This is what happened today.
In the morning (29/09/2020, sunday) i had a conversation with vikas about the service.
He gave me information about the service and sent me a payment mail. I said i will go through reviews and will decide based on that.
That person called me after some time at that i mentioned him "i have gone through some reviews about shine, they in those they mentioned about additional charges for etc, which you will not be informed in the beginning but they will ask you later"
That person said "sir trust me there is no additional payment or hidden charges as such if someone mentioned about that you will get immediate refund"
I asked the same thing multiple times about additional charged, he replied the same.
Based on his words i made a payment of 7036.
I got a call in the evening on the same day from tushar, who is next level representative for my service.
He took some details from me and mentioned about verification and sent a mail about payment of verification (Which is not at all mentioned by first-person)
When i told the same to 2nd person tushar, he mentioned there is nothing as such, without verification how can you get offers
And this conversation went for 1 hour regarding trust and what i was promised by first-person etc etc..
After a certain discussion, i was agreed to pay for the verification amount and asked the 2nd person (Tushar) to send me a mail with a note saying "there won't be additional charges at all from now onwards" he took 20 minutes and sent a mail with the content below

Greetings of the day!!!
Tushar is the only person who will suggest their services.

And he took 20 minutes to send this mail, how can i believe these people when they are saying something and they can't tell the same thing in mail communication.
And when i asked the same thing to tushar for this stupid mail you took 20 minutes keeping me on hold, he replied to me "because you are stupid".
And their voice is fragile, you can hear the voice but not on a clear note. I don't know whether it is intentional or not.
1st person mentioned that
"this call will be recorded sir, you will not have any issues if you find any issues your money will be refunded"
You can refer to the recordings.
One thing i want to mention is i want my money refund, just let me know if that is possible or not, even if you process my profile without verification charges i don't want to continue.
And these are formal/official discussions, you should have my call recordings, you can refer them also.
If you don't have any call records something is not formal on your side, which may cause many problems further.
I am strictly looking for my refund as i lost trust and belief of shine. They are not stick to their words and we are hearing bad words from them.
