I received a call from [protected] saying it's shine. Com they have dental job vaccancy . He asked my working experience and when will I be able to join and he asked me to pay amount of 3560 rs for job registration. I had a doubt and I asked I dint recieved any notification or email how can I pay the money. He said this is official call from shine and this call is recorded this is the confirmation call as they are interested after seeing my resume. He asked me to transfer the money to a bank account and recipent name he told was shine. Com. After that he connected me to another person told he is the one who will be interviewing me, this person told he is from Apollo and asked me to be ready for interview and connected me back to that shine. Com person, he said I need to pay amount of 7000 for attending face to face interview. I said I will not pay the money and asked the amount I paid, he said he will not refund it back and immediately he cut the call. After that I was getting calls from 3 different numbers telling they are calling from shine. Com and they have vaccancy I need to pay amount of 2500. This is such a worst experience. I registered in this shine. Com this morning and I have been getting these fake calls and lost my money. I have the call recordings of all call and the bank details they told. Please do take action. This is not proper way to keep details of job seekers in your website

Shine.com. Yesterday I got a call from your company regarding a paid service benifit, where I received a mail from your registered email id that, you need to pay Rs3027 and I will get from good companies and within some period of time, I will get a job.
But after payment has been done today morning, I got a call from your so called Relationship Manager that, I need to pay Rs7000 for my Resume and LinkedIn profile updateation.
My question is,
1- Why these things not clearly given in the mail .
2- What about your written promise of two calls per day from good companies untill I get a job after payment of Rs3027.
I will not pay any single money to you.
I need my Rs3027 back in my account...

Shine .com is only take the money from the candidate but no service provid when call to shine customer care executive told to me go and take any type of action ...so many complain raise to consumer farm but no body take the action against of shine job is it possible to send the mail president of india

Sales person from Shine.com talked about providing and helping candidate for job search and then requested him to verify detials by clicking over link sent on phone. While candidate clicked the link.. it asked for money to be paid. for one service.. then Sales person again called for another service, .. he kept on talking too fast so that candidate hardly was able to understand anything.. then again sales person requested to verify again. ...like this he asked Mr. Goel to pay 4 times and he ended up paying alsom Rs.35, 000 and last sales person said.. shine.com will send 2 alerts per week for which he still needs to pay Rs. 24, 000 and Mr. Goel failed to pay last amount and he was not aware of all these details as sales person didn't make it clear at over phone. Now, Mr. Goel has not utilized any of the following services but shine.com is not refunding any of the amount.

Girl name Sonam called me soo many times from your office with number [protected] with fake commitments that I will only have to pay Rs 3047/- and nothing else to move ahead with my application. Later, she stopped answering my messages and forward my number to some person who called from some senior team and said I need to pay another Rs 8, 000/- more for just my resumé making and when I said i was told to send only Rs 3047/- he said Sonam doesn’t know anything she made fool of you.if you wat job you need to pay more. Other wise keep searching jobs and you will not get.

In this covid time people anyways have no jobs and you guys are looting people with fake commitments?

Is this the way your people speak?

She was all going Ga-Ga about how big is company and Hindustan times and all.

I need refund of my Rs 3047/-

I need to escalate this matter ahead or I will go to consumer forum.

So many complain raise against of shine .com that only money taken but no service provide I am not understand why your team not going to take the action against of shine .com

I would like to complain against shine .com, where his executives charges me twice by making me fool of providing the Job.

Shine .com take the money from candidate after that no service provid when calling to customer care executive told to me go and take any action we don't care

Dear sir I have already taken paid service from shine job but till time passed more then 4 month no service getting shine .com now shine .com frude sales executive Calling and told to me your profile is in complete need more mone for complication, , now my question is if you need more money then why you are not telling me before when I was taken paid service

A woman xyz contact me from shine dot com regarding employment
and asked for conducting a phone interview for which she asked me rs.500 for confirming the call for an interview and then promised the job from Aditya Birla group and asked 10th and 12th mark sheet with pan card in a pdf further asked for rs.4000 for agreement fee which I paid. After that, I received the call for another rs.4000 for a security deposit from another person named Aditya Arora which again I sent to the PhonePe number but I did not receive any agreement as promised so I tried contacting them for the same. The man said he filled the form wrong due to which he had to take time and asked for rs.4000 for correcting the form and promised the refund in 2 to 3 seconds after the correction will be done but I said I do not have that much money now So he then asked for rupee 2000 and I payed and remained on a call with him as he said he would instantly repay the amount of rs.2000 back but abruptly cancelled the call I tried contacting him on the same number, the lady first contacted me because he picked the number when I tried contacting her and later blocked me on WhatsApp and call.

I demand a refund for wrongful play during these difficult times where rather than getting job people are getting scammed for your own benefit.

I set a resume in shine.com
They offered me for a job in hdfc bank nearby me.
Took 310 rs for registration and then asked for 3000 rs for document verification
As i know no document verification take this much money.
They told me this money is totally refundable in both the cases
Now i m asking for my money
They dnt even give replies.

Hey, I got a call from shine employee regarding recruitment in IBM and first they asked to pay of amount Rs.1750 and then rs.4500.
Actually i paid total amount of Rs.6250. and then they asked me pay Rs.15, 500 For COVID 19- Medical Insurance Security but i didn't had that much amount so i rejected the application.
So i paid total of Rs. 6250 and I'm requesting you to please refund the amount to my account.
Please refund the amount of rs. 6250 to my account.

Shine.com is big fraud job portal side they are only take the money no benifit so many complain against of shine job portal side to consumer court but no action I think consumer court are not going to take the action against of shine.com

After raising my complaint I got a call from same number. They told from legal department. He is telling if I paid some fee of 5500 then they will refund my 16200+salary. Again they asking to pay. I told I dont want any salary, kindly refund what ever I paid the amount of 16200. They are not responding for this. Kindly help ne to get my money. Its really cheating the people.

I registered my self in shine jobs on dated 18/08/2021. I have almost paid 25000. Every time i pay for a service they said that it will be the last payment. But they kept on asking mone, When i asked for money they told that there is no refund policy we wont give. I request every one not to register on shine.

I got phone call from Chandani [protected] for taking services of Shine .com She said only 3500 will be paid for that services and after that no amount is required further for any services. later she transferred call to her senior Amit and he also said this is final amount and you will get all services in this. I trust them and paid Rs.3500/- but after few minute i got call from [protected] and person asked me to pay 4599 further for verification charges, i was surprises to see all that incidents and immediately called them to cancel my services and refund the amount but they denied.

You are requested to please look into and refund my money.

I am Rajesh Rajput i registered my self in shine jobs on dated 18/08/2021. first i got a call from your side to pay Rs. 3551.00 for registration. i did that after that then my call transferred to some senior (Mr. Himanshu Sharma) he said that your profile is not appropriate, they will create new profile for me, they again demand for more money. I spoke to them about the hidden charges, that before registration why this hidden charges was not discussed before the registration, again they told me that this is the last charges of Rs. 6017, and I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said OK and paid that amount also. As soon as i made this payment I got another mail to pay Rs. 10984.01 for education verification and resume writing services, I denied for that Sir i this was not the right way to work. Then i said that i don't want to continue registration with the shine.com as no information was provided regarding payment earlier and i am asking for the refund of my amount (Total Paid Amount - Rs. 9568.80), they are telling me that it's non refundable.
I know that consulting companies charge some amount for registration. but that experience of mine was not good . Please its my humble request you to refund my money, and i don't want any job from your side.

Not good job site asking service charges and after paid again ask more money for other services and if not paid they haven entertain. Very bad experience. Not good organisation. Very bad perception. Need action against them.
