They called in [protected] no. told me that I will get job if I register with 2005.then I checked in Google and found that many are fake.one guy first called, then he handed over to a girl who told me to send her email in her address r.[protected]@shine.com.then she sent me invoice of 2005 from [protected]@shine.com.is it really fake or true?

      The have asked me to pay 3100 as registration charges. And after the registration is done, their representatives call me to pay Rs 9700 for making resume and cover letter. After that they say I need to pay Rs17000 for assessment charges and their final mail come which says you have to pay full and final amount of Rs 35000 so that we schedule your interview with the companies.

        Hi my name is vikas awasthi, yesterday call from shine dor com has came any they assured me that if i pay Re 3657 inl GST, they will suerly Provide me job.

        I have paid that amount after that executive pooja has told me that some Rajni will call me for more details.

        Rajni has sent me 4 proforma invoce to me one by one

        First she share the invoice of 5192... i thought its ok lets give the amount, then ahe started sharing me more proforma invoice of Rs 8763, 14158.

        And then she shared 22000 invoice which i have rejected to pay.

        She gets rigid and started saying that you have to pay the amount otherwise we will not process your request.

        After that some guy with the name Nitin has called me which he was saying himself as From finance.

        He has offered me 15500 to pay in place of 22000/-.

        These guys are doing fraud and playing with our sentiments.

        I am a jobless guy and it is a very big amount which i have managed anyhow, but now i am not be able to pay any money as i have already paid 31383/-.

        Request you to kindly help to refund my amount of 3657+14158+5192+ 8376 = 31383/-.

        I have all the invoices of paid amount.

          This is to Apprise that Got a call in A fortnight back fromRohit with the True caller HT media, regarding the job, he asked me to pay 3027/-asone-time processing fees for better job search. however, because of shortageof money I did the Payment in 2 Instalment, when the first instalment was paidof 2000 Rs i got another call from other personal number, i was apprised itwas an accounts department, they ill-treated me and requested for the next payment and told me they will assign a dedicated person to work onyour profile. Only after full payment, later in In evening i got call fromanother no Whose designation is Relationship Manager and his name is Mr Shivam, he claimed that he will handle my account for job search for Internationalprofile and, again he asked for 5850/- payment as documents verification fees, to understand further Fee Structure, I had requested to communicate with MyHusband with him, however he once again ill-treated both o[censored]s and requestedfor the payment and later assigned my number to his friends and they gave us threatening call.I request you to please pay back the money for this illtreatment and Fraud Accommodations also expect an apology from the team, else, I have to go to cyber malefactionfor the Fraud Engagement and I have to log a complaint to Police against theCompany employees This is a game to earn money using illegal methods.

            Hi this is Dr Sana Khan...I have received a call from Mayank Ahuja from shine.com in order to give me job as telemedicine consultant they initially asked me to pay Rs 5500 which I paid later they asked me to pay 12700 as a bond with the hospital which is refundable and then later 22800 this is also refundable they pressurise for money so much and then in order to make an account they asked me to pay rs 15000 they even gave me the soft copy of cheque via mail which made me believed that they are genuine and will return me my money and also made a call interview with the HR head
            I even confirmed it with shine.com they did not deny it saying that they were not there employees but said that I have been victim of fraud as we do not charge any amount with offering job nor do we guarantee any job
            I am destroyed I guess

              A person (Amit kumar) on (May 7) called me and told that, i am from shine.com. He said that your resume has been shortlisted from company named TECH MAHINDRA and also told that you will have an interview with the company HR and you will receive offer letter immediately and also told that the payment for interview+ Document verification will be Rs.3000+Rs.8885 and it must be deposited in shine account, he said

              At First i didn't believe it and I said that i don't have account in shine.com...he said, see i am contacting only through ([protected]@shine-recruitments.com) mail id only and not in gmail-id and the hr mail id from tech mahindra be like([protected]@techmahindra.com)...and also provided me account number in the name of shine(he said official account of shine)...
              I am also attaching the account number that he mentioned to me and the agency name as he said is AMIT KUMAR and i forwarded the Account number, Agency number and hr no as said by him.

              The provided account number by him is:

              The call number i received was from this particular numbers: [protected]

              Please take severe action on him as he is doing fraud related activities and he has played to many candidates also i think, as i seen these same related mail in other social medias too.

                Cheating and looting peoples money

                Shine.com has called me using shine.com name and they guaranteed interview call if I pay Rs.3670/- and paid that amount. He never told me that there would another payment to complete the subscription. Once I paid he told that other verification process like qualification and salary and say that i need to pay another around rs. 5000

                Then I said you never told me that there would other charges and disagree to pay any pie further...

                I had registered to shine.com a week ago. I was looking for efficient jobs and I came across shine.com and thought it was a better platform to seek jobs. But I've been only receiving calls from fake recruiters and scammers. They come forward asking for our credit card details and other sensitive information. And I'm worried that they are misusing my data. It doesn't seem to be the right platform for job seekers like us. It gathers all our personal details, this allows the scammers to get direct access to all our personal details. Shine.com doesn't provide an account deletion option as well. In this way, we are not able to remove our personal details from their platform. Please take the necessary actions.

                  I got a call from Umesh (+[protected] a few days ago. He spoke about a new service from Shine.com worth rs 3600 something. He said "we will assign you a relationship manager" and your chances of getting a better job will improve.

                  Little did I know that I will then be connected to Jatin Rana[protected] who used agressive langauge and lured me into purchasing additional services worth 16k approx.

                    I received a call from shine.com on 08-May-2021 around 10:20 AM from telephone number [protected] for the paid job assistance services.

                    I was told by Mr.Anup (from Shine.com) that I need to pay just 3027 Rs which is a one-time payment. After payment, one relationship manager Mr.Pande will be assigned to me who will help me in arranging interviews as per my profile.

                    On 08-May-2021 at 10:53 AM I received a call from Mr. Pande (Who is the relationship manager) from number [protected]. And he now started telling me to do further payment of 7787 Rs.

                    After paying 7787 Rs, he further asked me to pay 12, 979 rs in order to actually start the job assistance service. I pay 3000 rs.

                    This is a total fraud. When I asked for a refund, they said the amount is not refundable. I want my refund of Rs 3027 + 7787+3000 = 13814

                    These people from shine.com are not giving complete information, in the beginning, it self and one by one they opening their cards to ask for money from job seekers.

                    Shine.com you are just taking advantage of job seekers who really need a job in the pandemic by looting their money.

                      They call for paid service when you pay 3000/-

                      Then they call to discuss for resume which is nothing but telling you too pay 10000/-

                      When you are not convinced to pay any further they say you wont get any service if you dont pay 10000/- and 3000/- is nonrefundable

                        Everyone, few days back a person from shine.com reached out to me regarding the job opportunities and told me I need to register n made me pay 3500 and later she connected the call to another person(Swaroop) and he said I need to highlight my profile and made me pay 9500 and later he said this is for ur overall and made me pay another 10k n then he says there is a final u need to pay 20k for that... When I asked him y didn't u say those before he insists that he told me already ...they made me pay a total of 23k. And now when I ask for refund they won't pickup their call nor reply the texts.
                        Please help me on how can I receive my money back.

                        Guys, a guy named Mukesh reached out to me regarding my refund and says I need to pay cancellation charges of 3000 to get my refund ...I asked him to deduct it from the money I paid and send me the rest but he says it is a company policy etc ... please help me on how I can recover my money

                          Shine Learning.com have called me using shine.com name and they guaranteed interview call if I pay Rs.3670/- and paid that amount and later one more executive called and said If I pay Rs. 9911/- they will be building my resume as per market standard and along with background verification. again I paid Rs.9911/- later one more email I received asking for 14, 158/- for experience verification. later they told me if you dont pay 14, 518/- they are not assuring any interview calls.

                          very immediately I have request to cancel my order and refund my money (Rs. 3, 670 + Rs.9911 = Rs13, 581/-) they denied to refund the amount.

                          I would request to help me to get the money back.

                                Hi

                                I received a call from shine.com on 05-May-2021 around 2 PM from telephone number [protected] for the paid job assistance services.

                                I was told by Mr. Viswas Singh (from Shine.com) that I need to pay just 3657 Rs which is a one-time payment. After payment, one relationship manager will be assigned to me who will help me in arranging interviews as per my profile.

                                On 06-May-2021 at 9:47 AM I received a call from Mr. Gaurav (Who is the relationship manager) from number [protected]. And he now started telling me to do further payment of 5893 Rs.

                                After paying 5893 Rs, he further asked me to pay 12, 000 rs in order to actually start the job assistance service.

                                This is a total fraud. When I asked for a refund, they said the amount is not refundable. I want my refund of Rs 3657 + 5893 = 9550

                                These people from shine.com are not giving complete information, in the beginning, it self and one by one they opening their cards to ask for money from job seekers.

                                Shine.com you are just taking advantage of job seekers who really need a job in the pandemic by looting their money.

                                I am attaching all the payment-related evidence & call recordings for your reference.

                                  I paid for premium service. Later I received a call from one of your agent and he said that for better opportunity they want to verify my profile, education certificates, job profile and for career assessment, which are premium service so I paid the amount later he again asked me to move my profile for getting more job opportunities he said it as premium service and then he said if I don't proceed further I won't get opportunity, So I fed up of all these payments I want to cancel all my payment and service I am paid and refund my amount. At the time of payment I ask time to think but he made me hurry to pay without time to think.

                                    I have received calls from the below HRs from Shine
                                    The HR name nd nmubers are as below
                                    HR Sakshi[protected]
                                    HR Mayra[protected]
                                    HR Aarav Sharma[protected]
                                    They said I have to pay Rs 45 for a job in bank and told me to log in to site shinenaukri.in
                                    In this site, I updated bank details and now they have deducted 4000 from my account.
                                    I asked them to pay back and they said log in the site and asked me for OTP!!!
                                    Is this how the refund is processed
                                    Please be aware of these 3 HRs as I really doubt if this Shine really is a reliable website.
                                    I have still not received my money. This website is fraud!!!
                                    Do not go for any of these sites or pay them
                                    They all are thirst of money! I have attached proof.
                                    HR Mayra asked me to send the proof of message also to check how much is deducted to refund. But I am sure they wanted to deduct more! I WANT ME MONEY BACK AS ITS EARNED FROM HARD WORK. HOW FAR WILL YOU GUYS GO BY ROBBING MONEY FROM EMPLOYEES BANK ACCOUNT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND YOU GUYS NEED TO BE IN PRISON. I CANT EVEN ATTACH THE FRAUD TRANSACYION SCREEN SHOTS. HOW WELL YOU GUYS HAVE CREATED THIS SITE I wonder!!!
