Today i received a call from naukriindiasearch.com and told to fill a form which they sent me via mobile message on my number. They know my mobile number and email id. Which i used in naukri.com they are group of people calling continuously to fill for and may a payment of rs.20, which is refundable as they said, i thought it's genuine and tried to make payment but fortunately payment wasn't done due to insufficient balance which they are trying to fraud which is rs.3333 and rs.888 twice.     Hi, my name is kashyapee balkrishna mokal, staying at mulund - mumbai - 400081, i am be, i had been continuously getting phone calls from shine for jobs. Some ms. Shaba used to call me for it, her cell number is [protected]. I was told i would be getting most suitable job but i need to transfer rs. 2100 at union bank of india, to mr. Akbar khan, account no. [protected], ifsc code - ubin0545023, being shine banner, i trusted her and transferred the amount. Then i started following her up for the job but she started saying deposit 10000 more for document verification and i would get that money back after 45 days if i would not go for that verification,. After 45 days her number is not in service. I have been deceived by shine people. Kindly look into this urgently and help me out in getting my money back otherwise i may file a case against shine in consumer court.

      Today (31st july 2020) i received a call from a person from shine.com and told that first you register to our prime services by paying amount of 2949 rs. I registered and then after one hour again i received a call in which person told that for correcting your profile you deposit another sum of 10, 000 rs. I denied for same. So, i request you return my amount of 2949 rs. As, i know it will make me enter into paying the money again and again. No job description is provided, neither company name but 10k deposit is required. There is no such thing. Refund my money shine.com.

        Hi, i had registered with shine for jobs and i had received two different calls stating that they are from indigo and asked me to pay money for recruitment. I learned that indigo does not ask for money during the recruitment process. I kindly urge you to look into the matter. I regret to inform you that i am disappointed. The date of the incident was on 30/07/2020 from phone number [protected]. The doubtful part was they told me hr of indigo will call me, the next day, hr called from the same number! This incident has cost me 1800 inr. The e-mail id i received the instructions from is [protected]@gmail.com
        This is another red flag as indigo recruiters according to their website have indigo domain and don't use gmail or yahoo.
        According to the person, the location is delhi. The name used were akshay rao and rajiv das.

          Someone named Nitin D'Souza from shine contacted me about job in samsung and made me pay huge amount but now I think it was fraud please help me to get refund
          Shine.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I was conned for 49065 rs please help me to get it back. The one who contacted me was named Ravi Kumar (hr) and Nitin D'Souza ( manager ) of samsung. They told me to pay fees one by one for everything and so total came to 49065 they said it was refundable but I don't know

            After updating my shine profile i have revived a call from shine, they ask for INR 2655 for life time customer service . and after payment I received one more call from RM appointed by Shine, and he ask for payment INR 5192 again after payment asked for 11798 and again after payment I was asked for 15928 and after the payment of the same I was again asked for INR 20305 which I refuse to pay. I paid them 4 times and refuse to pay last payment . this is total Fraud from shine and they are just trapping us and pressurize us to pay, Many people were talked with me in the call meanwhile, I just do not know what to do with the shine.com.

I don't remember the name of lady firstly she was talking very calmly with me explaining benefits of getting register with 10 rupees form then i told her that i am not looking out for job change right now i have just updated profile on shine after hearing that she shouted on my saying ' pahle bolne kya hua tha muh me kuch rakha tha kya' like seriously is this kind of staff you guys hire for sales purpose with low qualification which i can figure out the way she was talking. You can't force someone to get your paid services right even i am also working into sales from past 5 years and basic rules of telephonic sales is you should be polite with customer which your staff is not able to understand so firstly hire better staff for yourself then offer other people jobs.

                Girl named mahi connected for promise of job in hr and ensured for the same. I trusted her and she's so pretender fraud that even my guardian believed her. First she said we just need to pay some basic 150 rs as some charge and then she asked me to send my documents and give a test by the company in which the team will assist. Meanwhile through team viewing she aceesed my details and deducted my account. The bank blocked my account because of this fraudulent act. This is pure theft. I have all recordings and proofs. I know it's our basic fault that we trusted this lady but i'm genuinely looking out for opportunities & she has taken undue advantage of it. Kindly help in this. I could share all the chats and recordings as proof.

                  First they asked me if i am interested for paid service jobs and pay 2500 that would be refundable if i didn't get selected for the interview and refund of 2000 incase i clear the selection round.
                  Later after the selection, they asked me for another amount of * stating that would be a security deposit too..
                  This is scandalous because none mentioned it in the first place that later i will have to pay more amount and they are not refunding my 2000 back rather asking me for 15000

They said they were hiring for indigo airlines as ground staff and cabin crew. They asked me to pay registration fee of 2000rs and it is refundable in case I don't select in 3 rounds of interview. 1st is aptitude test, 2nd is telephonic interview, last is face to face interview at kempegowda airport Bangalore. I have attended 1st round that is aptitude test link via email. That is test is indiabix.com test series which can be reattempted n number of times. I got doubt there. I asked them to refund my money back. They said they'll refund my money if I send 390rs service charge. I paid that money also. After all they didn't refund.

                      Dear team,

                      This is to inform you that, i have received a call from executive (Somya singh - [protected]) on 14/07/2020, she promoted about the job assurance at tata motors for post of assistant manager in mumbai.
                      Later on she told me to contact my manager mr. Anil kumar ([protected]) who was appointed for manager. (I was happy, she told to proceed for the premium so that your profile will be highlighted, clearly said the charges will be 1250/-. I accepted for that and made the payment on 14/07/2020 after that slowly she started conveying about the connecting me to the dedicated job manager there you will be get more benefits and guidance with highest expectations, she said the importance of education verification and employment verification and said some charges will be there. I thought i already trapped by paying rs.1250/- on 14th july, 2020. Then i accepted and asked them to send the payment link. This time surprisingly the amount was rs.4600/-. I said to her very clearly i don’t have so much amount right now. But still have to make payment of ts.4600/- on 21st july, 2020.
                      Again payment was done on 21st july, 2020. Totally frustrated. Arranged money from another source paid the balance money rs.10, 400/- on 22nd july, 2020 for opening bank account at hdfc bank and asked him to check it. The most irritating part was i got another email with another payment link and the amount was rs.2950/- for refund amount which was paid earlier on 23rd july, 2020.

                      Finally, its time to give up and not to be ready for any further surprises. I asked for a complete refund and decided not to proceed with any more transactions, but the reply was there is no refund policy with shine.

                      The total money i paid.
                      Rs.1250 + 4600 + 10400 + 2950 + 3000 = 22, 200/-

                      And another guy from the accounts department ([protected]) called and he is asking to deposit rs.3000/- which is 28% gst of the total bill amount.

                      Called for the call center and asked for a full refund, they said i will get a call soon. I waited for a full refund.

                      Finally, they accepted for a refund with the conditions. But again with another surprise. This time they are holding 28% gst of 3000/-

                      Accepted for that too. Paid them rs.3000/- on 23rd july, 2020 through google pay.

                      I will file tweet a complaint towards holding gst, with this consumer forum complaint link. Let’s get this decided there.

                      Note to the sales team: even beggars have ethics, they will ask for money and take it. If you can sell the product by explaining the total amount upfront. The users will make the decision whether to proceed with the services or not. Rather you will say some professional charges without disclosing the amount. Then surprising them with the repeated payment links will definitely screwup the mindset of the customer.

                      Maybe we will not leave this here, it is time to tweet and publish the cheap tricks of your money trap.

                      I’ve totally lost my day. Shown anger on my kids and family.

                        From shine.com called me to pay them for services and cheated me with near to 1.7 lakhs. Now no one is calling for any feedback or not also providing any services. They told me that if service will not be provided then they will refund my amount but now no response getting from them. They forced me to pay step by step without gave any time to think and didn’t even told before about that charges. First only they told me that only 2600 some thing i have to pay after that with in 2 days some other person called me. Taken amount fraudulently when i asked to stop snd to refund they told me if service will not provided then only we can proceed for refund. Now noone is there to response. Now i want my amount refund but to whom should it be concern.

                        Till now didn’t get any respond. As there so called relationship manager is threatening me that they will not refund my money. In this pandemic situation they are looting jobless people in the hope of jobs.

                          I have applied online for work from home, got a call from mr. Rohit sharma that my resume had got selected. Than he shared a link of your organisation on which i have to fill a form which cost rs. 10. Payment is only posibl through credit card. For that payment i got an otp on my mobile. Aftr filling that otp i got a message that 2, 910 rs has been debited from my bank acvount. When i call him back he said that my money is stuck in their organisation and made a request for getting my money got refunded. For a week he use to say me the same thing. Now he is neither picking up my phn nor he is reverting me for my text messages. I need my money back.

                            My name is sartaj alam. I applied in shine.com for job after 2 days come mail me for your resume selected for l& t interview and one call coming from that number [protected] at 13 july and told me i'm manish sharma from shine.com if you are interested for that job then pay 550 rs and also i pay 550 rs at sbi account hari mohan sharma account number ([protected]) after payment one mail is coming from hr. [protected]@gmail.com for interview timing. Next day after calling interview then call me manish sharma told me you are selected for l&t jon 1st you pay company security 4990rs in same account. That time also pay money in same account. Then send me by mail appointment letter of l&t company. And again call for company bond security 15000 rs also i pay that money in same account. Then one mail got again related to bond letter
                            After doing all things but next day again call and told me you pay software and gadgets security 25000 rs. That amount is large amount that not give any surety and also not mention any procedure for all payment. I'm not satisfied for that payment because manish sharma not give any solid proof. So i want to know shine.com that is right or wrongs. Please help me and advice me. My contact number is [protected].

                              Dear sir/mam

                              I applied an job offer advertised in shine.com and got an mail from shine.com about the recruiter. They mentioned to send resume on mail and whats app. I sent my resume in mail and in their whats app no. They contacted me and told me they are recruiting for air india limited & also asked me to send the all educational certificate and they told me to pay application of rs.1980 and sent an application to fill. I filled and sent to them and very next day they called me taken interview. Next day got an appointment letter and asked to pay security deposit of rs.18500 and also i paid. Now i think they are fraud. Please help me to recover my amount

                                Respected sir, iam anand kumar who have registered long back for job and got looted as iam a hotel management graduate i've registered in shine.com regarding my job but they by giving false hope looted my money in order to provide offer letter and other things. I require that money which i've borrowed from others and paid these culprits or else i will take legal action against them.

                                It is better for shine.com to beg in streets or sell their familiy's women or work in brothels to get money rather than betraying innocent people like me by giving false hope and looting money.

                                  Hello,

                                  We are associating with shine for quite some time and made our payments on time. This time also we have paid a subsequent amount for a 6 month plan but our account was deactivated from your side on 9th april, 2020 (Merely 2 months after activation) without any notice or reason.
                                  We informed you in advance that we will not be able to pay the emi for some time due to sudden lockdown situation because the business was closed.

                                  I don't have to explain you about the prevailing financial condition of the businesses in our country. The entire world is cooperating each other to kick start the economy and support each other. Suspending the ongoing account at this critical time is totally unethical and not accepted.

                                  I would like to request you to respond favorably to my below email, or provide the details of your nodal authorities for further escalation.

                                      I have a similar issue with Shine, if you are comfortable - let us connect on another platform. Since I am planning to share a legal notice to the promoters & management of Shine.com, since I also have to get around 30K refund from Shine.
