    I am Rajarshi sinha, today I have got call from shine.com and they asking for 3500 rs for paid service after that I got another call and that guy force me to pay more mony I didn't pay the last amount but till the I have already paid around 1 Lac, and told me will mail me in morning not getting anything after payment, please initiate refund I don't want your paid services.

        I team,
        I received a call from shine.com and the firstly they convinced me to buy yearly membership of Rs 3499 and then a relationship manager named Nitin called me and made me to pay below charges for services and I have not used the services till now and not today only I made payment of the same and have not activated any service from him.

        Featured Profile-1 Year 4719/-
        Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling 8259/-
        Professional Summary+Job & interview Guidance Training 14158

        They even didn’t inform me about the refund available or not.
        It has not been a single day as well.

        Kindly help me to refund back.

            Myself Bhairavi patel (order id: 440625), having an 20+ yrs experience in pharmaceutical industry. With the motive of suitable opening in UK. I have selected Shine as a reputed, result oriented brand and with the genuine policy of having focus on assurance of Job and not a refund policy claimer. I have registered on dt.13/12/2022 with INR 4683/-. (transaction id: IN20221213_737652_183503) and paid for the Job profile verification plus package on dt. 15/12/2022 with INR 7197 inc. GST (transaction id: IN20221215_[protected]_[protected]).
            At the time of registration total clarity of package is not given. After registration on every stage a new package is generated and payment is asked by the representative. Its almost 20 days after we registered for the above package and haven't any output regarding the same. Also, we have been trying to contact your representative Mr. Dhiraj Desai and Mr. Pankaj respectively through e-mails and calls but they are in non responsive mode. The emails are undelivered as "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now". Kindly look after the matter and revert us back asap.

              I was contacted by Shine team member on 20th May 2022 and was told that they would help build my career, the charge I was told to pay Rs.3657/- which I paid, I was told that a consultant would call me next day 21st May 2022, to whom I need to explain my profile. Yes, I received a call and I explained my career flow elaborately, I was told to pay Rs.8259/-, this was for "Career Assessment Test with Expert Counselling", then I asked if that was all, I was not given a clear answer, however I was lured to pay more, this time it was for "Senior level experienced professional" and " Education Verification plus package 2", it did not stop there, I was told if I stop I would lose all the money, it was a clear trap !! I was then told to pay Rs.29616 for Job interview and assistance, Job Profile Verification Plus Package and Executive Level . I then had to pay Rs.42786/- for Professional Career Management Jobs on the Move (180 days), then I had to pay 4557/- for Change Management Skills, Featured Profile then Rs.51916 for Career Growth for professional success, Management Fundamentals Training and Certification and Jobs on the move it came to total of Rs.199082/- Till date there is no effective action from them, whenever I follow up, I am told to complete the training which they actually did not say is compulsory while enrolling. Overall, I was mislead and it was a clear money making act from them. Could you please help get back my hard earned money at the earliest?

                Some of your team members are Cheating through '' FREECHRNT'' account. You should punish them and give me the evidence, and i will post it in Social media also soon...

                  Few days ago I rejoin shine.com for switch my job.As shine.com is very popular and trusted in market I choose this platform for better hike. After i rejoin I get a call from your representative and request me to take a package of 3292.0 rupees for may better requirement.As earlier sated shine.com is polupalr and trusted platform i agreed for that package and make payment against link provided by representative. And I asked him after this payment can I make me another payment at next step. He clearly stated me that after this payment no any other payment need to do.This is first and last payment.You can check call recording Also. But after one hour i get another call and ask me to do another 7000.0 payment for better placement.
                  Suddenly I shocked and the trust on shine.com is fell down.How a leading and popular platform do like this? I don't want to continue with shine.com any more after this money collecting calls. I want my money refund within couple of days. I accept shine will co-operate with me and built some respect about him.

                        As I am looking forward to the Job, so I registered on your portal, and I got a call from the portal. The person was asking me for the payment of 3657 for membership. It was told that it's a one-time payment, and from tomorrow my team would coordinate the resume and the rest of the things. Since I got the call today, one by one, they have been asking for payment and each and every service and telling me that this is the last one. So I broke my FD for the payment, but still, they are sending me continuous links for payment.
                        But now I want all my amount back. I don't want to proceed further with your services provided.

                          Respected All,

                          Just want to give in knowledge some facts.

                          I had taken Premium paid services with Shine.com, inspite my father was hospitalized, i am having all call recordings of same.

                          I was not informed in advance about the charges, and just made the payment stating job assurity in 15 days. After 2 months I haven't received any single benefits of the same. Even I had not received my updated Profile summary and education verification ( they are still unverified), you can personally check the same.

                          After connecting with your team, i just get arrogance and no problem resolution.

                          I accept every company is having targets but these could be adjusted with services. A person paying premium if get proper service, will only provide you positive word of mouth, but here no one is responsible for there part.

                          With sorrow heart, this is not the standard anyone would expect.

                          Your team is giving generic answer i haven't given any acceptance, this need to be checked apart i am having call logs were confirmations were given for 15 days job assurity, still after 2 months when I am again and again asking for refund as per your policy i am not getting any revert

                            When i enrolled on shine their team 8 months back their team insisted on taking their paid service to listed on Priority, initially they said its only registration cost then they kept adding each service. I was forced to cough up 2 lac by the guy know as Suraj, he and his Manager that they provide service that is guaranteed for higher Hit ratio.

                            They and other consultants who use their data has not yet arranged a single interview and they send irrelevant job opportunity that is already listed in Linkedin. I have been sending mails and all i get a response is they will revert back with appropriate jobs offers, all that was informed to me during the calls were only to take money from me. To the extend that after each call with them i get next call from frauds who ask you to use GPAY and this leads taking money out from your account.

                            Shines stated they provide service but my experiences is a normal consultant does far better job, shines cheats candidates by taking money upfront.

                              From shine paid jobs, I received a call from relation ship manager.he said I need to pay some amount which I can recover with in short period like once get a new job.when I asked him he didn’t explain me the process.He said there are some steps which I receive an email from finance team.
                              1 step: send me one link where I need to pay 5000
                              2 Step:one more link where I need to pay 9000
                              Similarly, the steps went on till I pay 75000.even after that they were talking very rudely saying another 55000 service is mandatory to get the job, when I said no for 55000 service.then I requested them I didn’t want any service .please refund my money.Then they said not possible.such a wort company and the team.they are enjoying with our hard earned money and with our emotions..Somebody should punish them please..

                                  This company is totally fraud.

                                    I am not satisfied with the service provided for Order: IN20221122_729378_130051. Please help me get the refund and apology from the team who had made a bad impact during our conversation over the phone.

                                    I have recently made a purchase on Shine then was contacted by the Shine team requesting more money. Mr. Anirudh convinced me regarding the best services provided by shine and I willingly paid the amount. Later I was contacted by another person mentioning he is the only POC as relationship manager and that I have to pay 5000 more to avail the whole service. Post declining the call Mr. Shiva spoke very rudely to me when I asked my questions about why I wasn't informed earlier that I'll have to pay an additional amount than the paid 3000. I was hesitant at first but was eventually ok to pay & then they started abusing my knowledge & my skills. I come to Shine trusting its legacy and customer satisfaction yet disappointed at max. I paid to get a premium service and ended up being assaulted by the team.

                                    So it would be best of the team to let this sort this over our internal conversation rather taking it further with Consumer Court. All I request is an apology from the team and hope this shall not happen again to any other customer. Also, the refund for my unsatisfactory service.

                                      On 25th November, 2022 I got a call from sonia who told me that she is from shine.com. She told me to pay rs. 10 through one website then she told me to install application shine where she affirm me that she will arrange my job interview schedule. After paying rs. 10, Rs. 1000 got deducted from my account.

                                      People like her deserves some strict punishment. They are taking people's advantage in terms of giving job and all.
                                      Plz refund my Money Rs. 1000 as soon as possible. (This may be small amount for someone but for a me it's quite big amount.)
