The sales person keeps calling you to provide you the services. Says a lot of big stuff and lures you into the payment part (Which never stops, payment so high for such small trivial stuff). They say you can pay this much and we will even include etc etc things for you and play amongst their own selves in the company. At the end, things are delayed. During my discussions with your officer Mr Abhishek Rajawat not even once did he mention about the amount involved and that the services by shine.com through shine learning were not mandatory after the payment was made for verification services of my job and education .I was asked to pay again for resume preparation (₹18119)which I thought would be the last payment however again...

I have a made a payment of rs 40654 in 6 transactions in the month of july, aug, sep, oct 2015 for overseas job services to shine.com. The team from shine just prepared the resume and after which didnot respond properly and no further services provided.. I got a call from shine job. A lady was talking on the phone, she told me you have to make a reference id of shine. There is only a charge of rs 10. I said okay i fill up. Today i received a call from some manoj charturvedi regarding jobs etc and asked me to pay certain amount for registration on the portal and he clearly told me that no further amount need to be deposited. I deposited amount and then i got a call from some mr rana and then from nitin sharma who misled me and one after another sent proforma invoices for 3 different services and everytime he told me that this is last payment this is last payment....

This is to put in your attention that i have been a victim of an online fraud by your website. Yesterday, i received a call at 1:35 pm from shine.com stating that my profile has matched to a vacancy posted by muthoot finance and to forward my profile for further process, i would have to do a registration of rs 10 on the link - www.shinejobswork.com which i did and the page refreshed leaving me without transaction and soon i received a message...

On 19th may someone called me from this number [protected] regarding job from shine.com. Sent me registration link. I completed all sign up formality then he said that pay 10 rupees. When i paid 10 rs using my debit card suddenly deducted 4284 rupees extra. When i called that person he said its system fault and my money will be refunded soon but no proper reply or any willingness shown to refund my money back...

I had registered a complaint against your employees of shine .com in June 2018 for exhorting money by doing fraud in the name of company. Still in so long duration my complaint is not yet solved.
If still it is not solved in a weeks time, I will take this matter to the court.
