My name is Meghana balgi. Actually i had received call from Sine.com and they told me to pay Rs.2, 005 and they will help me to get job and i made the payment and further he told me one person from shine will call and explain me about further details. Today that person had called me and firstly he told in this service you will get linkdin references and your resume will be checked by our experts and they will teach me interview skills and for that i need to make payment and he sent me a mail and in that i made a payment of RS.8, 436 and within 3 minutes he sent me another link and told me to pay Rs.14, 000 . Then i said i cant make further payments because u have not mentioned in conversation about amounts and he is telling no i have to 14000 after that only they can work on my profile. So i told i want all my amount refund and he is telling sorry that is against my companies policy . So i told u should mention the same before neither in mail or in conversation u said this money is not refundable and now u cant tell you cant get refund. My Transaction ID is IN20221026_719860_130441 for Rs 8, 436 and N20221022_719475_110244 for Rs. 2, 005. I received the mail from s.[protected]@shine.com Id.

    Hello,
    I had received a call from one of your associates Garima Singh (Mob No -[protected]) for the role of Branch Operations Manager in Kotak Mahindra Bank. My Interview was done by Anurag Madan ( Mob No-[protected]) who was from Kotak bank wherein I was required to pay Rs 12500/- which was said to be refundable amount when I meet the Kotak Mahindra officers for a Group Discussion. The Group Discussion did not take place.
    My Group Discussion was said to be on December 13th 2021 and Joining was said to be on 15th December 2021. Then again I received a call from Anurag asking for a Bond Amount of 21800/-
    Then Again another mail asking for 30000/- for training amount and 32500/- for Laptop. They asked me to expect the courier for the same.
    After that I was informed that instead of the 15th of December 2021 I will be joining on the 17th of January 2022.
    Now even after repeated calls to Garima Singh ([protected]) from shine career placement I have not received any update for the same.
    Neither Miss Garima Singh of Shine nor Mr Anurag Madan of Kotak Mahindra Bank are responding to my mails and Calls.
    All this money was sent to Sunrise Enterprises

    Along with all this amount I have also sent my Aadhar copies and my educational documents.

      19th October at 16.40 p.m Sonia Call me and told me she was from Shine.com.She told me to register the form(which was sent my whats app no) & to pay Rs 10, after payment she will arrange my job interview schedule.But unfortunately, she was debited my State Bank account of Rs 24, 900 that was not expected. Please refund my money Rs.24, 900 as soon as possible.

        Shine. Com is a cheat. They told ne that they would give me job at tata consultancy but i have to pay 1500/- then they ask me for verification money of 5500/- then they charge 18% GST on it. After that they ask 10500/- for employment id then they charge 18% Gst then I said I want my money back so they asked me to pay 20380/- for refund . I paid 44228/- total and ask for my refund so they ask me to pay 29500/- further for emergency payment i said now I can't paid money so they said then I will not get my money. Please help me to get my money back

                One of your representative has called me and abusing me since morning. His name is Avinash Avasthi. And his phone no. Is [protected].
                Horrible customer service you have.
                This man asked me to submit an application which he says takes 5 min but since I was in office I told him that I will do it. And instantly he started abusing me like anything.
                I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. What kind of people you hire? Uncultured and Uncivilized.

                  This is to bring to notice today dated 01.10.22 fraud transaction (30, 000 Rs.) has happened with my credit card.
                  Today, I got a call from shine.com for job assistance (from mobile. no. +91 [protected] from Delhi)
                  Shine.com website offered me package of Rs.10 for job assistance and resume viewing.
                  I made transaction of Rs.10 using axis bank credit xxxx6021, 3 times as OTP shared failed.

                  But received mail receipt for transaction showed transaction of 10108.56 rs. 3 times .

                  I request you to please stop three transactions .

                    Hello,

                    I had received a call from Shine, & the sales guy said that they will help me get the best Possible Job in the Market based on my skiils. For that I need to pay for the Premium Service & get my Resume Boosted. I paid the Amount on 29th-Septmber 2022. Next day I receive a Call from one of their representatives. He took my details & said that I need to pay for 2 services i, e. Education Plus Package & Company Plus Package. As per the representative, I needed to pay for these services so that they can Verify all of Documents which was something not disclosed during the first call.

                    I need my refund.

                    Hello Team,

                    I was not informed about the additional charges that I would have to pay to get my Education Verification & Employment Verification & any other additional charges to get my Resume Prepared. This wasn't disclosed to me on the call or the Email.

                    As an Employment Recruiting Portal, you are responsible for sharing these details via email. All your team did was ask me to Pay for the Paid service & the Shine Team will help me get Employment.

                    Next thing I get a Performa Invoice by Email with the Amount to be paid. No documentation is shared with me for how the service would work or what additional charges I need to pay or what is that I will be learning from the Shine Team.

                    No Document. This is a very clear case of poor Disclosure & Documentation from your end. How is anyone supposed to know based on call what Shine Paid Service is all About, what the paid service includes or what the Shine Team helps us do? Nothing is shared with me by email.

                    I need my refund; I want my account closed on Shine & all of my details deleted on Shine. I do not trust, Shine.com & nor will I recommend this portal to anyone.

                    I hope this is enough cause for you to refund the amount. Also, please do not stretch this any further.

                    Is it a fraud service?
                    This people are cheating intentionally and they challenged nothing will happen nothing will happen if you make case like that. i have recordings we will put case on this. when i am asking them why you people are with our feelings they said we agreed like that i have posted all records to them i am awaiting for there reply. if you have any audio records we can put a case. my number [protected]

                      I need my Account deleted from Shine.com and all my data removed.
                      Receiving too many calls from people who are asking money for jobs.
                      This started as soon as I signed up on Shine.com.

                      I am using Naukri from almost 6 months before I installed Shine app. Never faced this problem with Naukri app.

                        I have paid Rs 3292 on Sept 22, 2022. Later to which they asked for paying Rs 8000+GST for availing services.                             Cancel My Subscription which I have not used and Initiate Refund.

                            On 20th Sept' 22, I got a call from an executive Mr Vivek from shine.com (HT Media Group ) for paid services and I paid Rs 3292/- ( Tr Id IN20220920_708159_150402) and the executive said that I will get a call from senior manager for more update . And I got a call on 20th sept’2022 evening from Mr Suraj and they extracted Rs 5192/- (IN20220920_[protected]_[protected]) (for Education Verification Plus Package) further they extracted Rs 9556/- (IN20220920_[protected]_[protected]) for Job Profile Verification Plus Package.
                            Afterword they were trying to extract Rs 16309/- through Performa Invoice no IN20220920_708299 on account of making Professional Summary.

                            I have denied to pay this payment and mailed them to cancel my subscription, They were not transparent during the conversation. I had always asked them about the Payment details for various services and every time you told me it was the last time I needed to pay.

                            There was mail communications from me asking them for refund. I got the Email from Mr Mohammad Taiyab on 24th Sept 2022 that Shine Don't have Refund Policy. Thus is purely cheating from Shine.com

                            I have not availed these services. In future also I don’t want to use there services.

                            I need my payment refund (Total Paid 3292+5192+ 9556 = 18040), Payment made details are attached herewith.

                              Shine.com is taken money from candidates and not taking any action on the fraud activities happen on behalf of them. They are taking advantage of freshers who are looking for job and demanding for money.

                              Mail id of email group where many candidate are getting fraud calls for offering job is : [protected]@shinerecruitments.com. I request shine.com to resolve this issue.

                                No Services after payment

                                Hi,

                                Since I have opted a subscription, no one is contacting from Shine company. Before buying the subscription I had received couple of calls and they had shown all the advantages of buying a subscription but after payment no one even pick the call and give call back. Jobseeker always have hope and expect good services.

                                It looks another fraud company ?...

                                I got a call from [protected], she told me about bank job with training & other stuff. She texted me to send my documents as well as 2500/- & when I replied I'm not interested, she wrote "Nikal Chal" .
                                I think it's enough to tell this is absolutely fraud & this complaint would be helpful for future fraud going to happen by her.

                                  Non stop calls from shine

                                  I am getting continous promotional calls from shine, I have blocked multiple numbers and I get a call from a new number every single time, this is annoying, I have not even registered in shine, please take strick action to stop the calls and disturbing someone mentally, I have been annoyed with the promotional calls that I am getting....

                                    Respected Sir/ Madam

                                    My name is Anshu Kumar Singh, I have to register complaint against Shine.com. I received a call from shine.com female recuriter today at 11:36 am . She asked me that i am looking for a job. I said yes, then she said a position of data analyst is vacant. She said you have to fill a form and pay Rs 10 for that form and She send me a link Shinenaukri.in. She said to open and fill the form, I started filling the form and started the payment but after entering the otp and submitting it get stuck then she said to click on resend otp and again fill the otp and i did that for two times and money was three times Rs10, Rs4910, Rs 4910. I report her about this and she connect a call to another guy whose name is Mayank and he told me to install the shine app then he said he report this to technical team to check the payment gateway and told my money will refund today in 15 min but now he is not answering the call. And the lady's mobile is out of network area.
