I got a call from person named Priyanka telling she is from Shineregister.com the call was regarding job opportunity, she said there will be 100 rupees charged as registration fee. But 3030.00 got debited from my account. She said the is could be technical error and she shall refund the money back and there is no response from the person after wards.

Kindly help in getting my money back...

    Got almost threatened to Application booster package

    I had to face very rude behavior from counselor Mr. Brijesh who called me from different phone nos. and disturbed me and overall when I was tired of this he said to me "ku mer time khoti kiya, jab lena nhi tha"? Thus you people behave to your customer who is looking for a job!!!...

    I was called from Shine on Jul 8th. He initially told I'll have to pay for 2 services .when the payment was done, he further told there is one more service to be paid and then only service would be activated. He didn't reveal the total package but told this is the final amount and then only the service would be activated. This way he asked to pay for 6 services saying this is the final one and I lost 90k. Even then he didn't activate my career search .he asked to pay 50+ for certification .and I told I wouldn't be able to pay and finally he told the process is not complete and he wouldn't be able to complete the service Activation. please be aware of this .never ever believe shine .it is totally fraud service. A honest company should disclose the complete package to a customer that he/she needs to pay and shouldn't fake them by telling this is the final payment to be made and blackmailing the service wouldn't be active if this final step is not active.im never going to get my money nor the service. Please be aware of shine fraud company and don't lose your money.i would be happy if some step is taken

        I went on a roller coaster on this! Got a call for application highlighter and ME portals- paid nearly 5000 rs - within two days I got a call from naukri.site, 10 rs of a form and I got scammed within minutes for nearly 66000- running around police fir and my bank only resolved the issue indeed - since then, no phone calls from shine, cannot get hold of their customer service, no updates etc - shine learning : this me payment game, bad internal management, utter resentment for one who joins the portal, like hub of scammers etc - also, no idea how far u could trust the employees (inside job maybe)

            Dear Readers,

            I am submitting/ raising my disappointment and total unsatisfactory service delivery, fake commitment and cheating from Shine. Com

            1. I received call from Shine's Sales Team - Mr. Chandan on 11th May 2022 for registering as a paid member from Shine. The amount asked was INR 3657 (one time) and then alot of advantage were informed to me. As this was call from Shine - I had not used its services before and did not read / taken feedback from users. However, I had gone ahead without hesitation and made the payment instantly assuming things will go right. This gentlemen - Chandan then informed that I will receive subsequent call from Shine Team - We have assigned individual service account manager and he/she will explain you the services. It will only take 20-25 minutes and they will inform all the benefits (informed by Chandan).

            2. Within 2 hours, I the received call from Mr. Vicky.
            He said that I have a strong profile and Shine has good recommendations for me currently. “We understand your preference sir and will connect with the recruiter very fast because we know them and current suitable opening”. We will help you getting jobs with maximum growth. Between 40 to 60%. !! I told him its hard to believe and looks like a luring story.. he said believe us Sir!!
            We have many offers from recruiter currently. We will circulate it to you and then you will have so many options to choose organization based on your preference location, salary, culture etc etc. We will share exclusive opening with you which are not available in job market.
            Vicky from Sales team also committed that the within 20 days.

            Issues and Concerns:

            1. Vicky did not provided any clarity on the total fees to be charged (he did not even mentioned approx amount).
            He pitched the amount very unethically - what he did was firstly he informed all the benefits in totality and asked me for a payment of INR 12565 (with GST). I asked him is this is only the payment I have to make as I had already made payment of INR 3657 a while ago.
            He said, yes sir. I went ahead with the payment believing him.
            As soon the payment, reflected their account, he pitched another payment link to my mail for INR 18642 (with GST). This was a total surprise to me as he had not at all informed this and the call was already continuing. I communicated my surprise to him, he said to believe and trust, your money will be for good use. I asked hope there is no further charges / fees (of whatsoever nature / category) after this amount is paid.
            He again said that this is the last amount sir. I paid it on trust basis.

            To my utter disbelieve, he once again sent me 3rd link and now for the payment of INR 48378 (with GST) and now saying that this will avail you service Jobs on the Move, Career Growth for Professional Success.
            This was truly unbelievable, unethical. I still communicated my dissatisfaction from this process with respect and asked him if I can speak to his Manager / Senior.
            Vicky connect the call to his senior - Mr. S Singh.
            I narrated the payment method and my dissatisfaction to Mr. Singh. He also said to trust Shine and a commitment that customer will received best and committed service.
            I did not wanted to pay a single rs now and told Vicky that I will pay this amount tomorrow after some feedback. Then he started resisting and said I will loose all benefits if I do not make the payment now. I was totally trapped and my fault was that I believed representative of Shine Team. I went ahead with the payment (totally dissatisfied). Total amount paid - approx INR 83000

            2. Then I had sent mail to Chandan, VIcky and S.Singh expecting services as per commitment. To my disbelieve, they did not responded to my single mail.

            * Shine Team - Please check the call recordings of the way your people process and commitment made to me. You will also hear my pain in the call where my hard earned money was charged unethically.

            3. However, I still had a positive hope Shine service. I dont know why, but I felt, service team might provide a justified service wrt to fees charged.

            Services of Shine Team:
            The service team started with asking me to provide details & documents to enable all services. I did the same.
            Now I was waiting for recommendation of job as per my job preference and feeds. And from here, another reality / experience started happening with me.
            More than 35 mails over 1.5 months with Shine team, Service Representative - Munish has been exchanged and still now not even a single recommendation shared with them as per my preference. I have the records of all the communication. Id I start sharing matters of each mails, it will be very long. However, the points are as below:

            a. The total payment was not informed properly. It was a cheat.
            b. Even then opportunity was provided.
            c. I see irrelevant (non preference) job recommendation on portal, promotions - job from canada, project manager, sales.
            I am an experienced HR, and your team shares junior roles on whats app. The links shared by them are of Naukri and IIM's job. What is the use if I apply job from other portal? I have paid a hefty amount to Shine so that my profile is highlighted here. I do not have paid membership in Naukri and IIM job.
            d. I only see recruiters viewing and interested in my profile, but did not received a single recruiters impaneled through Shine.
            e. I started receiving fake calls and additional payment for any opening.
            f. Where is the commitment, trust, quality of service??
            g. Where is the quality check before sending me the job recommendation. It was only check the box.
            Then I again received call from Saloni's team to understand expectation - i retold my job preference, but still no result. And now they are saying preference is now added!! This is a question to their competency and process. Then on what basis they we recommending the jobs to me if they had not noted my preference at the start.
            h. Your team and members - Mr. Munish is champion is justification. He only say, "Hum Koshish Kar rahe" and to have patients.
            Is the Sales and Service team aligned?? Did the sales team asked payment for result of "Koshish".
            The effort used in justification - even if some percentage is used for outcome, then SHine team could be able to provide some recommendation to me.
            i. Now they are saying it is upon market availability. All funda are now explained by Munish except result. To complete the training and courses - which is on commendation and subjects for lesser experience professionals

            Very honestly I want to state that - In the meanwhile I have received extremely good job recommendations from other portals (free of cost).
            But pathetic outcome from Shine.

            Cracking interviews was my competency but only expectation from Shine team was professional service delivery even after unethical way of payment. But this team did not even do so.

            2 weeks back - I spoke to a senior member from Shine Team - Ms Shobha.
            She was being apologetic for my experience and again committed for improving the service.
            I waited for 2-3 weeks. However, nothing improved. I requested for refund.

            Shine Team - I trusted your team when I was in need and now reaping for that trust.
            However even after 1 months and 14 days -there is no result from your team in terms of single job recommendations as per preference. I failed to understand why preference was taken!!
            I do not have further energy and drive to discuss it with your team.
            Wrt to recommendations from other sources, Shine team is not even close to it. I have received calls from consultants and companies from other portals where i am a free member. And the discussion has already started.
            Whereas with Shine, it is still on expectations clarity, discussion, justification, emails etc. Nor a single workable job recommendations nor any call from recruiter impaneled with you. How-come other portal come up with offers as per my preference where as you team only with justification and check the box?

            It was my greatest mistake to believe your team and paying the fees in 1 hour.

            I still feel guilty towards my decision and responsibilities that I should have waited, checked / taken you feedback from customers and then invested. Being in HR field, this was a blunder and disaster I did trusting your people.
            Anyway, kindly refund my hard earned money.
            Or else pls keep it as a donation from my side to you company 👍👍
            I do not wish for further service from Shine team!!

              Dear team today morning your exicutive called and asked to pay 2500/- for registration fee and told that it will refund within 30 minutes if you not interested. After that I asked him to refund the amount he guided me the process in Google pay insted of refund amount debited from my account of Rs.7189/-. I have asked him to refund the all amount but now he asked to wait for 7 working days. Why I need to wait? It's my money and your company exicutive are making fool to customer I need my amount to be reversed within 04/07/2022 otherwise same case will be lodged under cuber crime police station.Total amount 9, 689/-

                I have registered in shine .com by giving around 15k, and they asked to pay another 7500 rupees to give further details about the job .They cheated and didn't respond .I don't want to continue with them . I need my money back.

                  Since i was already applying through shine, i got a call that going for the package of Rs.3657/- will help me in multiple ways.
                  I paid, then i was connected to some other consultant that i will be helped in so many ways.Again kind of fpresuure tactic that i pay 6000 plus for better services as current which i took few hours back will not work unless i add this.

                  THERE WAS NO CLARITY ABOUT THIS FROM THE BEGINNING OR ELSE I WOULD HAVE NOT APPLIED.

                  kINDLY HELP AS I WANT TO DISCONTINUE WITH THIS PACKAGE AS IT IS NOT WORKING WHAT IT WAS SAID.

                        I got a call from Shine team regarding premium advantages, I thought okay lets see what they have to offer,
                        The customer care person called on 22 Jun 2022 at 12:34 pm stating you have to pay Rs 2005 for the registration for one time and then you will get your own dedicated Relationship manager( Puspendra = [protected]) to discuss about your job profile.
                        Then I received a call from Relationship manager at 5:29 pm same day. Initially he tried luring me saying why your current organization not paying you enough as your experience, and went for 15 minutes talking about my interested domain and companies(FYI I told him there itself I want a core company and technical domain) and using Hindustan Times to gain my trust and using big companies name. My mistake was to actually assume such site help us for upgrading few our skills so I openly accepted my lacking points and He then used my vulnerability of job searching and started saying, " Open your Email, I have shared you a link for verification completion." I asked him "Why do I have to pay again amount RS 4673 if I paid for premium fees already". to that he replied, " It is Education Verification, Please to it so that we can start with your job process ASAP". I thought okay maybe it is premium so maybe extra charges might be there, so I paid. Then to my surprise he said one more is there, there are 2 parts to it, please do it so we can start process. I paid again RS 9556 . To my bad luck I had already had fallen in their scam, and one by one saying it is last he asked for different packages for amounts= RS 161614, RS 24779, RS 30808.01, RS41298, RS 54405.01.
                        Every step he cornered me saying it is last and there is no way back as no refund is available. so I said I will go to Consumer court, he said you go were ever you wish, it will not be refunded. and as I didn't know when this cycle is ending, I kept thinking this is end and I kept paying. When I totaled the amount, my ground shifted RS 1, 83, 866. which is ethically wrong. When I called him again it wasn't reachable and just picked call next day at morning 9:30 am, again manipulating and not willing to listen my problem and stating do whatever you wish, we will not refund. All I wish is they cancel those needless courses for management which is not my domain, and get my hard earn money refunded back.

                          Got a call from your HR department named Isha, i believe, and she does not either understand the language or either doesn't know how to talk with a person on call. They don't understand the client details and the requirements of a job. How can a person with architectural experience do a job with an e- commerce service company, is this not understandable ? Its disgusting for a reputed company like shine to have a call service that doesn't even value its client. I had high expectations from this website, but I'm sorry, to say, not any more. Thanks for your terrible service, wont recommend it to anyone around me.

                            Hii sir I applied for Dubai job but I didn’t get my job and I canceled my process they asking me for that charges and Ofter that they didn’t refund and they given they team of aboard contact I talke to them but he asking me also amount I paid that also but always they asking me amount if you pay this we will refund immediately like this they told me but still they’re not refund still they need file charges penalty charges, he told me if you complain next I’ll do you don’t have any future like this he’s blackmailing me so please help me .                                 I was unaware of so many services to be bought when I was initially being briefed by the relative personnel.

                                - Future payments were kept hidden by the person and were only disclosed by the personnel only when payment was done.
                                for example: when i confirmed my payment of Rs. 5192 which was termed as a *COMPULSORY PAYMENT* by the personnel, I was told that there was another payment which is a *COMPULSORY PAYMENT* of Rs. 9556 and this continued and i was being told to do this payment again and again. I have paid more than *91000* to the company.

                                - When I refused to pay anymore money, I was threatened that services won't be provided properly and he is not responsible if services aren't good.
                                I was also told if payments aren't done, I would not get my login credentials.

                                - When asked about refund policies, I was told that shine does not refund any money back and there is no refund policy which I fail to understand as I have not even started using my services and not even given my login credentials and I am asking my money back for the services i haven't even used.

                                - I don’t want their services and asked for refund. But now they are replying to the calls or emails. I have all the mails and their contact numbers off fraud people.

                                They are playing with our life and career. There are lot of complaints on Shine in this Consumer Complaints

                                    I received a call from an agent of shine.com and they offered me that if I pay 2005 rupees registration amount then they will help me to find a job for me and I paid them 2005 rupees after that they demanding more money of 5000 rupees in the name of they make my resume according to the requirements of the recruiter but in the start they dont let me know for this another amount and now I don't want any service from shine.com and I want my registration amount back.

                                      In the process of a new job search, I applied some fake job posting by shine.com. After applying to them some of their representative approached me and saying if I pay Rs.5840, they will prepare resume and other documentation work and make my resume visible to the recruiters. After paying Rs. 5840, some other person called me asked for Rs. 8259 for resume writing. In that call he told that the previous amount(5840) is not for resume writing. He told Resume writing, profile assessment, documentation, all these services shine will provide if I pay Rs.8259. They send a link for payment, and pushing me to a hurry situation and asking me to pay the amount. Once I paid the amount shine people sent me one more link asking for Rs.13096. I asked the RM who is on the call about why again 13096. He was saying that he already explained to me about the amount earlier itself. But he is saying lie. I insisted him at the time of explaining that is this the final amount(8259). He said it is the final amount after that I need not to pay a single rupee. Seems this is fraud company and cheating the people like me. Please take some action against the company and refund my amount
