I am Nitesh I paid a amount 49816 for a shine service as job for itc maratha as commi 3 paid by the registration / telephonic conversation total amount 31200 after than for a GST : 5616 this amount and joining letter 3000 paid, and paid by the itc Maratha manager denie 10000 paid . Please refund my money.

Last aug 2020(during pandemic), they have taken thru their staff Rs 40000 approx ( in instalments on line) promising me a job in Bangalore . After taking the money, for they were silent about the job. They also promised that they will return the money in case i don't get the job
But so far there is no response.

I come form a middle class family, In want money back

2 days before i got a call for their customer care executive and asking for a paid service. But when i said i am not interested his immediate response was " Jha Ghar baito".

As soon as I started submitting job application, I started to recieve calls from shine.

After many calls they persuaded me to pay a registration fees of about 5569/- for which I was promised 3 services for lifetime. After the payment they said that that they will assign a relationship manager who will help me with the process.

The next day a female calls and before any help she pitches in a product again for 7197/- which I paid.

After the payment she again asked to pay for a product for 12034/- which I paid again.

Then again she asked to pay 19k for another product for which I asked her to first get my previous services done.

At this point she got aggressive and started to loudly talk and at the time pitch in the next product saying that without this one the previous ones are of no value.

I was trembling sensing what has been done to me. I immediately denied for any service and asked for my refund as I no longer desire their service for which as they never told me about such huge costs.

They are denying for the refund of my hard earned money and I feel helpless now.
I am trying to get in touch with the same people but at the customer care no body is picking up the calls.
Kindly help me get my money back.

the problem is not yet resolved . But the status of my complaint appears as "Resolved" . I have received some message in Whatsapp that they will send the account no I have to pay RS4660. when i asked why ... They said pay Rs2260 then they will return the money. What are the messages sent by them were not having any clear information and ultimately they need some money RS4460 or Rs 2260. Just she needs that money. thats all

One representatives person Name : Himanshu - call me in afternoon regarding job opportunities. But i m not availed in network area. So your representative again call me in evening. He say me your company quality product and charges. So i m not interested in pay. After 5 minutes Aby other person called me and say me beggar on red light area. & misbehave me. I don't know what a name of person. But mobile number is availed near by me. Contact number : [protected]. Many times call done from my side on this number. After call received my call is disconnect from person side. So i requested you please take serious action on this person.

i have submitted my Resume and in that its clearly written that i m an environmental engineer and i have various skills like python, matlab etc.
Today when i got calls from HR they were suggesting me jobs with job profile as Python developer etc.
I am an "ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER" so definitely i will be applying for those companies which has vacancy for environmental engineer not for anything else. So stop this nonsense and do some serious work.

and secondly there was a call from some HR from Shine.com and he initially gave me all the details about company and later said your telephonic interview will we today when i said i will let you know in 30mins he said no sorry we need answer now and then said we will contact other candidates.
What was that i said i need just 30mins to check my schedule and will inform you but the HR or whatsoever was very irresponsible.
and later on that HR messaged me that your voice was soo cute.

Seriously initially i thought that shine is a good website for those who looking for jobs. But now i know that this website is fake and its for cheaters.

My sister registered in shine.com for job and tried to pay a sum as registration charge and later a staff of shine.com called and asked for a otp and deducted rupees 6000 from her account and when she ask for the repayment of the amount there are not at all bothered of it and saying one more otp will be sent and after you say this otp we will refund the amount.

I got call from [protected] said as from shine this number and ask for job and when I agreed they taken rs 2000 from me and then proceed interview with senior those person offer me good salary and take another 5000 rs which is not refunded until

Today, I had received a call from a person Abhishek saying that he is a representative from Shine. He has briefed about the paid services and sent a link to go through and asking to pay 7900 Rs. The number from which I have received a call is [protected].
Please confirm whether it is a fake or real to proceed further.

On the 25th of February got the call from SHine.com and he asked me you looking for a change because I actually looking for it and I applied outside India as well so he offers me 1 country and said he will activate this service and align one respective person for this method. on the 27th I paid the amount of 3197.

on the 28th of Feb they again call to align one representative for me he will call I asked him to call tomorrow I was busy that day due to my office works. he called me on 1st ask told me this is your profile and I would like to say that this is very good profile and I will get back to you . after some time he called me again and said sir you have to pay the amount of 7197 for Employment verification and don't know another service also attached which I don't even know about it. I think and paid for this as well.

Just after paying this he told me to wait for some time I connect with the respective person and after 1 hour I got the call he said all services will activate in few minutes you just have to pay 11000 more for education verification. I said I will not pay anything and kindly return all my money back i don't need any service till services are not activated. and after that, they didn't pick the call for 2 days and I directly went to their office in Gurgaon sector 30.

thereafter some discussion they replace my service with a course I said ok I also want to learn some technology then I applied for a course.

and it will take more than 10 days to activate that course for me and the respective person whose name is Poornima (from Noida branch ) promise me this, after that whenever I try to call for 10 days she is busy. and I heard sometime she said from other side put his call on hold, no need to answer, give him time .all the type of thing that clearly says that they are Culprits

the day before yesterday I got the course, yesterday I sit to study and this is just a book of not more than 200 pages just only theory and the charging for this 10000 and not a complete information is also available

So i complain against Shine.com about this and I want my money back.

I haven't registered my number on your database or website so why I am getting promotional SMS. Please stop these SMS and remove my number from your database.

Got a call for better help with the recruitment process from one of the member of shine on march 18, 2021. I liked the way she expalined and i subscribed for services on March 18, 2021 by paying 2004/- rs for professional services and been promised that i will get a call from relationship manager tomorrow for the understanding your profile and then SCHEDULING THE INTERVIEWS WITH BIG COMPANIES USING HINDUSTAND TIMES REFERENCE.

So i got the call from a guy named Jatin Rana (Still active on whatsapp) and he started listening to me and asked about the experience n all and then started promising me the big names for lining up the interviews and assisting me all the way to interviews with big references from Hindustan times. As the call goes on he started asking me to get the additional paid services then only he would be able to schedule the interviews and help me out fully so the process goes on and i ended up paying 32090/- in total and stopped when another service for 25k came up.

He said take this n i will help you else i cant.

n there i stopped...

i have dropped mail to Cybercrime UP and Delhi, Sent msgs over linkedin to CEO of shine and HT media.

I even asked the client servicing team to not call me as i am not willing to take up with the services.

I am looking for refund. Please let me know if sth can be done.

From the day i paid the fee i haven't received any information regarding the course. If i try to reach them also i could not.

First they asked for Rs 3150 for registration and profile update . I paid that then in another call they asked me to deposit Rs7000 plus GST to make better profile and interview preparation. I asked many times that is there any other charges then he said tomorrow onwards on charges I asked there is 2 more call pending then he never said for any payment. I repeated many times. I paid Rs7000 plus GST .after payment then he asked for Rs 11000 . Then I angry with him and said that I am no going to deposit that amount and refund my all amount. But Tver reply is that amount is non refundable.

.Guys they are totally fraud.i updated resume for job searching purpose.then I got call from shine exicutive ND they said we will provide job in100% assurance in 5days and they told me your salary was very low we will provide you 40% hike on present salary but you have to pay service charges of 3292rs ND I paid amount that time they didn't said that it's not refundable ND they didn't said that to check terms and conditions.nd they didn't said that again has to pay extra charges like that.

After 1day I again I got call from shine service person ND he said your resume was not up to the mark.nd for high level job we will do registration for resume highlighting & registration again has to pay amount I said this are conditions didn't said yesterday .now they are not responding that's why guys don't pay any amount to this fraudsters.i have voice recording as proff what they said to me aslo now I'm raising complaint on consumer Court.
