I have got this phone massage from ruhi verma from shine.com about this job she had taken my online interview for the post of store incharge. after selection she pitch on call to pay 850rupees for offer letter and I paid 850rupees in account no.[protected] IFSC code-sbin0011174 according to her for getting this job. After that she transferred my call to tara Kashyap she told me you have to pay 2100rupees security ammount for getting joining letter from reliance jio infocomm Ltd. Company and she also said the company will provide you joining kit like mobile phone, laptop, dress and shoes for work with reliance jio at your home address in 2 days. According to tara Kashyap I paid 2100 rupees again in same account of company after receiving joining letter.after that I called to manager chahat khanna I had got her contact number from joining letter now she is telling me you have to pay 4500rupees for your 3 days training and for your courier also that you got from company's given address in the joining letter. After hearing about 4500rupees payment for training I deny to pay again and request for refund my total paid ammount of rupees 2950. Now she is telling me you have to do an email to our company's reliance jio infocomm limited website for refund your total amount of 2950 rupees.
Please help me to refund my total paid ammount of rupees 2950. And if they are fraud then take immediate action to against them for using reliance jio company's name to fraud with me or anyone else. I am sending you ruhi verma's Identity Card back side that she's given me on whatsapp n also sending you ruhi verma, tara Kashyap and chahat Khanna's contact number.

    My wife has registered for a Job search services with Shine.com on 21/10/2021.

    Initially they charged Rs 4800/-, then they asked for Rs 15900/- & finally they charged for Rs 24799/- . In all they charged Rs 57, 000/-

    On reviewing the Shine.com on the web, we came to know about the negative ratings people have shared . Hence we have written back to Shine.com the same day that we do not wish to avail any services and that the money paid should be refunded in full.

    Mr. Shivam Kumar from Shine.com contact no :[protected] was the one who was in touch for all these transactions. When we contacted him he denied the refund and was quite adamant in saying no.

    Since we have not availed any service, we need immediate refund of the entire amount paid to Shine.com

    All the details for correspondence are in the attached image.

    Pl help to get our money back from Shine.com.

      Hello, I am Santosh M. I got a call from Mr.Amit Singh from Shine.com on 29th Sep'21 for registration in Shine.com for premium service and he explained in detail about the process for which I need to pay Rs.2999/- only & no other charges. I have paid Rs.2999/- on 29.09.21. Then, Mr.Abhishek Kr. called me and asked to pay Rs.3999/-for verification purpose, which i have paid on 30.09.21. Now he is asking to pay another Rs.3999/- which i have not paid. Mr.Amit & Mr.Abhishek has kept me in dark regarding additional charges apart from registration, otherwise i may not have registered with you. I want to lodge a complaint against both of them for cheating and hiding the facts and request you to either refund my amount of 6998/- or get me good job offers so that I can get interview calls as i have taken premium services. Awaiting your prompt reply & action.

        Deletion of my shine.com account and personal information

        Your customer care and privacy is too lame. It's been a month since I have been requesting for deletion of my account associated with [protected]@gmail.com. Till my account isn't deleted.
        Why don't you guys give an option for deleting the account?...

        Initially they told me they would change approximately 4000inr for good job opportunity and later they appointed interview with some rm. Pushpendra where in they charged around 35000 inr which was for just verification and when questioned about it, he started threatening me as they will not refund and also not going to get any job. Not polite and making negative impact on our career or job profile.

        Instead of just telling me the company name for which i'll be interviewed they just charged me without intimating the amount which i need to pay and later they just mentioned it's in 1000 digits and provoking me to raise voice and disconnecting the call with the fear.

        Also on 20th october 2021
        Hr team came back with soulution which was not satisfying.
        To get back my 35099.51/- inr i need to pay extra money as tax 5000+ then only they will refund or else they would not.
        I don't wanna take rush and get fool my self which i was very clear with it.
        They threatening me again as if i do delay in tax payment i'll not receive any amount from them and there will be legal actions.

        Requesting for quick solution on it. Everyday this making my routine hassel with attaining many calls and straining my mind.

          This is to inform you that i have been paid near 90k (saying multiple service charges) for getting Job with reputed companies and high salary, which failed by the Shine.com to provided till today.

          Till they got the amount there was frequently calls, emails once the amount collected than there is no any update and no any Job and not even attended single interview done by the company.

          Since i have applied for Job in the situation of i have been lost 3 families members in span of one month (Including of my 2 years Daughter) also i have been shared all the death certificates, photos & videos.

          Due to this in my family we are in depression since i want to change the Job i have applied but company used my weakness by consumed my money and not provided any Job as of now, please requesting to get my amount paid, with reducing some minimum service charges rest amount (since i have paid taking credit from others) i need since we have huge problems in home on daily expenses please...

          Also i have all the email ids and mobiles numbers of Shine.com who have interacted with me

                Sir I upload cv on shine.com. I get msg from them and call from Ranjana Mehta([protected]).Then after HR Abhilash ([protected]) for interview. Again Ranjana Mehta called me and said you are selected for back office job in HDFC Bank and asked for aadhar and 10 th marksheet along with money first 1500 for registration and 7500 for document verification in upi no ([protected]) register as sanjay kumar ray. After this asked for 10500 for training which I refused.So she threaten me to take legal action. Please help

                  I would like to report a case that i recently went through. On saturday 16th oct 2021 5:30pm i had received a call from Shinesrecruiter he said he would be charging 10rs for the recruitment and then subscription will get open. He told me a website Shinesrecruiter.com (not secured) I had visited the page and was going to do the transaction it asked to enter the OTP i entered and it said it was invalid. The process could not get proceeded. After a while i had checked my bank account from my mobile app and the last transaction was 10, 000Rs to phonepe recharge. I was shocked as the transaction had occured on the same time which the guy was talking to me for Rs10 transaction. I tried calling the person his phone was off. I tried on sunday, it was off. He called me today (Monday 18th) morning. He told me the transaction was wrongly been processed as the webpage went into wrong direction. He said the company is ready to refund 10, 000Rs. I said please do it and tell me the formalities. He said he will transfer the call to accounts department, they will deal and ask some details. I hanged up the call by saying that will let him know.

                  Now i want to know from your end that will i get my money back or not? because i am not sure if the person was genuinely talking if he can do a wrong transaction of Rs 10, 000 instead Rs10 then he can transact more money from my account.

                  Kindly revert me as soon as possible. I not only wanted to inform you about my matter but also to let you know if this is fake or fraud then many people are mis-using your company's name and destroying the image. The customers who are trusting you with a hope that you people will help in getting them employed are also getting cheated and looted from these incidences. Please look into my matter at a priority.

                    I unnecessarily paid closed to 18000 rupees, the person who spoke to me was very rude and I was not informed well ahead to be ready with the amount. When enquired they said only few thousands and not more. Repeatedly they said I don't have to pay anything but I was forced to pay in the end. It is a complete shocking experience!!!. Please arrange for refund.

                    How can you say that I have paid with my own assent, this is a marketing gimmick that they are following @ shine, first of all they should inform the customer how much we should pay, that was never informed, when I asked that, the personal @ shine got so irritated he spoke in a very rude manner saying that I should be bothered about the job I am looking for and not the money. Even after paying 18000, he demanded another 15000₹ saying that he will not process my data for rest of the services. If shine is not money minded why can’t they explicitly display the charges on their website why call the customers and force them to pay the money as I experienced and after raising the complaint we don’t get any refund . This is really pathetic. Kindly arrange for the refund.

                      I received a phishing call from a lady from the phone number [protected] on 18/10/21 and she was directing me to the following website www.referenceonline.in to pay INR 10 for generating a reference code/id. I told her that I will not be providing any additional information and asked her to hang up.

                        I received a call from Shine.com representative today regarding premium services ok which my profile would b highlighted for the recruiters to increase visibility. I paid around 3.5k towards it. I was told a representative would call me to brief me abt the same. Around 3 hrs later I got a call from another representative, his surname was Anand, he told me I need to activate some sevice regarding education verification. Sent me a email regarding the the link for payment of Rs.5.1k. I paid dat too since they provided the with the payment invoice from HT media. After payment he told me I need to activate another service called professional verification for which he sent me another link of Rs.9.8k I was hesitant to pay but he kept persuading me that I would be getting good offers for a better package since they would be structuring my profile in such a way. Also quoted HT media as their trusted partner. I asked him if this would be the final amount yo be paid since I've already made payments before of which I wasn't informed before. He assured me that this would be the last one I gave into that and made the payment since I am desperately looking for a job change. After payment he sends me another link of Rs 13.7k saying it is for some professional verification. By this time I grew suspicious and started arguing since I confirmed with him of no further payments. Later he transferred the call to his senior. The senior was also taking his side n telling to do the payment. I refused the same saying I don't have any balance left, the senior guy is telling me to use credit card and pay emi. I refused so he tells me rudely that I can cancel of I don't have money to pay but all rye money that I have paid is gone I wouldn't get any refund.

                        Please note this is was not fake call from any unknown person it was from shine employees since I've got the invoices for all the payments made. But wat do I do of the invoices if my money is gone to waste. Later on checking for similar such incidents on the internet I've come across various complaints regarding the same type of fraud of duping people from Shine representatives.                             I get a call in the morning from this lady to sell her so called product - Job placement.

                            When I understood that I have to pay in advance for registering with her, I said I wouldn't like to go ahead.

                            So the lady just slams the phone without saying a bye or thank you for the time I spent on the phone.

                            This is not customer service - This is pure illiteracy or lack of education.. Good luck to this company who keeps commodities like this one - Their sales lady.

                              They called me offering part time job. Need to fill 700 forms in 6 days with 90% accuracy. After filling 523 forms my id got locked saying log in and logout issues. Such a fraud company. Never pay them any money if necessary form a team and raise cyber complaint against them

                                Dear All

                                We have started journey on 16th Sep with 3k.
                                On 18th the ask for approx 6k. I was thinking this is final process. But after that they asked for approx 13k and told this is necessary for JOB. I paid that money also Total 22k paid.
                                They asked once pay approx 23k I had totally confused but my money stucked so thought and pay the 23 K means I paid totally 45k. But after few minutes they ask approx 42k. I think may be get benefits and paid the amount.
                                Means I paid approx 90k on 18th. They also told you have paid for all services and don't pay single rupees now onwards.

                                After that I will get some process and they told u will ready for 15min. But till 12th I didn't get any call from them.

                                Got sample resume n cover letter. But I need some changes.

                                Today I got mail n call to pay approx 25k n ask this is final amount.

                                Company cheated me why not you tell me 1st time this is all process and expenses. Then Candidate think and ENROL for all services.

                                I think you make me fool and pay so much amount.

                                If I didn't get the JOB why not Company will pay interest on my investment bcoz not a Single Interview arranged nor discussed about process and knowledge improvement.

                                Please refund my money i[censored] r not able to help.

                                  On Sunday 10th Oct 2021, I got a call from shine .com promising me to provide a job in Tech Mahindra. At first they charge 3000 for registration and 5050 for verification after that they asked money in every step of the process the total amount 18000 which they mentioned as refundable amount. But now he did not receive my call . I have all the proof regarding the transaction and his mails, number so please help me out to get my money back.

                                      They have collected money from me by sending payment mails alerts continuely and I did the payments according
                                      Even they don't given any time atleast to think what is going on .

                                      Even I was not asked to anyone to provided these many services those I don't want

                                      Yesterday also shine team collected 25 k for job reference, so I finally decided that am going into trapping.

                                      Please refund my total money 75 k and I don't want use your services no more further

                                      He is asking 18% as service tax from total amount of 75k, that is nearly 14k, he told if I pay this money then only he will refund my money.

                                      These are untrustable voice coming from shine.com
