Recently gone through the Job Scam – Solar Energy Of India Chandigarh!
There was IME India hiring for Solar Energy India opening on shine .com for Mechanical Engineering. I applied for the same. The very second day I received a call from the girl named Monica and she told that I have been selected for the profile and to proceed further I have to complete few formalities.
In which first I have to send my documents for pre-screening and then I have to go through the online examination which will be based on General Aptitude and Subject related for which passing marks should be 33. She said since it is a semi- governmental organization so you have to submit the examination fees of 1550/- to write the exam.
After speaking to her I searched about the organization regarding the details but I didn’t found anything fake /scam or any reviews. So, I forwarded my docs. After some time I received the verification call from some other person and after verifying she said that you can proceed further with application form and examination fees. So, I filled up the form and submitted the examination fees. After that I received the email with examination details.
After two days, I received a call from examination Dept. from Solar Energy India Chandigarh for conducting my online exam for 1 hour and passing marks was 33 but I scored 83 marks. Then, I was asked to send the email to [protected]@gmail.com email id stating that I have applied for Mechanical Engineering position for VISAKHAPATNAM location and I have qualified the exam so please send my offer letter and after doing this I will get my offer letter within 2 days.
I received my offer letter in which it was mentioned that I have been selected and initially 3 months training will be provided and I have to pay 18900/- rupees with in 24 hrs of time as training fees. The training duration can be extended at the sole discretion of the management of the organization. It can also be abrogated at any time if my performance is found unsatisfactory during the training. The decision of extension or termination will be final and binding.

So, this is it!

These people are frauds and they are doing it so nicely that jobseekers will get into their trap easily as they are calling it semi governmental job and they are assuring that since it is 30 years project so once your test is cleared you will be employed for next 30 years. More shocking is they are excepting payment through trusted source paypal which is very disappointing. I am sharing this to create awareness among people that if you are receiving such kind of calls/emails don’t believe on that and waste your money.

Shine cheated me by giving incomplete and incorrect information because of which i got interested and paid the amount to join.

Executive informed me that they will send me for special interviews instead of walk-in and will get selected in 7 days if i am paying the fee of rs. 2, 655.00 as on the portal but he did not inform me about the next verification and validation fee ₹8, 000.00 to ₹10, 000 to get more chances to get a job and this information was given to me on next call after making the payment of ₹2, 655.00.
And on the next call a lady shobha communicated that there is no guarantee for interviews and jobs with paid fee.

And now shine says that they are not responsible. It is very pathetic way to collect money from people in need.

They were not fraudster. They were from shine. When i sent an email raising questions then argued stating it is not their problem.

Their calling number was [protected] and changing last few digits for next calls.

I applied for a teaching post and recieved a call from shine claiming that i was shortlisted for ajob in dps and selected after an interview with the hr of dps with apay of 40, 000 pm and was asked to deposit an amount of 12, 000 as caution deposit. I was not given the branch name nor the locality and was told that i would receive a courier with all the details by 4th of jan and have to attend an interview at the hr office

Good day. I have got a continuous call from your shine executive mr srijan and asking to pay finally rs 2655/- (After negotiation) to buy a charged job service which i have bought today morning against transaction id in20191227_285837_153612. He also conveyed that you will get 2 leads daily for recruiters 6 months and if required your cv shall be corrected by experts. After payment it was asked me to fill some information send over e mail and also tell me that there will be a call from executive. At that time, he didn't tell that i may have to pay extra for any other service. I got a call from a senior executive member from shine and he said that i need to pay another approx 3292/ — for another service (1 for education verification and another for profile correction in cv) where as in proforma invoice of rs 3292/ — one head was of rs 1200 for verification of qualification and another head of rs 1088 /- for your shine profile is featured on 1st page for 30 days only in recruiter search.. I told them that there is no need of my qualification verification and for second we have already paid rs 2655/- and no where it is written in proforma invoice for charges for profile changes in cv which it was told to me over phone call.. So it is case of cheating and i want my refund of the entire amount i have paid. Against transaction id in20191227_285837_153612. Team, received call from shine.com regarding the service for recruitment where it was told by miss raghini that upon paying rs 2389/- i will receive service wherein the shine team will draft my resume and then my resume will be forwarded to top mnc's and i will get the apportunities / call from the top companies which are not available on common platform. During this entire discussion she has not told me that, after making this payment candidate has to make additional payment of rs 8800/- after which only the candidiate will be eligible to get the call from companies/recruiters. If information about the additional payment would had given to me in first call itself then i would have not opted to go ahead and make payment of rs 2389/-. This looks complete misguide from telecaller where she herself call and offer some services at 2389/- which will improve the job apportunities, however in case if candidate dont pay further rs 8800/- he will receive no service and this has confirmed me by shine representative that i have to pay additional rs 8800/- then only i will get job service otherwise i have to forgo the amount paid rs 2389/- which looks fraudulent prima facie. They are now not giving my money back.

Please take this complaint seriously and help me to get refund the payment made.
Also looking at the brand name (Hindustan times) all the important information has to be given in first call itself to candidate so that he will decide whether to go ahead or not.

In my case it was clear misguide by showing opporutinity then i made payment and further the expactation was to make payment of rs 8800/- which is wrong.

Please help me by resolving this issue.

I got a call from unknown person (prachi dant) like they are calling from indigo airlines, that you have selected for ground staff job located in Nagpur.
And they asked me my BE final year mark sheet. I have uploaded resume in there whats-app and they are saying that I have selected indigo airlines Ground staff job.
They are saying that, I have to attend for telephonic interview and face to face interview...
They are asking 2500 for interview procedure Next day they called me to attend the telephonic interview for that I have to pay 2500..they are telling that if I not selected for any interview the Money will be refunded. I paid them 2500 rupees via paytm

i pay there 2500 rs. to them vie paytm then at 5 pm they take my interview and i pass that interview then next day one of indigo hr named radika call me again for documents including CRP certificate . when i told them that i cant
have that CRP certificate. they told me . i[censored] wont have we provide you when
you pay 8500 rs for certificate. when i refuse to pay and told to cancel my job
radika refuse to take my call when i call prachi dant, they say mail me for cancle job application, i mailed them regarding canceling job application and told them to give my money back they say we cant give money right now
and provide money to you 45 days lather i again call them why money refunding take time prachi dant says dont call me its my personal no. i can block your call, I came to know that this is a fraud and fake calls...I have posted attachments below ... please help me to get my money back

Good day. I have got a call on 24-dec-2019 morning from a shine executive asking to buy a charged job service which i have bought last night. When i was on call with the executive, he said that i will be getting a call from his senior for further proceedings. At that time, he didn't tell that i may have to pay extra for any other service. Where as yesterday morning i got a call from a senior executive member from shine and he said that i need to pay for another 5 services for which i have payed for 4 of them and i am not happy with the late communication. So i am withdrawing my payment and i need refund of the entire amount i have paid. This kind of incidences may get bad reputation to an organisation and i need quick action on this matter. Thank you. And they asked me my be final year mark sheet. I have uploaded resume in shine.com... And they are saying that i have selected indigo airlines ground staff job.
They are saying that, i have to attend for three rounds like online test, telephonic interview and face to face interview...
They are asking 2500 for online test. And i paid 2500 rupees via phonepe. They sent a online test link duration 30mins, 20 questions... Next day they called me to attend the telephonic interview for that i have to pay 6600.. They are telling that if i not selected for any interview the money will be refunded... But i refuse to pay the amount... And i came to know that this is a fraud and fake calls... I have posted attachments below...

I got call from shine.com then call me to pay 2, 655 for membership and then call me to pay 3 more transaction for making my profile.. After one by one they told me to do transection, first they told only one transition then they told you have to do 1 course of documents verification, then they told education verification & presentation course, i want returns my rs

Am one of the job aspirant. I got a call from [protected]saying that he is calling from shine.com.
He said i am shortlisted in l&t, and for further process demands me amount.
I come to know they are fake.
I request you to take strict action against all such fake companies to save all poor job seekers as well to save shine's image.

I am complaing about the email circulated by shine.com for certc education council. It is a company that us cheating the people who are taking up the training with them. Their content is bad, no follow ups or guidance. As there was no refund i lost inr18000. There terms are misleading and it feels bad when you loose money when you are out of job.

Dont promote them, i am informing my friends to be careful if such bogus emails.

I have been cheated regarding fake job promises. The recruiter called me and said there is an accountant position in axis bank and asked me to pay for the registration, later for documents and for verification too. I have lost a lot of money. Later they have asked me to pay some more money, i was not having and i told them i can't pay, please return my money, till my friend told this would be a fake thing i was not knowing about it. There are two people involved in recruiting and all the funds has been transferred via google pay. I have the screenshots and history of payments. They told the money will be refundable in 10 days but it's been a month they have not refunded it. And now, when i'm trying to call them via phone the numbers are switched off.

Please help me out to get my money back and there might be so many people who have been caused by this situation. Kindly stop them doing all these fraud things.

Hello i am rohit recently i have applied job for network engineer from shine.com at juniper networks canada location. For the process i have done the few payment for registration forms, conformation letter, insurance and flight ticket, for nri bank opening, and training purposes totally i have done the payment around 3, 00, 000 rs. To shine.com wen will be my money is refund to account.

Dear sir, I had registered on Shine around 4 -5 weeks back. I am sridhar who purchased the fallowing services from shine.com and agreed and paid as full and final onetime payment for all their fallowing services.

All the fallowing paymenys were done on yesterday on 17/12/2019 as full and final onetime payment to provide their services but unfortunately they again asking me to pay another payment of 29499/- towords a new service named " Master of Leadership and Strategy Management " and we rejected to pay for the said new service named " Master of Leadership and Strategy Management " and then shine.com excutive says that if i don't pay 29499/- for the new service then they wont provide all the fallowing services and they further says that my amount will not be refunded.

Their committment is for onetime payment for all the fallowing services. They never mentioned anywhere that all the fallowing services cant be provided if we dont purchase a new service from them.

All the way they collected the payments in the fallowing four transactions and before doing the 3 & 4 transactions we very clearly asked the shine.com excutive are there anymore payments to be done further and he said there are nomore payments were to be made and confirmed the fallowing four payments are onetime payments for all their services. All the way they collected the payments seems like a trap offering us great job oppurtunities.

After giving me a final committment as onetime payment @ time of doing 3&4 trasactions again today they started demanding me to pay for new proforma invoice of 29499/- for new service named " Master of Leadership and Strategy Management " and and when we rejected to pay for the said new service named " Master of Leadership and Strategy Management " and then shine.com excutive says that if i don't pay 29499/- for the new service then they wont provide all the fallowing services and they further says that my amount will not be refunded.

So after all the above incidents we understand that its a trap for money lost hope on shine.com

I was contacted by shine sales person in the morning who asked me to pay inr 2, 359. After this they connected me to mr. Anup shrivastav who introduced me about the product.in steps they exorted rs 4673 and 7197 from me without giving a full view of all the payments, that i will have to make. Each of the payment was done to payments. Shine.com. Suddenly, they asked me to pay an hefty sum of 10, 619. Now i dont mind the payments but the manner in which i have been charges looks dubious and fraudulent. I should have been informed from the start what all payments i will have to do so as to take an well informed decision. The process has removed all the autonomy that should have been there. Something i dont appreciate. I would like to ask for a refund.

Company representatives hid information at the time of selling the paid services, made false promises and violated my Right to Choose as a customer and deliberately made to pay. I have already informed the company about the same but they aren't doing anything on issue and rather forcing me that I take the services.

The fraud was committed by Chandan, Sachin Arya, and Maheep Malviya, who are representatives of Shine.com. Initially, Chandan called me and tried to convince me to make a payment of Rs. 7466/- but he did not tell me the total amount they would charge from me for these services. After I transfer the money, I got another call from Sachin Arya who tells me that I have to pay Rs. 15456/- for the second module. I lashed out at him and told him that I won't make the payment and I don't have the money. He tells me that I can make the payment using my father's credit card. But he tells me that their company has ties with other agencies outside India, and he won't leave my side, until I get a job in Canada. I told him that I can't make the payment as I don't have the money, so he tells me that I ask my father. When I tell him that I need some time to think over it, he doesn't allow that. After I hesitantly pay for the 2nd module, he demands me to pay for a 3rd module that will cost me Rs 22064/-. Now I yelled at him as I had already paid more than 21000/- to him. I told him that I won't make this payment but then he plays with my fear and hands over the call to his senior Maheep Malviya, who lied to me and told me that if I don't make the payment now, I will lose the opportunity and will risk the amount paid to them. At last, I feel helpless and transfer that money also. The next day, when I try to get in touch with Sachin, his tone is changed and he tells me that he will try his best to send me to Canada. After that, I tried many times to bring the issue to the company's notice but nobody is listening to me. Kindly help me sir.

P.S. I have paid more than Rs. 45000/- to the company. Also find the payment receipts in attachments.

I have been choose data science certification with r course from edureka through shine learning.com and my course shall be start on 31 aug 2019 and i clear mentioned them that in case i feel dissatisfied of the live classes, i would claim for refund. When i went through some videos it was unnecessarily long and the discussion was also not proper and had a lot of verbal and vocal errors. When i asked them for refund they told its against the company refund policy. But i have not found any term about non-refundable in their mails which i have received from them from this i conclude that edureka and shine learning is not an education platform but is just a business platform which fools students by persuading them with false promises. Even when e commerce platform provide refund to customers in case product does not fit customer requirements why can't edureka and shine learning.com provide refund if the course content doesn't meet the requirements of student when it comes to education. I urge the government to take strict action on this company and help me in getting back my refund.
And second another reason is for don't pursue this course because my desktop system are damaged and without system i can't doing this online course. Sometimes i have checked their prerecorded classes from my mobile that training classes is not up to the mark i don't want to doing this course because i have no system and my financial condition is very poor. I have paid my fees of rs. 22036/- to shine learning.com as on dated 31.07.2019 so, you are requested please help me in getting back my refund of rs 22036/-.
For your reference i have attached the all mails and screen shot which i had received from shine learning and edureka.

I was given to understand that there will not be any further charge for your services in getting me job interview for post of company secretary. I categorically asked from mr. Rana, if there is any age bar as i am 70+ yrs but am active and have been working till aug., 2019. He informed that 30% companies take senior candidates. Thereafter i paid sum of rs.3363/- as stated above. He further confirmed receipt of money and informed that expert will be working on my profile and if they need any further information they will ask me, he fixed an appointment for expert for[protected] at 11.00 a, m.

An expert mr, nitin came on line at 12.05 p. M. On[protected] and assured me of decent package within 10 days and further demanded money rs. 5192/- (Rs. Five thousand one hundred ninety two only) for the work that he would be doing. I paid the demanded amount vide transasction no,. In20191216_280468_123414 for rs. 5192/-. Immediately he asked me to pay further amount of rss.7197/- for another service. I told him that hes had told me that rs. 5192 /- was only payment to be made. Then he insisted on further payment of rs.7197/- for another service of job profile verification as the earlier payment was for education verification. Every time he told me this is last payment that i was to give. On receipt of one payment he demanded another payment on any pretext. After i paid rssfd. 7197/-j (Rs, seven thousand one hundred ninety seven only) vide transaction no. In20191216_280481_124257 he demanded another payment of rs. 10610/- again saying this is the last paymen. I smelt fraud and refused to pay. Sir i have lost faith in your executives words and i hereby cancel all deal with you.

I request you to kindly refund all amount paid by me i. E. Rs. 3363+rs.5192+rs.7197_=15752/- (Rs. Fifteen thousand seven hundred fifty two only) as i do not wish to avail your paid services. I have not availed of any of your paid services so far. I have paid money on 14th dec. And 16th dec., 2019.

This person is involved in fraud with me. They are two people doing fraud with other people as well. I will report this incidence to police as well as consumer court against shine. They do not posses any safety wall and rules. They have cheated 16000 from me.in case anything more required please let me know. I am waiting for your response. Thanks in advance
