Respectd sir

I am p. Loganathan had ordered portable bluetooth speaker and ear headphone on 27april2020 and i had recieved the above item on 11april 2020 but ear headphone was missing in the delivered kit.

Kindly please look into this and take necessary action and i am also requesting you to please inform us the reason for missing of the particular item and approximate date and time on which the above said item may be delivered please.

I was charged a total of 144000 rupees inclusive of gst for set of services.

This includes employment verification, educational verification, various online courses, resume writing services and job search assistance.

All services have not being able to earn me even one job offer or even one interview call.

I demand a refund of 50% amount.

Also so while purchasing of services, the entire amount was not disclosed at once.

Instead after each payment there was another set of payment that was asked.

This is completely unethical.

Please refund 50% of my money.

But unhone meko job k liye boola dps school bhopal mai and sabse pahle toh unne 2000 rs liye mere se for one online exam and after that unhone mere se 7000 rs liye for my document verification and after that dps mai training k liye unhone mere se 5500 rs liye and unhone mere pass fake offer letter send kiya jismai address tak nhi likha hua tha ki mujhy kaha job karne jana hai. Tab mujhy sab samhaj aaya ki mere saath fraud hua hai. Sir but maine unko adhar card, and photo par signature meri marksheet yeah sab details send kari thi.. Unhone mujhy joining letter k liye policies karne ko bhi boola ki policies karoge tabhi dushra letter aaega. Sir please help me mere money return karwa digiye and mere documents ka kahi misuse naa ho sir please help me.

I enrolled for learning. Shine's aws devops certification training when the shine's education counsellor - shahbaz abdullah on may 1st, 2020. While enrolling, i was told about weekend class, which i declined and said i am specifically looking for weekday class, for which shahbaz assured there are weekday classes as well, monday-friday 8:30pm to 11:30pm, which would start from 5th may. After making the payment, i received login links from "edureka" shine's partner for training and saw that it was only for weekends and it starts from 30th may. I reached out to shahbaz again on this, for which i was informed that "edureka" stopped weekday "online" classes due to covid-19! I was asked to access the recorded session instead, if i cant wait till month end and if i cant attend weekend classes. Upon pointing out that the amount paid is for live class and i get recorded classes for much less amount from other vendors (I paid 23k) and i would like to cancel my subscription and need a refund processed. For this, shahbaz started emotion blackmail stating he will lose his job, he is the only bread winner for his family and to adjust. This didnt sound convincing and looks like he was just upselling and trying to meet his "targets". I was curt and ask him to cancel and process my refund, post which no response from him to my email and no response on phone, he has blocked my number looks like. I tried calling shine support, no answer on their number. Someone from shine named sagar reached out to welcome me to shine, i explained my situation, for which i was assured it will be "looked into" and no response after that. This is a pathetic experience. I need my refund!

I requested my account be deleted from the portal way back in 2017 and was confirmed it will be deleted, After which I never received emails ( probably the back end team changed my account status to hibernate)

Recently received email about job updates and I was able to login.

I reached out to them who requested an email be sent along with the reason and the account will be deleted, However the customer care number for Candidates just disconnects itself and their is no one ready to take ownership.

I tried to find the escalation Matrix and no luck.

I'm chitra applied job in shine.com.in the beginning one mam called me and said regarding registration and it cost 2950. I paid it. After that shubam agarawal sir called me and said i have to do verification and employement part and it will cost few amount i agreed and started and my account was empty. It was 67000. He said after this no more charges. And he send mail also. I have audio clip also for this. Today his senior manager called and said for certification. I told sir i have no money and i started crying. He said mam only 42000 you have to further. But extremely i dont have money. I asked him to refund my money. But he refused. Kindly do the needful.

Two days ago i update my profile in shine, then i got the call from shine regarding premium services of shine for job opportunities and they mail me and performa invoice with the domain of shine.com contained application highlighter with the cost of 2655. Yesterday i don’t done the payment but today i again got the call from same number ([protected]) vide name vipul and today i had done the payment after than i got the mail from r. [protected]@shine.com that pls mail some basic details, and he call me from the number ([protected]) vide name ranjan kumar jha and i mailed the same details and finally i get the call from an another person as rm from shine who looking for my profile vide name saksham number ([protected]) and again after taking my profile view they asking for the payment of two services which exactly matching with the credentials mentioned at shine learning web page educational verification plus and job profile verification plus in which i had done payment of 4673 and stop the other payment.

I had doubts regarding that it’s an which was done with me but i get all the mail with the domain of shine.com

So pls confirm regarding this on immediate basis so that i highlight in social media and file and complain in cyber cell.

I got fake calls from these 2 numbers saying that you are recruited for the airlines job.

Please note that i received a call from shine. Contact he assured to organise some interviews within 15 days of making payment, but after making payment he forgot me a d not interview is arranged till date. I want my money back otherwise i am going to file fir against your company and same will be followed by legal case, i have recorded audio and full proof that you have misguided me.

Do you guys really think are you serious?? From day 1 i haven’t received any calls from any recruiters neither any job profile matched with my experience. What am i seeing that nurse required or driver required, i mean how you guys work? How the profile being recommended? Are you really in help of people to reach their goal? I think i am wasting my time on your job portal. I will definitely circulate this poor services to all my friends and family.

Shine.com persons contacted me with registration fee 2560/. After it they started charging at each stage. Now I have lost 22000/- and I am without any hope left.
They are now even asking 8200 /- for career assessment charges. My 60% salary is already stolen.
They started whatsapp job alert last week but not a single job has been posted till date. Earlier they promised me for atleast 2 job alerts. Besides this they allured me for a new job with good salary and accomodation in Bhopal location.

I received phone call from[protected] in the name of shine.com and they told to pay 50 rupees for registration and send me a link to make payment. I have fill that form with amount of rs 50 and without entering otp i received a msg of deduction of rs 3000. She told me that there will be a vacancy in tata motors for mech. Engineer. So send me this link to fill the form and the movement i fill the form i received deduction msg from bank account.

I have been cheated by shine.com by saying they will offer me job assistance. Initially, I recieved a call from some Anoop who said he is from shine. He explained that I need to pay 3500 rs towards paid services and this will be valid for lifetime. I even enquired about during this time i.e. lockdown time, will it be possible to get job alerts for which he explained me that shine guys are going to arrange interviews one or two per day and for sure I will get a job. I have paid that 3500 rs. post one day, I recieved another call from other guy named Gaurav, his said he is on top management position and only looks special senior positions, he was not even able to speak properly and told me his education is from Canada, he worked abroad many years, I am not being judgemental about language, but body language and many things while talking to a person tells the person's personality, he told many convincing things which he failed to and he asked me to pay 10, 000 rs and sent me PI without even notifying and just asked me to open mail and just pay.
I gets so irritated looking at the email with such amount, here my temperament goes up that why This point was earlier not discussed with me at initial call received from that Anoop guy, that I need to pay additional amount. For this point, they were so ruthless in dening my point and asking me to get the verification done from outside. Why should I get it done from out side when I paid 3500 rs and the points were clearly not explained to me properly. I have asked him about a mail explaining the services, I can't pay blindly. He sent me but there were discrepancies between PI and the details he sent me and he wanted me to blindly pay that amount to proceed further. He was also so ruthless in telling about this point. I said, I need time to look into this further and then I will pay as I have already paid 3500 rs like this, which i was already regretting while talking to him. I was totally disappointed and asked to refund my amount for which he said it is not refundable, He was so blunt in telling this point and the moment he realised I am enquiring further he got irritated and disconnected the call. And now both these persons are not responding to my messages. I need my money back or else you will need to face legal consequences since I don't want to associate with shine.com.

I've called by mr. Shuvam and asked for registration 4601 rs and paid and he said one one of his rm will call me on next profiling of my job.

One mr. Ranjan jha called me and asked me to pay on the mail link and paid 8400rs and again he sent one more mail to pay 15000rs which i started feeling like cheating since i never been explained on any process of payments but used situation and got 13000rs from me and still guiding me to pay again.

Each person should be taught about how much charged on each step instead of doing they collected money by deceiving.

Kindly return my money back or will need to face legal consequences since i don't want associated with shine.com any more since i've been deceived.

I even told him that one of my friends who availed paid services were not satisfied with shine services for which he explained that is not the case and for sure i will get job. I have gone a head and paid that 2600 rs. Post one day, i recieved another call from other guy and he is asking me to pay 5100 rs towards documents verification it seems. This point was earlier not discussed with me that i need to pay additional amount. For this point, they were so ruthless in dening my point and asking me to get the verification done from outside. Why should i get it done from out side when i paid 2600 rs and the points were clearly not explained to me properly. Again another guy calls me and tells that i need to blindly pay that amount to proceed further. He was also so ruthless in telling about this point. I was totally disappointed and asked to refund my amount for which he said it is not refundable. He was so blunt in telling this point. I have purchased these services not only for getting certificate and resume service and profile highlight options
As from your sales team has confirmed me assurity of 100% selection which was the false commitment and starting
Onwards false commitments are continue and approax 26000 i have invested as for my job in reputed company
But i have not found any professional approach while finding a interview call from company or neither the service
As per commitment satisfactory like employment verification and education verification services
They are not part of providing job they can be consider only after the selection of the candidate in company

And want my 100% refund or job as per commitment by your sales team, neither of the services

I was called by shine and told since you are in senior position. You will need services and we guarantee you a new job as we have 98 percent success and give you 110 percent guarantee of interview. They took close to 1, 50, 000 and added irrelevant courses and kept persuading me don't worry you will easily get 25-30 percent hike so it is worth.

After payment they said there is no guarantee, and we only said the 110 percent guarantee is of service.
I did ask on call for refund before making payment the guy said, refund is there.
But now they are saying you should have read terms and conditions.
I said how can person read terms and conditions while being on phone and going by his words infact on those payments pages there was no such t&c.
They are saying you have to take service coercively as we won't refund. If you wish you can complaint. It is sheer unethical. If they can play the entire call i had with their agent when i made payment, no further explanation will be needed. But they play trick for payment they used personal number to call as that won't record call. But after payment office numbers and saying there is no such commitment on those office made calls. But within 5 minutes of first call made from office, it is clear that i felt cheated.

The terms and conditions of these services needs to be taken into consideration otherwise we will have to count how many people they dupe.

One thing is on recorded call of their office is 98 percent success rate.
Let them explain what is that rate and how they calculate it.

It's misleading. It's mentally creating anxiety for consumers.
