My sister registered in shine.com for job and tried to pay a sum as registration charge and later a staff of shine.com called and asked for a otp and deducted rupees 6000 from her account and when she ask for the repayment of the amount there are not at all bothered of it and saying one more otp will be sent and after you say this otp we will refund the amount.

      Today, I had received a call from a person Abhishek saying that he is a representative from Shine. He has briefed about the paid services and sent a link to go through and asking to pay 7900 Rs. The number from which I have received a call is [protected].
      Please confirm whether it is a fake or real to proceed further.

        Hello Team,

        On the 25th of February got the call from SHine.com and he asked me you looking for a change because I actually looking for it and I applied outside India as well so he offers me 1 country and said he will activate this service and align one respective person for this method. on the 27th I paid the amount of 3197.

        on the 28th of Feb they again call to align one representative for me he will call I asked him to call tomorrow I was busy that day due to my office works. he called me on 1st ask told me this is your profile and I would like to say that this is very good profile and I will get back to you . after some time he called me again and said sir you have to pay the amount of 7197 for Employment verification and don't know another service also attached which I don't even know about it. I think and paid for this as well.

        Just after paying this he told me to wait for some time I connect with the respective person and after 1 hour I got the call he said all services will activate in few minutes you just have to pay 11000 more for education verification. I said I will not pay anything and kindly return all my money back i don't need any service till services are not activated. and after that, they didn't pick the call for 2 days and I directly went to their office in Gurgaon sector 30.

        thereafter some discussion they replace my service with a course I said ok I also want to learn some technology then I applied for a course.

        and it will take more than 10 days to activate that course for me and the respective person whose name is Poornima (from Noida branch ) promise me this, after that whenever I try to call for 10 days she is busy. and I heard sometime she said from other side put his call on hold, no need to answer, give him time .all the type of thing that clearly says that they are Culprits

        the day before yesterday I got the course, yesterday I sit to study and this is just a book of not more than 200 pages just only theory and the charging for this 10000 and not a complete information is also available

        So i complain against Shine.com about this and I want my money back.

            Contact details of the person - Jatin Rana ([protected]) shine's relationship Manager.
            Got a call for better help with the recruitment process from one of the member of shine on march 18, 2021. I liked the way she expalined and i subscribed for services on March 18, 2021 by paying 2004/- rs for professional services and been promised that i will get a call from relationship manager tomorrow for the understanding your profile and then SCHEDULING THE INTERVIEWS WITH BIG COMPANIES USING HINDUSTAND TIMES REFERENCE.

            So i got the call from a guy named Jatin Rana (Still active on whatsapp) and he started listening to me and asked about the experience n all and then started promising me the big names for lining up the interviews and assisting me all the way to interviews with big references from Hindustan times. As the call goes on he started asking me to get the additional paid services then only he would be able to schedule the interviews and help me out fully so the process goes on and i ended up paying 32090/- in total and stopped when another service for 25k came up.

            He said take this n i will help you else i cant.

            n there i stopped...

            i have dropped mail to Cybercrime UP and Delhi, Sent msgs over linkedin to CEO of shine and HT media.

            I even asked the client servicing team to not call me as i am not willing to take up with the services.

            I am looking for refund. Please let me know if sth can be done.

            Hi Shine (Fraudsters),

            Thank you for acknowledging it. I've been offered to the swapping of services and this is not the solution for me. What are your intentions on swapping, you wanna make it a legit sale well it was not.

            I'll ask everyone to tag you on your frauds and will even provide them the same strategy for opening up the fraud they have/had been led to.

            Thank you for sharing your experience Kartik! I came across the exact same experience where the manipulated me into paying up for multiple services without actually starting off my application so that I can understand the credibility of their services. There is no transparency, each time they said I won’t have to pay further and then another invoice would come up of a higher amount. They also force you by lying to you that if the additional services aren’t bought they won’t move ahead with the application. When I finally lost my cool and yelled that’s when they backed down and said that they do not have a refund policy and that they will go ahead with the services I purchased because I threatened to take legal action. Mentally harassed me to a point where I couldn’t take it anymore and the call was transferred over multiple times. I spoke to Aman, Jatin, Shivam, and Rohit. Jatin was the worst in terms of his behaviour and treatment. Shine careers should be embarrassed and so should Hindustan times for backing an initiative that loots innocent people and plays on their vulnerabilities to loot and fraudulently earn profits.

                  First they asked for Rs 3150 for registration and profile update . I paid that then in another call they asked me to deposit Rs7000 plus GST to make better profile and interview preparation. I asked many times that is there any other charges then he said tomorrow onwards on charges I asked there is 2 more call pending then he never said for any payment. I repeated many times. I paid Rs7000 plus GST .after payment then he asked for Rs 11000 . Then I angry with him and said that I am no going to deposit that amount and refund my all amount. But Tver reply is that amount is non refundable.

                    .Guys they are totally fraud.i updated resume for job searching purpose.then I got call from shine exicutive ND they said we will provide job in100% assurance in 5days and they told me your salary was very low we will provide you 40% hike on present salary but you have to pay service charges of 3292rs ND I paid amount that time they didn't said that it's not refundable ND they didn't said that to check terms and conditions.nd they didn't said that again has to pay extra charges like that.

                    After 1day I again I got call from shine service person ND he said your resume was not up to the mark.nd for high level job we will do registration for resume highlighting & registration again has to pay amount I said this are conditions didn't said yesterday .now they are not responding that's why guys don't pay any amount to this fraudsters.i have voice recording as proff what they said to me aslo now I'm raising complaint on consumer Court.

                    i wish i would have read it before making the purchase. I paid recently 2k and they said i've subscribed these services for longer period and now i see this is only for 30 days.. and that too no one is even returning calls or responding now. now remainin wtih 28 days.

                          Taken 142309 Rs by telling that they will provide 100% job within 10 days and after paying, they started some nonsense course and all. I refused to take that course on call but he said these are some formalities just does it and you will get the job. I said i am not interested so they stopped responding to my calls and messages, and send me a mail that there is no job guarantee and we have no refund policy. Neither in short they are not ready to pay back nor getting any job for me.

                          Totally Fraud Company, serious action to be taken and provide justice please.

                          I got a call and he said the recruiters showed interest in my profile so kindly register with shine learning and we will get you job within 10 days of time. Like this he told me in first call. Continued that, he told me like it will be a paid service of very small amount to enroll with shine learning for once. He said there are 3 stages to complete the process and send me a bill of INR 5192 on my email to pay.
                          I actually believed that shine is such a good company and i may get a job. And i paid 5192 Rs amount, then my CP number is generated, used id and password is set.

                          Shine person told, now he will forward my profile further, you are now a valued register customer for shine, shine will provide you the best job within 10 days.

                          Soon after that i got a welcome call and informed about my registration. And that person told, he will be my point of contact for further process. His name is SHIVAM ([protected]), and later he told i need to pay a small amount for some background verification, resume writing etc and sent a two links and said there are 3 phases to complete your profile.

                          I told him i can't pay - i can't pay many times as i have no money but they suggested me to use my credit card and use EMI option to make payment and it’s a matter of 10 days only, you will be shorted out in MNC company within in 10 days, And get handsome package of 15 lacs and more and this is a very small amount compared to that package So i paid INR 9556 to complete the process. He told some reasons like to do all further work; backend team has suggested this to get job soon and all...

                          After 30 min of discussion. He send 2 more emails back to back for furthere payments, I said no again but he said ignore the details and just pay for the time being, so i paid INR 14158 also. Then he told it will be the final payment, now your dashboard is ready with shine learning with all the details, and withing 10 days our team will process your profile and gets you a job.

                          After that Shivam transfer the call to Mohammad for further details again Mohammad said you have paid so much now but the process will be completed after one final and last payment you have to do.
                          I told i can't pay anymore but he said don't back out at this time because everything is done accept one more payment and started telling that everything is good, your profile is on its way, there is a small issue on managing career, so you need to get an official certificate for that and it I’ll help you to get select soon and all... he also said in this pandemic of COVID 19 the selection process of Companies has changed and JOB in good MNC is difficult. You have to spend money to get a good JOB.

                          I strictly disagreed that and told i can't pay again and again money..
                          Like this he argument continued for almost 1 hour. Later he promised me that he will give a written mail if I need, by saying, this was the last. Payment you need make to complete your profile...
                          I got frustrated and I paid the email invoices. They started sending emails to pay one by one simultaneous, At every stage they forcefully told me to ignore the details and just pay it is just a formality.

                          In entire call he told again for the final payment and I have been cheated with the below mentioned payments -

                          What the hell it is... Is shine is like this??? Simply taking money???
                          Is shine is also one of the fraud company???

                          Already i have paid 142309, and after 3 days I again got a call from a lady from Shine to buy few more other courses and certification .

                          Now again they are asking money for some unnecessary things.
                          I'm a B.Tech (CSE) degree holder with 10 years of experience.

                          2nd person: Mohammad Taiyab mohammad.[protected]@shine.com

                          I'm reporting the same complaint with all call recordings, transaction details and fake fraud mails to high court with a criminal case. I hope Indian consumer complaint will help me to get my money back completely.

                            I got a call from Rakesh Shukla from shine.com
                            First I got a call from a number from Bihar with a number [protected] and she asked me for a registration amount of 2500 then a I got a call from a big company (fake) and they had a telephonic interview with me.
                            This time the guy that conversed with me was Rakesh shukla ([protected]) and asked me that you are selected and for the form u have to pay me 6520 rupees
                            Both the amounts will be refunded he said .

                            Then after I filled the form he asked me to pay him 42500 rupees so that I can receive an offer letter only at ONE TIME PAYMENT because I sent it in 2 installments
                            Then they insisted me to pay at one time
                            Then I did that too

                            Then they asked me to pay another 32500 and that's when I made it out that it's a fraud.
                            I tried calling the FLOOR MANAGER at Bangalore office Mr. Raj Shekhawat and he still asked me more money.

I was searching for a job change and Shine people started contacting me stating I have to pay 4130 RS and I will get assistance with Job. They also told that relationship manager will be assigned to me who would guide me in the process.

                                Today in the verification call I am asked again to pay 8k plus for the service. I have requested for refund. I am speaking with the person named Anurag, who claims himself to be from HR department. Its very foolish of me to get trapped in this scam.

                                I just need my money back.

                                  I got a call from shine.com and initially they gave me the clear details about the job description which they are goin to offer. After they asked to pay the amount of 1500 as securty charges which will be refundable and they transferred my call to their accountant and she asked me to pay 4800 for activating my resume to the respective company..after that they asked me to pay 24, 900 for getting the offer letter and attending the online exam and it will be refunded as soon as till 2 pm and hence I paid total of 31, 200 and screen shorts were sent to their personal emial id and next they wanted me to pay 20, 400 but I didn't..I asked the lady to refund my amount and it was nearly 3 pm ..but she asked me that their system is not accepting the money so I need to pay again 8, 800 so that I get refund of total 40000 ..they manipulated me as I was very much tensed of refunding amount and again they asked me to pay 11, 200..and my bank details were sent.to them by me..but now I didnt get any refund amount yet...again they are to pay the amount of 10000 for they edification and then after only all they 61, 200 will be refunded...
                                  I kindly request the shine.com to pls consider my complaint as I have paid a total money of 51, 200 ...and it also matter of belief of people on ur website..who are form middle class family and seeking for jobs sincerely...pls take a sincere action and go through my complaint and request u to send me the progress as soon as possible...It's my humble request..I'm very much in need of my money

                                        I had paid a huge amount to shine.com for job search and i have not received any positive actions from their side. I am receiving fake phone calls stating that we are calling from XY consultancy referred from shine.com and conducting a fake interview.
