Getting calls and mails form stating that they were calling from sine accounts department and we are ready to initiate the payment but for cancellation, our Order and the services there would be some cancellation charges. So once you made the payment we will refund the amount immediately along with existing payments of orders as well.

Dear Sir,

After my complaint, not even a single call from Shine to address my complaint. It shows that you are not interested to compensate or resolve my inquiries. I had paid for 1st order is about booster and CV & Cover Letter draft it is month completed till data not addressed it shows that your professionalism.you know after my complaint I getting calls form persons who all loosed their money in the name of shine.

    Subject- Lets unshine shine.com!

    Part 1

    I will start from the beginning. I got a call from your organisation asking about my account on shine.com and pushing for a paid subscription of Rs3503. The guy pursued me into taking up the paid subscription by promising a lot of things such as a dedicated relationship manager finding jobs on my behalf and what not. He sounded as genuine as one can be. I took the subscription after a lot of follow up by him and I thought that it was the right decision. He told me that now my relationship manager will connect with me who will help me in finding better opportunities. I was happy that my woes will wrap up fast now

    Part 2

    A relationship manager named ROHIT called and after a few vague questions he pitched another product and coerced me to pay another 5728 bucks, telling me that without it he will not be able to help me. Once i paid the amount and thought probably now i will be able to get some benefits, he asked for another payment of 11021 bucks telling me that i have to co-operate else everything done till now will not yield desired results. In between I was told to put a mail also to speed up my services(I am sure to make the client believe that work is going on my profile) I thought may be this is the end hence i paid however to my surprise he sent another proforma invoice of 18349 bucks pressuring me to pay and how it is going to be life changing. At this point in time i was asking repeatedly that i hope this is the last payment to which he responded positively saying that ABSOLUTELY and i made the payment My patience gave up when he again asked for a payment of 25688 bucks which i was told would absolutely be the last payment since i wanted to get over with it. I gave up when i was asked for another payment of Rs.30000.

    I immediately sensed forgery and asked them to reverse but was refused i then called my banker to reverse the transactions but wasn't possible. I was trembling with the disappointment and loss that i suffered due to coercive action of your team member.

    PS- (a)The callers kept changing themselves and on asking i was told 'my voice changed due to removing of mask'- REALLY!- that was the first signal.
    (b) Everytime I was told that this is the last payment, then on asking they were just twisting the words.
    ( c) Even on payment of Rs.65000 was threatened that I wont be benefitted at all since my package was not complete I was asked to pay another 30000 bucks. GOSH!!
    (d) On refusal the staff was rude- as if I am begging for services: 65k were apparently less for them- continually I was pitched rather forced to pay another 30k which I was adamant not to pay.
    ( e) I got another call in the evening selling me another 30K and on refusal I was given discount of 50%- which I refused plainly!
    (f) The relationship manager- Jitender this time called me again in the morning offering another discount and asking me to pay 4800(imagine in less than 24 hours 30k services were offered at 4800)… how lucky I was to get this discount!
    (g) The system must be transparent- clients shall be informed about the costing at the day one only- while taking the basic membership only- the strategy was A, B, C, D, E- all upwards. It’s a trap!! Nobody does it!! I have had a paid membership of IIMjobs, Naukri, LinkedIn. Rather these people have transparent refund policies also. Such strategies cannot be successful in the long run.
    (h) On complaint the staff tells me ‘’khana order karne ke baad aap khao ya feko- humari taraf se’’- very rude staff.

    Part 3

    Since your team member did everything with the speed of blitzkrieg, your callers are super trained to fool people i could not notice the kind of dog-[censored] subscription services he has charged me for and i was utterly disappointed after seeing what i have fallen into. All in all Rs.64200 bucks for resume writing and profile highlighting plus some stupid verification and watsapp notification which are of no use to me.

    Part 4

    Good thing is that i record every call that comes to me and it will be catastrophic for your brand if i put them on social media. I am of the notion that many times the leadership is unknown of the tactics ground teams play hence i write to you in good faith hoping that you will help me out here with the refunds as i no more have confidence on shine.com and probably will do better of my own in job search. I have not availed a single paid service hence it should not be difficult.
    There is a difference between legitimate sales and traps!! Expect more from HT Group, specially in today’s difficult times.

        I had taken the membership of Shine.com, within one day I got a call from the caller and he tricked me to pay more than Rs.64000 on false promises. I instantly argued and asked for a refund but was refused(i have all the evidence- it was a recorded line). I demand a full refund as I do not want to avail any services from such FRAUDS! Also, I intend to put PIL against them- so that they will not have any more innocent preys. I will also be displaying the same on social media. TOTAL FRAUDS!! NOT be letting them go!! In such difficult times they are fooling people! Crooks! Other websites offer money refund even on dissatisfaction!! do not fall for their traps.. internet is filled with their complaints.

          I was asked to deposit an amount of rs.3292 in the first instance then repeatedly one after another amount were informed to me and every time it was informed that if i don't deposit the amount than the services could not be started, it went on for 4 times again the fifth time it was informed to me to deposit rs. 27700, then strongly i denied to deposit the amount. There were several calls from one mr. Suraj and i have all the call logs with my phone.
          Immediately i sent mail for refund of all the amount deposited. They unilaterally informed that the services like resume upgradation, highlighting my resume, document verification and job assistance service etc. Started.
          This is being done under the banner of htmedia and the money receipts are also from htmedia. Such a reputed media house is involved in fraudulent, cheap and money laundering activities minting money from the innocent jib seekers.
          In the mean time i have informed them not to make any correspondences to me still there are number of calls and emails received fro shine.com shine learning aspiration etc. Which i feel as bogus untrustworthy.

          There are numerous persons who are badly affected by htmedia and shine.com and this should be brought to the notice of the government that htmedia is involved in gulping money.

          Repeatedly they are telling that the money Rs.40000 approx deposited with them is nonrefundable as per their company policy, where as no terms and conditions or refund policy was informed to me through their invoices or email prior to my complaint.
          Everyday they are informing that the services are initiated, which i have categorically informed them if they do so it will be at their risk and cost and I don't need any services which are totally fake and the company including the HTMEDIA itself is a fraudulent and cheating one .

            I am another victim of their fraud and want the refund too. They have been calling me for swapping the services for sth better but i am looking for refund. They will not do it unless we take them to social media and involve directly to higher management (that's what lead to the swapping option on the first place).

              Other job portals like iimjobs offer full refund even on client dissatisfaction within 14 to 21 days. Dissatisfaction is secondary I do not wish to avail any of your services. I had paid the services on 21/04/21

              They will not refund unless we are making an impact on social media with a strategy. I was lead to a fraud too for 32k and asking for the refund. I went on a social media (twitter and Linkedin) tagging CEO's of shine and HT, it made and impact that lead me to receiving a consumer service call directly from HT. What they were offering was swapping of the services with other packages and this way they will make it a legit sale (which was not).

              I'll ask you to take this to another level and speak about it on social media as i did.

                  I have paid ₹1750 for attending a telephonic interview and after paying they again ask for ₹4000, so I decided not to go further. They have assured to refund my amount, but they are not responding to my call and keep their phone switched off.. I have the complete recordings of their phone call and Bank transactions.. If I didn't get my refund I will definitely move legally

                    I have paid 234 rs for a resume template because they have advertised as I can use that for 14 days at 199rs. But after payment I haven't received anything just a crashed page on the website. And now they are asking to pay 3000 rs to have my template. This is highly unfair and I asked for my money back but they said they have no refund policy.

                      I am a paid customer of Shine.com I got a call from Shine.com that they have confirmed job and for this they asked amount to pay inr5000/- and on every step they asked for money and I transferred all money total it becomes INR37, 500/
                      but there was no job and he asked for more money to pay. i denied to pay after that his phone coming switch off continously.

                      I am asking to shine kindly refund my money back I dont want any job from you.

                      As you can see their are lots of fraud on behalf of your company and innocent people are indulging in them due to loss of their jobs in this pandemic. I lost my hard-earned money and loss my job. I paid for your services and caught in this trap otherwise in a day I got many of the fraud calls we never entertain those calls.

                      Now you advise what should I do because of this pandemic I can't do FIR against the fraudster beacause of this pandemic and online their website is not working no response from their side.

                      And you will advise that you are a platform for job seekers and companies. Kindly don't advise like this we also know that you are helping for getting jobs but ask your company to work on this also.

                        I gave an exam on manual testing at https://learning.shine.com/ website. The certification was from AMCAT as per their commitment.I paid Rs.236.00/- for that online exam purpose.But its near about one month but they are not providing any certificate and status showing still.My order id is CP316205 which was placed on 24/03/2021.Service provider name which was mentioned at portal is ASPIRING MIND.

                          I have one call from shine job service, one female said that its only 10 rs.form, i will share you one link, go through this link and ubmit this form you got one reference no.and after that you will go through a payment optn, just write 10 rs.and thereafter you will be deducted only 10 rs., but thats not happen with me, my account is dedibet with 5000 rs and there after i called him again that my bank account is deducted with 5k rs.she says dont worry mam there is refund optn also, again go through this link and fill amt that is debited from your bank, i fill 5k and again it will deducted my bank with 3210 rs., the id was www.shinejobservice.com

                            Yesterday I made a profile in shine.com and today I got from [protected] saying they are calling from shine.com and they are providing assurance of job within a week if I pay 3599 to them.

                              I got a cal from shine executive he said that from shine they will give 2 interview in a day. So i have paid 3500. After paying the customers relationship manager saying different one. They saying one ur application will highlight to 2 recruiter in a day. They are not ready to hear our voice. They not speaking like a professional. Waste of time and loss of money😔😔

                                    I am shine job seeker bhagyashri bhavsar and had purchased application booster package on 10th April as per discussion with Twinkle mam from Gurgoan location office. She told that they will assign relationship manager and assist in job finding but no information was shared regarding money payment.

                                    Today Jatin Rana called me and told he is relationship manager will guide in job finding. But he didnt explained that all services are chargeable in advance.(you can track call recorder about that). Then he mailed performa invoices 1, then 2, then 3 and then 4 but we paid it being thought as a process but later invoice 5 was also received. Everytime he mentioned it is final and last payment and i fell trap. For invoice 5 i and my husband told no for doing payment but he still forced us and called again and again for doing payment so this is harssassing. As even we were not interested and had no money to pay he forced us to do EMI also on credit card. You can verify all call recording during that time.

                                    Request for your kind intervention and request to grant me refund on all service payment done today -12th April as these amount were not informed earlier. You can cross verify the details.

                                    This is to update that complaint is resolved but no refund of money granted as no refund policy as per shine.com.

                                    But Shivam Aggarwal accepted that their collogue Jatin Rana had forced us to buy services without giving clear information at first instance and we ended by paying amount.
                                    Same things are happened with me. They are just trapping money by the name of job assistant.

                                      I received a CALL ON 8th April stating job guaranteed with payment of Rs1850 for 1st round. When I did the payment with some Neha giving false commitment that the payment will be refunded back to me once 2and round is completed. I received a confirmation that m selected for 1st round and later some Ria says for 2nd round hav to pay 8500 for document verification. What rubbish is these people talking. When I got to know this is fraud Neha who gave commitments claiming to b HR of shine says we wont refund the amount. Such ### have u people hired. Shining their account with innocent people's money.

                                      It's a shame why is the people's details share? To pull money out of their accounts??

                                      I received email from [protected]@gmail.com and their numbers are Rhea- [protected]
                                      Nehas Personal number as she claims-[protected]
                                      And some employee- [protected]

                                      All these people should be traced and put behind bars for making chutiyas to innocent people who are in need of jobs.

                                      Where will these people go in life.
                                      Even God wont spare them.
