy or from any company resulting to the paid service taken. When got back to the team high lighting this as a concern I was given a wrong mail id and at the same time they have stopped responding to my mails. I need the entire money refunded as I can't waste my time on following on mail for them to respond. Can you please treat this as a concern n arange get the money back

1.Got a call from representative of shine.com regarding a job opening in Toyota Bangalore. 2.Representative asked me to pay Rs2500 for registration fee, so I paid. 3.Again he called and asked me to pay Rs5400 for processing, so I paid it. 4.Again called and asked me to pay Rs15000 for verification, so I paid it. 5.They called me again and again and asked me to pay different fee amount at different intervals. I have paid all the fee amount. 6.Till now I have paid about Rs95000 from past 5months. 7.I have received some confirmation mail from [protected]@shine.com, [protected]@mail.com, [protected]@toyota.com 8.They called me from different phone nos. I have the call recordings also with me. 9.After this they again asked me to pay Rs22200, When I came to know that this is a fake process and back door entry, I did not pay them. 9.Now when I tried to reach them nobody is responding. Hi, Today i got a call from Shine.com . I have posted my resume there in their site on 18thAug. One guy named Ravi verma ([protected]) called me and told my resume is shortlisted and i have to pay around 2000 ruppes for registration .So that i will get a ref ID which will be valid for 3 years and it will be refunded once i get the job . I agreed and they forwarded my call to online department where other guy Aman Verma ([protected]) told me to login to www.myoutline.in website to register there. I have registered there and paid the 2267 amount through ICICI credit card . Later they said to generate Ref id you have to pay 5456 and this time i have to pay by debit card or netbanking to get the payment confirmation otherwise they can't forward the resume to company. I paid that amount too. They have given me the ref no - RefIT2245998myoutline and asked me to provide some documents. Later again they have asked to pay around 10000 so that they can verify these documents and provide to companies. I felt like they are cheating me, so i asked them i can't pay this amount because a huge amount and i can't trust .But they were keep telling me this is the last payment sir, after that we will share you the email . I havenot proceeded further with this payment. As per my view, this is not the correct way . At least they could habe told earlier about all the processes . It's cheating the customer who came to them trusting them. And i don't think a 3 year experienced IT employee should pay 20K+ just to get his resume forwared to other companies. My complain is, can we track these no and the website to check if they are authorised with shine.com or just they are cheating people using shine.com name. I have message transaction details .If you need any information to track them. If we can catch them it will be a huge success to all other consumers who has trust on shine.com. @Shine.com, Could you please check this if they are authorised or fake recruiter and take action on them. It will be really greatful to you. I don't know how come profiles submitted to your sites are getting shared to fake recruiters .

I am Ajay kumar Chaurasia. I got a call from [protected] name announced mr, kabir employee of shine .com on 22/08/2015 and was offered a job in Axis BANK. they ask to send my current employer salary slip, offer letter and my experience letter and say to me done some formalities and register me on www.myoutline.in using my my emil id akchaurasia.[protected]@gmail.com and then payment through website amount of Rs.2278/- + 5456/- + 10016/- as registration fees including security fee through online transaction and also demand one step payment of Rs. 10000. all of these payment done by miss swati sharma provide their no. [protected] as a reference for interview purpose but communication is proceed through [protected] their last attend caller is Mr. aman. when i ask to provide details for payment then one person is says you get all detail in 24 hrs and another person says you get detail in 15 days no one give proper response and not to shows proper response and not shows open policies and not to tell which amount is taken for which purpose .everyone says only one point same please help us with payment then i tell you. when i ask to refund payment then says it is not done here until you have not full payment.Then I refused to payment of any amount further. My Name is Brijesh Patel dated on 06/08/2015 i received call from shine com for back office job regarding . i Consult with Miss Anshika Mo No is [protected] they will offer me in axis bank back operation at baroda location gujarat. I live in bhavanagar so request please found vacancy in bhavnagar location . then reply yes also . she said counslting charges is 1600/- rs 100 % refundable if yoy are not select. i manage money and deposite his prm A/c Name Mr Indrajeet kaur Bank SBI A/c no [protected] than 2 day my Profile process and call from them Mr You will Selected For Your job profile but company requried your educational certificate verifing process . verifing process charges of 10000 /- rs but you pay 30 % . i am say sir sorry i am not manage .and if you manage deduct my first salary . other wise i will deposite after my first salary. I did everythng she told . And after 24 hour i got a call from[protected] a man was talking representing himself as h r of axis bank he took my interview in the call only and told me that i am selected as a clerk and i have to deposit 8500 as bond security and i will receive my joining letter again i deposited money but did not received any mail from them after24 hour i got a call from khusi she told to deposited 6000 money agin and to send my signature and thumd impression but when i refused to do so she said that i am taking risk by saying so i have deposited money in central bank of india account no-- [protected] ifsc code-- cbi0284024 and i have sen my document in shine.[protected]@gmail.Com

Sir my name is sweta chowdhury from kolkata, i got a call offer by shine.com from this number [protected] and [protected] by khusi nyagi in axis bank .she told me to sent my idproof and results in shine.[protected]@gmail.com and to deposit 3000 money for verification . i did everything they told me after 24 hour i gpt a call from [protected] representing himself as hr of axis bank, he took my interview in phone call only and told me that i am selected in axis bank as a clerk . and told me to deposit8500 as bond security and i will receive a mail from them of my joining letter but till 24 hour i have not receive any mail and after 24 hour i got a call from khusi again and she told me to submit 6000 more money and to send my signature and left thumd expression and when i refused to do that she told me that i am taking risk byy sayig so ... .. i have deposited money in central bank of india in posta branch in the name of shn group account number --- [protected] ifsc code -- cbi0284024 i have given a diary in jorabagan police station please help me sir i want my money back please please

They have taken an amount of Rs 2500 and is not refunding the amount.They are asking for Rs 4500 more and is assuring that they will recruit me to HDFC bank.it is a fraud case and they are involving the young generation by assuring them that job will be provided to them.They have taken scan copy of all my documents and the pay slip.They have mailed me to deposit the money to this account. My complaint is bout two companies who sent me mail and with the help of shine.com.I got a mail to get a job and with that recruiter told me to get 1500 bugs with you.After Hr and Technical interviews conducted they told me that you are selected deposit 1500 more.Given joining date to me after 2 moths.Than told me seats are full. On asking shine they have no answer and the customer care told me don't know what to do..More than hundreds of students are searching job and getting lost going to that consultancy due to shine.com making fake recruitment team.. I Very shock that your employee language is very rude and disgusting. I am Mohit Sultania. I got a call from [protected] on 09/07/2015 and was offered a job in HDFC BANK. I was told to send my 10th, 12th and graduation marksheet and deposit an amount of Rs.1850/- as registration fees in an account named SS ONLINE SOLUTIONS in account no:[protected] maintained with THE STATE BANK OF INDIA. I deposited the amount. Next day I received a call from [protected] named Manish Agarwal. He represented himself as HR of shine.com and asked me some questions. Next day I received a call from [protected] named Varun. He told me that I have been selected and asked me to deposit an amount of Rs.8500/- as training fees in the above account. I deposited the amount. They asked for 48hours time for verification of the documents. After 2days, I again received a call from [protected] on 13/07/15 asking me to deposit Rs.10, 000/- for verification of the documents. Then I dropped the job offer and refused to deposit any money further. They promised to refund the whole money within 14days. But till date no money has been refunded.

I have paid total 1800+5618=7418 rs for registration and profile verification to shine.com. I had paid money in the name of Shashank Kapoor head of shine.com. I am not getting any proof about that and I think it is fraud. I want my money back. I get mail from shine.[protected]@mail.com.

Hello i'm from gujarat, i uploaded my resume to shine.com, few days ago on 22 july 2015 one phone call came.[protected]-Anshika Gupta, saying that he is calling from shine jobs, and you are shortlisted for job in Narayn Oil & Gas Company, Surat for that you need to pay 1600 for registration, i denayed but they made me to pay saying you will get job, i have Rs. 1600 NEFT in their pnb a/c Abhishek Singh [protected], IFSC CODE- punb0409800. After two Dyas Avinash Sinha somebody call me for further deposit of amonut Rs. 4, 000/- for Document verification from other Mob. No.([protected])., i have Rs. 4000 NEFT in their ICICI a/c Capital Planet[protected], IFSC CODE- ICIC0001024. after that one telephonic interview was conducted from him on conference call, After Two days he said your job has confirmed & you have pay 11, 000 rs Deposited in same bank account and you have received confirmation letter from Narayn Compay.i said i will not pay..and return my 5600 rs back..he is said from your first salary it will be refunded to you, and said if you will not pay 11000 i said i will not pay.pls do the need ful to get back my 5600 rs back i can't afford. A few months ago, , I attended a phone call of miss Vishali from shine.com, she said me to transfer the payment of 2100rs in the favour of avit solutions in hdfc bank account number [protected]. I deposited the total amount 30000rs in the same bank account for job security and other purposes. After some days i called in that company then a person told me that there is no job for you and we will not refund your money, for that you can anything else. If i have to come to noida then i will come. But Plz sir help me to solve this matter.. I am also sending all proofs that is address of that company, contact numbers, email ids and bank deposit receipts. Plz sir help me to refund my money as soon as possible. Thanks.. A few days ago, , I attended a phone call of miss Vishali from shine.com,   she said me to transfer the payment of 2100rs in the favour of avit solutions and to recruit in Samsung company, , then I attended a call from Samsung company and they suggested me transfer payment of 3200rs in the same favour for documents verification. I have transferred total amount of 5300rs and now they said me the transfer amount of 5250rs for medical and insurance purposes... So sir I need help from you that is it fake or not... Plz sir help me to solve this matter.. Thanks..
