Hi,

I received a call stating that my profile is good and I can avail premium services to get a new job inside or outside the country. Since I have been on the lookout for a new job since many months, I have taken some time to decide whethere I should opt for the service or not, and after discussing with family and friends, I had decided to opt for the services. Inclusing India, Canada, Europe and Singapore, I was asked to make the total payment of ₹8, 203. I have invoice of the payment in my inbox. After the payment, roughly six hours later, I received a call again to pay ₹15, 000 more so that my profile could be updated and published as per international standards before the time limit of 24 hours after making payment for premium membership service. This information was not shared with me and I was not given any hint that I would have to make additional payments after the first payment. I refused to make the payment of ₹15, 000, but I was told that I will have to withstand any loss as they would not be responsible if I do not receive good job opportunities because I did not make the payment sue to which my profile would be published in its incomplete form after 24 hours of the the first payment. I firmly believe that it is highly irregular to demand such payments on unreasonable grounds, this way of functioning is strange, and I demand a complete refund of the amount I have paid (₹8, 203)as I do not wish to avail any of their services anymore and I am highly dissatisfied with the unprofessional conduct and misdemeanour of Shine.

Hi, i want to complain about shine.com which only calls you and ask to make payment for various registration as a part of profile highligting and making your profile better and in the name of getting you more jobs which is a total fraud . I got first call for registration which cost me 3292 inr and then subsequently I got call for making payment for education registration being 5190 which I did. Again I got invoice for approval 9900 which I didn't pay and asked to refund all the amount I paid but the company is not refunding any amount. Even the biggest service finding apps are giving all the features with refund options. I want refund for all the payments I made.

Shine team calling me he telling your CV score very low, you paid 3185/- rupees and registered the shine .com for high lite your resume for company, and after he telling again one charges 7129/-rupees.dont trust any person shine very big scam.

One of your customer care call me today 25th DEC 2020 at 4:43pm regarding information about a job for me then she ask me to confirm my credentials regarding the job, and when she ask me regarding my work experience then i told her that i have already mentioned the dates in my cv as well as in the site, after this point she start talking rudely with me saying "you don't required a job, you are arrogant and bla-bla" then cut the phone immidetly. But i was only asking for the conformation that it is written or not.Her landline number is "[protected]".

First I received a call from shine.com that they will provide me services for finding job and I need to pay 4092.00 for their services. During initial payment they told this is the final payment. Thereafter after 30 minutes I received a call for payment of Rs. 5192 for certification services. This was also paid after getting assurance that this is the final payment. After that immediately they produce a invoice of Rs. 9566.00 for some other services. Then I realised I was duped and immediately stopped payment. Thereafter I received a mail for courses of negotiation skills and education verification course. This is total fraud company and I should be refunded my money.

I met a fraud call from shine.com asking me to pay 25rs for form registration charges and when I made. Msg received from bank the deduction amount 4000 than 2000 continuesly the alerts I am getting my money simultaneously deducted... Plz stop it. Otherwise I have to take an serious action against this site.

I have got msg from this number [protected] for banking process job so I called her Her name is Priya she asked me to register on this link this is the link details that she sent me bit.ly/2IjobB I opened it and fill the details she asked me to pay 50 rupees only so I did it but it debited my 4949 amount after this I called her and complained her about this she asked me to go to that link again and login it and you will get the refund but inspite of refunding they fraudly debited 9949 and again 9949 I lost my 24847 money I cried to her and yell her please please do something I can now only believe you guys i have also saved call record please take action as soon as possible please help me to refund my money it happened today on 22 Dec 2020

I had subscribed to Shine because of their promises of ensuring my CV reaches many top recruiters for senior management positions, and Shine shall bridge the needs between myself and the company. They asked for Rs 4000+. Once I paid, i get the second and third call. The second call is to increase my CV highlight and get it to those vacancies which they claim are not publicly announced. This time they ask for Rs 12-15000. And simultaneously they also ask to upgrade my learning. So another rip off I am sure of another Rs 10-15000. So in the end, it seems like Shine captures candidates data, then market and then loot. I would really like to know how many candidates have been laced by Shine with such stealth approach. My guess is, it's a compete rip off.

They informed me to pay certain amount and then kept asking for more money saying they will arrange interviews

I received a call from [protected] stating that it is from Shine.com.The person asked me to pay Rs.4000 as registration fee against confirmation for a job in Guwahati Assam. I denied to make payment before placement but the call from the same number kept coming to me for 8 times.

After I registered for seeking job in this portal someone call me and usked to opt for premium service in namw of CV and portfolio making assistance and asked for Rs.3292.00 as one time registration charge which I agreed and paid through their payment link sent through mail as per the attached screenshot but then another person called and asked initially for Rs. 5192.00. Though I didn’t agreed at first but after lot of conversation he convinced me to pay the same in name of some verification purpose and told me this is the last payment I need to make for screening and referring my CV to some reputed employees which suits with my profile. But once I paid the amount again throug the received payment link in my mail which is also came from some shine.com portal instantly that person asked me pay another Rs.9556.00 for some further reason. I denied the same as now I got a smell that some organised cheating is going on and this is not the last payment I have to do, they will continue doing the same not only with me but with many others which they are already doing as I read later on in many previews written by many cheated person like me. I don’t want to go ahead with this type of pathetic cheating service and want my hard earned money back. Don’t have any idea how this type of cheating is happening in the name of such a big company as Shine.com as well as in the name of Hindustan Times(in all the payment linked mail HT name is clearly written). Please help me to get my Rs. 8484.00(3292.00+5192.00) back and stop this type of cheating.

Got a call from shine.Com job portal when i was in search of job in my field... And said that we don't charge atall but urs is special outdoor case for abroad so u need to pay our registration fees around 4 k, which i paid again they ask me to pay around 10k for beautification of my c.V. Building, i also paid it.
But again they called and ask me to pay 17k but here i thought they said no charges first and they are asking to pay again and again same day... I googled fraud of shine then i got there that such fraud is really going on i felt that i was so wrong that i blindly trust them and paid 15k around... I was so fool ... I can forget my money but here i thought that not only me but others will also targeted by those fraud shine.Com taking big names that they are there partners or associates with them and they also sound very true and genuine but really u can't even trust them atleast by 0.[protected]%. Please read and pass this message that never go with this site at all... They are very big fraud.

Today I received the cal from some one they told we are calling shine your profile shortlisted for some mnc companies. They asked 100rs charged. I pay with my debit card but they frauders takes 21000rs they will cheat me. They purchased something in through paytm I already file the case in cybercrime her ph number [protected]

It is totally fake n fraud based website. It has cheated me worth rs. 15636 The act talking professionaly .before any payment the don't even tell about fourth payment as after every payment the give reason for another verification payment for job n requirements. I complied in online legal form .i wise i get my money back

Amount is deducted from my account even though not done the transcation

Fraud such a fraud money minded people.they called me just told to pay amount 2200 I paid they told me 101% confirmed job and again got a call from another person pay 5000 rs for document verification. This totally a cheat. I asked for refund those 2 HR people just acted like there is no signal and cut the call. I have recorded the call and I am moving to consumer court for refund amount. I don't like to give even a single star this company don't deserve this. Completely fraud

Dear sir i request to you please take an action against Mr. Prince jaiswal who was the mediator between shine.com and myself.He gave me wrong information and fake premises regarding shine. Com.
I wanna see him punished So he will not give any wrong promises to otherone like me.he did not pikup my call although i called him many times for discussion that what is right or wrong but he didnt reply.how can you hire that type of cheap person who can not understand customer problem only his target is valuable not customer feelings and satisfactions.

Dear sir if you will not take any action against him then i will go to senior level of your company or in public media.he gave fake promises to my father also who is a great lawyer in kanpur court.so please allot a great punishment against him though he can understand the dignity of your company as well customer.
I worked since last 10 years and i am much senior then him still he did this with myself although i asked him about all things but every time he said that shine will arrange interviws and calls and give hike 30 to 40 %.what a cheap guy he is.he gave me a great bluff so you have to take action its my humble request to shine.com.otherwise no one can believe upon your commitments and your company.
