I have paid 234 rs for a resume template because they have advertised as I can use that for 14 days at 199rs. But after payment I haven't received anything just a crashed page on the website. And now they are asking to pay 3000 rs to have my template. This is highly unfair and I asked for my money back but they said they have no refund policy.

I am a paid customer of Shine.com I got a call from Shine.com that they have confirmed job and for this they asked amount to pay inr5000/- and on every step they asked for money and I transferred all money total it becomes INR37, 500/
but there was no job and he asked for more money to pay. i denied to pay after that his phone coming switch off continously.

I am asking to shine kindly refund my money back I dont want any job from you.

I gave an exam on manual testing at https://learning.shine.com/ website. The certification was from AMCAT as per their commitment.I paid Rs.236.00/- for that online exam purpose.But its near about one month but they are not providing any certificate and status showing still.My order id is CP316205 which was placed on 24/03/2021.Service provider name which was mentioned at portal is ASPIRING MIND.
The payment invoice of Rs.236/- was in the name of HT Media Limited

I have one call from shine job service, one female said that its only 10 rs.form, i will share you one link, go through this link and ubmit this form you got one reference no.and after that you will go through a payment optn, just write 10 rs.and thereafter you will be deducted only 10 rs., but thats not happen with me, my account is dedibet with 5000 rs and there after i called him again that my bank account is deducted with 5k rs.she says dont worry mam there is refund optn also, again go through this link and fill amt that is debited from your bank, i fill 5k and again it will deducted my bank with 3210 rs., the id was www.shinejobservice.com

Yesterday I made a profile in shine.com and today I got from [protected] saying they are calling from shine.com and they are providing assurance of job within a week if I pay 3599 to them.

I got a cal from shine executive he said that from shine they will give 2 interview in a day. So i have paid 3500. After paying the customers relationship manager saying different one. They saying one ur application will highlight to 2 recruiter in a day. They are not ready to hear our voice. They not speaking like a professional. Waste of time and loss of money😔😔

I already complaint about shine still didn't received any answer from company. how statics are showing it is a good company they are looting our hard earned money.

Hi, I have opted for shine service for career job opportunity and resume service along with one another total amount 120924.97 INR, Have used the service, but it was costly and mostly not beneficial.

So requesting for refund of the same.

I am shine job seeker bhagyashri bhavsar and had purchased application booster package on 10th April as per discussion with Twinkle mam from Gurgoan location office. She told that they will assign relationship manager and assist in job finding but no information was shared regarding money payment.

Today Jatin Rana called me and told he is relationship manager will guide in job finding. But he didnt explained that all services are chargeable in advance.(you can track call recorder about that). Then he mailed performa invoices 1, then 2, then 3 and then 4 but we paid it being thought as a process but later invoice 5 was also received. Everytime he mentioned it is final and last payment and i fell trap. For invoice 5 i and my husband told no for doing payment but he still forced us and called again and again for doing payment so this is harssassing. As even we were not interested and had no money to pay he forced us to do EMI also on credit card. You can verify all call recording during that time.

Request for your kind intervention and request to grant me refund on all service payment done today -12th April as these amount were not informed earlier. You can cross verify the details.

I was received a call from [protected](I guess Naukrifine company employee) telling me that my resume which I had uploaded on shine.com has been shortlisted for a job at IBM. So, I told him that I am interested for the internship and not the job and then he told me that for the further process you need to fill your information at NaukriFine.com and then pay registration fees of Rs 20. So, the moment I paid Rs 20, I received a message that...

I received a CALL ON 8th April stating job guaranteed with payment of Rs1850 for 1st round. When I did the payment with some Neha giving false commitment that the payment will be refunded back to me once 2and round is completed. I received a confirmation that m selected for 1st round and later some Ria says for 2nd round hav to pay 8500 for document verification. What rubbish is these people talking. When I got to know this is fraud Neha who gave commitments claiming to b HR of shine says we wont refund the amount. Such ### have u people hired. Shining their account with innocent people's money.

It's a shame why is the people's details share? To pull money out of their accounts??

All these people should be traced and put behind bars for making chutiyas to innocent people who are in need of jobs.

Where will these people go in life.
Even God wont spare them.

I am Dadasaheb N. Kashid i have registration in shine .com in 2017 with the payment given near about Rs. 4000/- after that he demanding resume update, direct interview call and some more facilities with different different amount. so i have not interesting that time because of not clarity of this process one time. if one payment done after that next employee demanding fees for resume updatation, experts summery etc.
After that current year in month of Feb, 21 they approach to me from Mr. Niranjan they have told me you are already registered only pay Rs. 5000/- for executive resume writing that time i have pay, after that executive allotment Mr. Jatin, they have demanding Rs.9000/- for excerpts create professional summery. All money paid as per instruction but they have demanding more amount for resume recommendation in good organization but i have not agree i have told to Mr. Jatin how many payment done to all process one time for clarity if process done or not but he not agreed, he is not co operative, his language very rash & he own understood i am executive, in hard language debut with us.
After that regular contact to me from Shine through phone or mails but i have not interest seen because i wasn't trust on this organization due to past experience. After 15th March, 21 call from received to me shine your payments refund because you have not getting our service but i have neglect 2-3 times but regular fallow up with me.
On 1st April they call me Mr. Rahul through mob no. [protected] they have told me you have pay Rs. 16000/- to our company but you have not used ours services then refund this amount, so one complaint form fill up & pay Rs.10 rupees for account details for amount refund. As per his process visit www.shinecomplain.org & complete it process but at the time of payment process they have told me 2-3 times those put card details at the time used payment done then me understanding some thing wrong & i have not share OTP because of amount mismatch.

My question is if this fraud but how this transition details received it. all this told me calling from Shine, if his mob no DP shine logo, how its possible...
After that i have putt legal case against this with incidence in Bharati Vidyapeeth Police station, Pune as well as consumer court.

So reply me how is it possible...its fraud, cheater & not complete process discuss one time...its money collecting company step by step...its horrible..

Got call from shine for premium services on the name of hindustan times so I took the package of 3000. but after 15 days of registration I still not received any calls any job anything else. and when I called they started to ask more money(4500 rs) on the name of verification. and said without verification we wont give you job and money is not refundable. they are looting people on the name of HT media. just do not pay any money to shine. ever.

I updated my profile in shine.com, I received a call, they said they are calling from Tata motors, to give a telephonic interview, after that they told you are selected and you have to pay 1650 rs in exchange o[censored]niform and shoes, I paid that amount and after they were asking for 4500 more for opening salary Account. I didn't pay it, but a huge scam is going on to unemployed youth in exchange of jobs.

they are a very big frauder, they ask me please pay 3587 amount so i can provide you job so i can pay, when i pay same amount they said please pay more 5895 i am again pay same amount but they again said 9800 more amount again i am paying, and again they said pay 15970 but this time i denied after that they can not pick my phone even cant provide any services, i suggest you guys don, t pay anything to shine.com they are cheated with people.

Shine.com approached me for a paid service for job. I was asked to deposit around Rs. 4305 for lifetime memebership. They told me we will appoint a dedicated team for your guidance from interview to selection who will take care of everything. Next day i was told that i have to get an international resume service plus job & certification verification service which will be done by an american company so i have to additionally pay 9105 rupees. When i declined they forced me for the same by saying it is a small amount for making your future secure bla bla. Soon after i paid the amount, then they came with a new story. Now they wanted me to pay them 25000 in two parts which i straight forwardly declined. When i asked for refund they said we dont have refund policy. Then one after another i got call from different people saying we are working on your project. No refund was given although my cart shows refund initiated. Now when i call them or send email, there is no response. Now i am quite clear, they are absolute
ly fake, their promises & services are fake & fabricated. They have looted me of my money when i needed it most.

Office add. Office no. 229, 2nd floor, near Aggarwal Dharamsala, aapka bazar, Gurgaon (122001. +[protected],[protected],[protected]. This is details money laundering. 3000 were asked for giving jobs to get jobs but if you bid to give money, then who said that then you started abusing.

I was looking for jobs online. Someone from shine.com called me and asked me to submit a registration amount for which I the process would go further and I will have an telephonic interview. A call came from ICICI Bank HR and as it went well I got a mail that I got the job. Then as the process started, I got a call from Shine that now I have to pay an amount for NOC and BOND LETTER and SECURITY DEPOSIT and ACCOUNT OPENING, which was promised to me that it will be refunded to me on the joining date. It's been more than two weeks, I haven't been given any refund or a job. I am not able to contact anyone .
Please help me look into the matter.
I have call recordings for the matter and mails of the the NOC, BOND LETTERS etc.

They told me to offer job but can't provide so I asked her to refund now the team is not responding
