What ever people said it is true. Shine people are simply cheating the people who are looikng for job. One man called me he said they are providing resume forwarding services. Initially he asked to 1798/- rupees and i paid and later again he transferred call to other department and they charged around 3991/- . They are not revealing all the things initially.
