      As I am looking forward to the Job, so I registered on your portal, and I got a call from the portal. The person was asking me for the payment of 3657 for membership. It was told that it's a one-time payment, and from tomorrow my team would coordinate the resume and the rest of the things. Since I got the call today, one by one, they have been asking for payment and each and every service and telling me that this is the last one. So I broke my FD for the payment, but still, they are sending me continuous links for payment.
      But now I want all my amount back. I don't want to proceed further with your services provided.

        Respected All,

        Just want to give in knowledge some facts.

        I had taken Premium paid services with Shine.com, inspite my father was hospitalized, i am having all call recordings of same.

        I was not informed in advance about the charges, and just made the payment stating job assurity in 15 days. After 2 months I haven't received any single benefits of the same. Even I had not received my updated Profile summary and education verification ( they are still unverified), you can personally check the same.

        After connecting with your team, i just get arrogance and no problem resolution.

        I accept every company is having targets but these could be adjusted with services. A person paying premium if get proper service, will only provide you positive word of mouth, but here no one is responsible for there part.

        With sorrow heart, this is not the standard anyone would expect.

        Your team is giving generic answer i haven't given any acceptance, this need to be checked apart i am having call logs were confirmations were given for 15 days job assurity, still after 2 months when I am again and again asking for refund as per your policy i am not getting any revert

          When i enrolled on shine their team 8 months back their team insisted on taking their paid service to listed on Priority, initially they said its only registration cost then they kept adding each service. I was forced to cough up 2 lac by the guy know as Suraj, he and his Manager that they provide service that is guaranteed for higher Hit ratio.

          They and other consultants who use their data has not yet arranged a single interview and they send irrelevant job opportunity that is already listed in Linkedin. I have been sending mails and all i get a response is they will revert back with appropriate jobs offers, all that was informed to me during the calls were only to take money from me. To the extend that after each call with them i get next call from frauds who ask you to use GPAY and this leads taking money out from your account.

          Shines stated they provide service but my experiences is a normal consultant does far better job, shines cheats candidates by taking money upfront.

            From shine paid jobs, I received a call from relation ship manager.he said I need to pay some amount which I can recover with in short period like once get a new job.when I asked him he didn’t explain me the process.He said there are some steps which I receive an email from finance team.
            1 step: send me one link where I need to pay 5000
            2 Step:one more link where I need to pay 9000
            Similarly, the steps went on till I pay 75000.even after that they were talking very rudely saying another 55000 service is mandatory to get the job, when I said no for 55000 service.then I requested them I didn’t want any service .please refund my money.Then they said not possible.such a wort company and the team.they are enjoying with our hard earned money and with our emotions..Somebody should punish them please..

                This company is totally fraud.

                  I filed a case against Shine.com for Cheating my money 18, 716 INR. The District consumer disputes redressal forum of Chengalpattu (Tamil Nadu Kanchipuram) issued the direction to refund the money 18, 716 + 10, 000 as compensation and + 10, 000 for case charges.
                  The total refund amount should be 38, 717 INR.
                  Court has given the direction to refund the money within 2 months and issued the order on July'22.br...

                  Greetings!

                  I am not satisfied with the service provided for Order: IN20221122_729378_130051. Please help me get the refund and apology from the team who had made a bad impact during our conversation over the phone.

                  I have recently made a purchase on Shine then was contacted by the Shine team requesting more money. Mr. Anirudh convinced me regarding the best services provided by shine and I willingly paid the amount. Later I was contacted by another person mentioning he is the only POC as relationship manager and that I have to pay 5000 more to avail the whole service. Post declining the call Mr. Shiva spoke very rudely to me when I asked my questions about why I wasn't informed earlier that I'll have to pay an additional amount than the paid 3000. I was hesitant at first but was eventually ok to pay & then they started abusing my knowledge & my skills. I come to Shine trusting its legacy and customer satisfaction yet disappointed at max. I paid to get a premium service and ended up being assaulted by the team.

                  So it would be best of the team to let this sort this over our internal conversation rather taking it further with Consumer Court. All I request is an apology from the team and hope this shall not happen again to any other customer. Also, the refund for my unsatisfactory service.

                  I was promised that I will be getting alerts regarding the job notifications and will be assigned a relation manager.
                  But none are happening and what's the point of paying the amount.
                  I made it clear to Mr. Anirudh (the person who convinced me to pay) that, Im looking for WFH opportunities and I'm targeting overseas clients.
                  He said we have such jobs waiting for you and within a week from the payment date I will have an offer in my hand.
                  Till date i got no emails nor response from the shine team.
                  Is this how service is being provided by the team?
                  The worst part is your team has yelled back at me for asking questions about the service.
                  I have waited enough and I am gonna file a case against the company for the worst service ever.

                    On 25th November, 2022 I got a call from sonia who told me that she is from shine.com. She told me to pay rs. 10 through one website then she told me to install application shine where she affirm me that she will arrange my job interview schedule. After paying rs. 10, Rs. 1000 got deducted from my account.
                    Her what's app no. are [protected] and [protected]
                    Her phone no. are [protected]
                    People like her deserves some strict punishment. They are taking people's advantage in terms of giving job and all.
                    Plz refund my Money Rs. 1000 as soon as possible. (This may be small amount for someone but for a me it's quite big amount.)

                        On 25 th November, 2022 at 11.51 am Sonia called me and told me that she was from shine.com . She told me to fill the form which she send me on my what's app no. And after paying rs. 10 she asked me to install one application which she send me through what's app. After that she told me she will arrange my job interview schedule. But after paying rs. 10, 1000 rs. Deducted I complain about it to her but she told there was some website / server down and she will refund my money soon. But now she is not responding to my calls at all.

                            Today, I have registered with shine with Rs.3657 for applications booster. Then as a name of relationship manager Mr. Abhimanyu called me and push me to buy one educational verification package cost around Rs. 5192/-, as soon as I paid he send me another link for payment in the name of “Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling+Interviewing and Hiring Test” cost Rs. 9438/-. I ask is there any other charges I have to pay after this payment. He said no, this is the last charges to pay for better offers. As soon as I paid cunningly a new invoice has been sent by him in the name of “ Visual Resume + Linkedin+ Featured Profile” with cost Rs. 15466/-. I found it quite fishy and told him I will not pay this but he insisted me so that at last I paid for better prospects. I understood that I’m getting trapped but also thinking already paid 50000/- if they stopped the service this time my all the money will be gone. Again after the payment they send me another payment link in the name of “ Jobs on the Move 180 days+Job and Interview Guidance Training +Work place communication skills” with a cost around Rs. 34000/-, I didn’t understand what’s happening with me and paid after so much of ifs and buts and so much of push by the Abhimanyu and again he send another link for payment in the name of “ Job and Interview Assistance+Career Growth for Professional Success” cost around Rs. 41200/-
                            This time as I am running out my money as I had paid Rs. 90000/- by then gives only 10000/-. After those payments I found there are lots of similar cases raised by many aspiring candidates as all these are frauds and makes people fool with their services.

                            I don't want to countinue with the services, and same thing I have requested to representative but he is not ready to refund the amount
                            I need my all my money (Rs. 100000/-) back.

                                I got a call from shine.com for they told to pay money i had payed 10k after that there is no response from him. i have reported to Ritika executive sales she told she will solve the problem asking me to pay money for bond agreement and to get login id she has taken from some other charges 3 lacks she told we will refund all payments now she is not responding she has given me proof Kg intelent solutions private limited she not answering calls and msgs i lost huge amount

                                  Yesterday i receive one call from Shine .com for registering online by paying Rs.10 to receive a call for an interview.

                                  When i pay online through my credit card and put my password Rs.10147.50 is deducted from my credit card.i asked to the lady who guided me for this registration.

                                  Steps - Visit to www.workstoshine.in
                                  then click on register
                                  Then fill my name email id mobile number and password
                                  then it take to select package where three options are there Rs.10/Rs99/Rs299 i selected Rs.10 and go for payment after putting my OTP immediately Rs.10147.50 deducted from my account.

                                  Then i asked to the lady who guided me on this and she told me it may due to server it might happened and we will refund you and immediately one more otp came to my registered mobile no and thet lady ask me thet OTP then i have doubt and not share any OTP with her.

                                  Please help us to get back my money.

                                    Today, I have registered with shine with multiple payment option, that is worth of 38000+, but i just check them review, they have not provide any jobs to any candidates, I have swipe my credit card
                                    But the representative is still not clarify about job placement,

                                    Today, I register with shine, and the ask me to make payments for their different services for profile changes, but after login in app, I realise that most of payments is for their courses which are available on their application, and when I ask about the refund, the executive is threatening me, and said that we will never refund the amount, But there is no job assurance and he is forcing me to change the profile I don't want to countinue with any services with shine I am requesting you please try to arrenge my refund as soon as possible.                                       I have experienced the same. Initially, only the amount of 3500 was told for all the services and later on charges were added for every service. Their executive had given me the false amount saying it would be around 2k or 3k, which was entirely different from the actual amount. And if further payment is refused, you will not be even entitled to the previous services for which you have already paid.
                                      A complete scam playing with people's emotions who are seriously looking for jobs.
