Dear Shine team,

As per various mail to you last 2-3 month regarding refund my amount which has taken by you for job guarantee from your team member and he assure me that if you have paid this amount (mentioned in attached Invoice) but after taking money no job call I have got neither any better job opportunity and last 2 to 3 month I am asking for refund but still I am not received my paid amount.
And I am not interested for your any benefits I am paid amount for Job and guarantee given by your team as discussed but after taking money no call for further process.

It is requested that please refund my paid amount as attached invoice.

    "Request for a full Refund"...

    I was called up by Kuldip singh on Jan 20th 2021 and started talking about the charge of 4660/- as under "Improved Visibility Package" followed by the below charges. I was on continuous call with the person and there had been repeated mails with Invoices send for payment to be made and in around 2 to 3 hours time, it became nearly around 1.4 lakhs charged starting improvements to the profile and more visibility towards job offerings.

    Please never pick up calls from this fraud group, I have lost all my hard earned money in name of a better placement to give, with an improved CV across Top employers.

    Please let me know how to get back my hard earned money. The Person (Kuldip Singh) called me from number [protected]. This Fraud group needs a better punishment so that they don't continue this further. Cheating anyone's hard earned money would end up doubly as unforgettable pain for this fraud group.

    Kindly help me with full 100% refund of Rs 1, 41, 532/- on this please.

      I had received call from Miss Priyanka Sharma from shine.com (ph no [protected]) on 13/01/2021 as I was at work I couldn't receive that call so I dropped a sms that you can call me later. So today again I received call which I couldn't pick as I was at work, so later when I was free I contacted on that number where this lady told me that she is talking from shine.com and she has job opportunities for me on their portal. For that I need to register on their site for which she provided me with a link Shinework.online to fill a particular form and one time registration amount of Rs 100/- to be paid. As I was desperately searching for job, I proceeded the transaction that failed for 3-4 times, as the amount wasn't deducted I remained carefree about it. But later I received a sms that 4910/- are been deducted from my account, I checked my passbook but didn't found anything just a transaction to a mobikwik with ref number. Later I recieved call from same lady asking for the completion of transaction for which I said no, but in return I face a debit of 4910/- from my account, so for that she said it's ok I'll help you in same you'll get back ur money I'm lodging a complaint and then she provided me with a complaint number, for which she said I'll receive one code "blank entry" which is valid only for 20 seconds. Failing for which my amount won't be refunded. This blank entry thing happened 6 times later and every time it costed me 4910/- instead of getting credited all the time it went from my account. I have all the payment statements from bank for the same. The whole big total of 34, 370/- looted in just an hour. From then I'm receiving similar calls on daily basis. I tried seeking help from help desk of shine.com, but it doesn't look like they are really interested to help. Please help me. I need my money back, I need refund for this loss which is done under name of shine.com. I have a family to support. 😪😪

        I used the services of Shine.com after seeing that it is linked to LinkedIn and is a reputed company of Hindustan times. I am sorry that the way the services are provided are absolutely not transparent.

        I initially paid for the registration an amount of 4714.98 through an executive who never explained the process or any further payment details.

        Later in the day I received a call from Mr. Saksham about the details .
        He explained that I will need to do Verification and Presentation. He shared a link for payment when I queried that I was not counselled about any further payment I was told that the executives were not aware of the same. I repeatedly asked for a day to do a reference check on the quality of services and I was told that it was possible. I made the payment( e mail recievd from [protected]@shine.com) . Then I was told that the payment was for only educational verification and need to make an additional payment of 7209.98 for professional verification else my CV would not be noticed. After some argument on repeated payment requests, he connected me to his senior and his senior again explained me about the payment and told that this was the final amount I would need to pay. I raised concern on the repeated requests of payment and lack of transparency and was told that he would look into it. Since I had made two payments I went ahead with this payment after assurance from the senior ( call received from [protected]). Mean while the phone got disconnected.
        Mr. Saksham had shared his mobile no. [protected] and I called on that no. to inform him that the payment had been done. I was told that his senior would call. I received a call from the senior and he transferred the call to Saksham after confirmation of payment. Again I was asked to make a payment of Rs.13804 for the presentation. And I decided not to avail the presentation services.
        Did n't expect this from Hindustan times group. Seemed like a money fleasing business. Transparency on the whole process would be much appreciated.
        Request you to refund my amount as I am not interested in availing the services and I am not sure if the services would be provided optimally.

          I had started raising concerns from the day 1 of paying the amount as i felt it is not worth 1.4 lakhs of payment made. The immediate next day on Jan 21st i did talk to your representative named Kuldip Singh mentioning about the refund, further again there had been 5 to 10 mails atleast been shared with Munsh who is so called the Relationship manager at different dates mentioning the ask for refund but it has not happened. Attaching the snapshot of refund policy mentioned in shine.com website itself and dont know how can you mention that refund is not possible that too such a huge amount of money, while i have taken none of your services further.

          This has to be taken up Legally and i need my money back.

          This has caused me a lot of depression of losing such a huge money into this scam. You would need to answer me for all of this.

          See the attachment (first point) with the refund policy. Don't blindly end up cheating a Citizen like this.

          I am yet to get back any refund. I have raised a legal notice against them through my lawyer. They are yet to respond back.

          We need to collectively raise a case against this fraudulent group and sue them in court.

              i am suresh thakur from lucknow, i like to take your attention regarding the fraud happend with me on yesterday concern to your job portal. the incident is like this,
              yesterday i login from my id to your job portal and updated my cv. after 10-15 minute i got a call indicating calling from shine.com, on opposite site there was a lady and asking me to go for one of the offer for Rs 10, that will help me for my future job call. i thought that it is only for 10 Rs so no problem to pay.i said yes i like to go for that than she said to login following job portal www.referenceidshine.in, i login and process for the payment of Rs 10 but when i made payment, my account was debited by Rs 10000/-.
              here i like to take your attention that this all racat of fraud is being operated internally from your job portal, if i am login in your job portal than how the outsider know that i am searching for the job. how they knows my details it means someone or your portal is oprating this fraud.

              in this regards i want my money back or going to complain about your job portal . please pay my money back.

                  I would like to bring to your kind notice that I got a message stating the job in Indigo Airlines ground staff. So I thought of speaking to the person whose number was displaying in the message. She is Deepthi, she asked me to pay 1500 for recruitment in Indigo Airlines ground staff. I asked her if this reliable or not, then she said if I don't get placed or what my refund it will be refunded with out any problem. So I paid the amount of Rs. 1500. After two days I took the aptitude test and that Deepthi ma'am said that I am eligible for the next round. Later after the telephonic interview they asked me again to pay Rs. 7500, after paying that only they will release my Joining letter.

                  I adjusted the amount and first paid Rs. 4000 and the next day Rs. 3500 after that I got the joining letter in which it was mentioned salary will be Rs. 30, 000 and joining date was 25th Feb 2021. After all this last week again I got a call from HR Meher asking to pay sum of Rs. 15500, so that they can send my file further n to create LIC on my name, even she said that rs. 15500 will be credited in my bank account. I was not willing to pay, so asked for refund. HR. Meher said refund will be only after 45days. It was fine to me n I was waiting. But yesterday I a call from HR Meher from Indigo Airlines and she asked me to pay 1620 as Gst after that only I will get my Rs. 9000 or else not.
                  I made some adjustments and again paid Rs. 1620 and she said I will get my refund back within 15/30 mins.
                  But till now no response from there side.
                  Since morning I'm calling that HR Meher but she is not receiving my call and that Deepthi mam is also not replying to my messages.
                  Hope you will consider this and refund my full money back which is sum of Rs. 10620.
                  These ladies are ruining the names of Indigo Airlines and Shine.com.
                  The name and number of that fraudsters are: Deepthi[protected]

                  And I spoke to one more lady yesterday she was from Refundable Department of Indigo Airlines itsims.

                  I'm herewith attaching all the whatsapp chats with the number of her on the top.

                      And asking to join premium service, but it was not informed me that all the services have different charges.

                      I am at the moment jobless and can't continue with such high amount services.

                      I have not taken any services as of now and want to cancel my services. First payment was made around 3.12PM today

                      I am not in the situation to pay these amount. I have not paid for resume writing and professional services which is approx 17k, hence I think I will not get best services and do not want to continue for such services.

                      If the sales executive provides me details in advance for such services then I should have reject for the services initially. Half payment half services will not have good relations between shine and me.

                      I want to cancel my request and I do not want to take the services. As of now I have not taken any services this is just a first day.

                          I have been contacted by SHINE.COM regarding the professional summary for overseas job opportunities and asked to pay 3047 rs I paid but they asked for pay 8397 rs for educational and experience verification I paid without any service from them.After that they called me to pay another 18878rs for pshycoanalytic study to enhance my profile without which they couldn't process any previous services as well I resisted but they convinced me saying its last payment and it's very small amount for overseas job. I paid from small amount left in my account but things got worst after that they still asked me to pay 37898 rs for some baseless services without which they will not process any services at all.I said about showing me requirement of that certificate they denied and also tell will not avail any services paid till then.I asked about providing services I paid till now or refund they denied shamelessly.
                          I request to look at the matter and asked to refund the all money as well take necessary actions against SHINE.COM.

                            Shine.com a job portal in the disguise of providing jobs has extorted money from me by allegedly coercing me to subscribe for their services initially for the amount of 5307.88, 9769.26 and 17621.69 for availing education check, employment check and resume writing service which the manager said would be the last, again they sent me another invoice for amount of 24779. This is blatant extortion and exploitation of innocent and hard working citizens. I'm utterly disappointed and disillusioned in the manner these agencies operate in the name of providing jobs and coercing people.

                              I was connected by Shine team, few days ago & informed that I need to pay Rs. 3027, for special services to attract better job opportunity, which I paid, the concerned executive told her name as Anshu Jha. then yesterday I received a from an executive from shine & he introduced himself as Jatin my relationship manager. We started conversation & during our conversation he told me that I need verify 1-2 process to start getting services for which I said ok. He initiated a payment link of Rs 5192 & told this payment is required for education verification for him to start. Then after this payment he sent one more payment link & told this is the last payment I need to do, if I want a good job opportunity. It was Rs. 9556, I was reluctant to pay but he said this last payment required for Employment verification. After making these two payments he again sent a payment link & told me to pay Rs 16000 approx more & said that if I won't pay this amount, he won't be able to provide me full services & only half services will be provided. Then his manager named Vivek started discussion with me & pushed me to pay that amount too, but because of network issue I couldn't pay this amount, meanwhile I heard from the background that he was telling his team members to send other links of payment after this payment. Then I doubted his intentions, and felt that I have been cheated by shine team in the name of offering better job services. I told him that I can't pay anything more, then he threatened me to close my profile, which he did & I lost Rs. 18, 000 to shine team, which is cheating candidates & spoiling market image of company.
                              Your team did it intentionally by informing me the total cost of package & even they took Rs 18, 000/- & didn't bother to return my money when I said no to their services.

                              Since shine team cheated my by not telling me everything in beginning & then closed my profile when I didn't pay more money, I want my money back.
                              I want a resolution for the same.
                              I expect a better solution for me. For supporting documents I'm adding screen shot of all the mail I received from your team.

She asked about the regiatration fees ₹1200 and again after some days she again asked about the documents pocedure payment like ₹3500 and again after some days she called and again asked about the couriering procedure like ₹9500 .then needed for packing the things like dress and all she again asked ₹14500 so totally I had been cheated from them like approximately ₹30000. It was my scholarship amount really i am from middle class family so this is a heavy amount for me so i am begging you to help me as soon as possible i have their bank account number and ifsc code also and screenshot of every invoice so please help me to get my money back

You can go and check there google review, so please go and register FIR against them. It will help you. Or 2nd option do there social media publicity. Only this way they will stop this nonsense and you will get your money back.

                                        A girl called me this morning (06/01/2021, ph. number: [protected]) regarding job. I was talking in decent manner and when I said that I will let her confirm regarding the job by tomorrow, she abused and hung up.

                                        Is this the behavior to talk to your client? She mentally harassed me. And I want you to ask her to call me and apologize to me. And disbarred such candidates who doesn't know how to talk.

                                        If your company is targeting any specific number of clients to pay for their job that's good but make sure that your colleagues talk with manners.
