Dear sir,
I continuously call shine.com because they say and pressurize me to take their services and i paid approx rs 12500 and now they have not responded me. I have invoice calls and all the mails from all the no. Sonia sethi ([protected]), sunny ([protected]) sooraj sharma ([protected]), munish ([protected]) that they provided. And it is my daily routine. It has been already two months completed. They promise and made pressure specially ms. Sonia sethi and sunny kumar.
Pls take some action regarding this.

There are lot if complaint regarding shine.com services.
On the name if ht media ltd. They are looting people money.
They are looting more than 10000 people daily, think how much money they are making.

So everyone should make fir on local people on ht media because they are looting on name and reputation if hindustan times.. Most fake news wender.

If we want our money back, then we all have to file fir against these fraud.

They are taking money forcefully and not returning. Why they will not return??

They are providing nothing on the name of paid services.

Also spread these news on every social media platform that everyone should boycott shine.com and never registered with this site.

They never send any relevant job neither for paid services nor for free services, but you always get call for registered in paid services and one day they will trap you.

Today got a call for shine registration from shine and demanded rs. 3000 for same, considering the ht group i have payed the amount but actual games starts soon and again demanded rs.8848 for providing job leads with a promise of no more money but shockingly as soon as i paid again demanded for 15019 these time they assured that this is the final fees and will not demand any more amount but failed again and asking more to pay 19k. Pl note that till time no services has been provided. Kindly return all my hard earned money.

Am applying job through shine.com portal on date 18.11.2019. Their another job site register [protected]@gmail.com. But corresponding done through [protected]@manpowergroups.co.in. After 1st interview they told that before final interview you verified your certificate by ISO verification process. For this verification process required 6000 rupees they send UPI links for that. After verification process over they send one certificate that time I got doubt send mail to [protected]@manpowergroup.com and [protected]@shine.com. After that immediately [protected]@manpowergroup.com give reply that, these Anish Khan phone [protected] mail I'd [protected]@manpowergroups.co.in second person name Mukul Chavar phone [protected], he will sent mail [protected]@manpowergroup.co.in, another person is Sunil Arora phone [protected]. not employees of their group and will try to take action them and also suggest me toinitiate legal action against the wrongdoers mentioned in your email. Please note that on the basis of legal advice we too shall take legal action as warranted under both civil and criminal laws against the wrongdoers for misusing our name and brand. But Shine. Com not take any action regarding this mail. I think they will also involve this case. I hope you take action on this matter otherwise so many persons will be fraud like this way. One of my friend Tapan Kumar Mallick also victim of this group. Now they will not receive my phone also.

I have given the otp, but instead of 10/-, 20, 000/- has been debited from my account. I have spoken to shine person vide mobile no.[protected].

I am giving reply of your messages that you sent me on my complain.
So my register email id is shivani. [protected]@gmail.com

But i didnt receive any information on my id when i paid.
But i paid amount by google pay and that number is [protected].

And i transfer the 1450 rupy on [protected]@upi. There was name come from pramod. And pooja mam said me it must be add your name shivani sharma and i added.

Please check and transfer my amount same my google pay as usual as she said

I got a call from [protected] claiming that he is working for www.shine.com, he stated he had jobs for me for a nominal fee, i replied stating that this is a fraud call to which he replied that he is from www.shine.com. he hung up when i told him i don't trust him. Other callers are www.cubeway.in ([protected]) and www.employcraft.com.

Job seekers please be careful.

This job searching website shine.com (Ht media ltd) had provided me fake details/information and take 10, 000 rs.

They told me that if you pay 3300 rs we help you search in job and provide at least 2 call daily.

But when i paid that amount a another shine.com member call me and told we have ready to proceed you profile and need some details and documents. So i have provided my resume and some personal details.

Then he told me that you have to pay more 2200 rs to verify your candidature. I denied and told them that i have to told that 3300 paid by me is full amount for this service. But after long discussion he trap me in his talk and he told if you are looking for a new job and definitely you will gate 50-60℅ hike so you should not back for 2207 rs. After that i have paid this amount also.

Now after that he send me another link of payment of 3823 and told this is for training and presentation preparation. And he again told same things.
I also denied here and told to cancel all things. I don't want to proceed. Cancel my process and back my money.
Then he told me that we can not cancel your process and if you don't pay this amount your previous paid amount are become null because we can't return. He again trap me telling that you will definitely got a high paid job in 10-15 days so why you are thinking so much. You have already paid 5500rs so don't back for 3800.
I have to paid this amount also because he was not cancelling my process and told your paid money can't be returned. So i paid this amount also thinking that "ab 3500 rs fans chuka hai to ye bhi pay kar deta hu"

But after that he again send a payment link and told to pay 6899 rs for final processing.

I denied and told to cancel all process. He again told me that without this payment your all paid money is useless. We can't proceed further.

But this time i request him to please cancelled all process and give my money back. He refused and told we are dealing with hundreds of candidate daily i have no much time to discuss cancellation. There is no any process to cancell and return money.

I have also talk to first personal who promised these things in payment of 3300.
He also refused to cancel and said we can't return money. He said i don't know anything about what my senior doing with you. If they told to pay more you have to pay. Then i asked about his promise/information provided earlier, then he told that we have to told by senior that we can't tell you about payments taken by senior.

Now i got call from their office again and they told me to complete your process by paying remains amount but she is also not telling that how much more you have to paid.
They are fraud and trap me and taken my money. Please help me.
I have some call recordings, payment link provided by them and mails send by them.

Please help me to get my hard earned money.

They all are fraud. Shine.com is also a fraud company on the name of ht media limited.

After 4 weeks i did not got any call or neither able to contact them. Even they did not send any relevant job opening but earlier they told me thay you will got at least two call daily.

Ht media and shine.com is a fraud company. Be aware guys. They are only looting people hard earned money

I am shivani sharma. And i live in gurgaon. I am looking for a job. Than, i got a interview call from shine.com by pooja mam. She told me your cv has been shortlisted for pharmaceutical company. But first of all you will be submit 1450 rupy for registration fee.
And it is refundable. And we will provide you job. And this registration fee is available for 15 years. She trusted me.
Than i submit 1450 rupy by google pay with my name shivani sharma. And she said me your amount will be refund 1 p. M., today.
Than she transfer my call to another person. He told me he is from pharmaceutical branch which hold interview.
But first off all you will be submit 5000 rupy and it is also refundable. Than i said i did not get this type of any information by pooja mam. Than he say it is our terms and conditions. But this this also refundable.
Than i take back step and i cancellation my interview. After that i demand my refund 1450 rupy than they told me sorry mam it will be refund after 15 days. But i argue with him it is not come in my known.
But he sure me no mam it will be refund after 15 days it comes in process.
Than i disconnect the call and call the pooja mam. It was very shocked the same number i got call by pooja mam. That call received by that man who talk to me from pharmaceutical. It was serious matter.
Than i request to him transfer the call to pooja mam. Than i ask to her why you not tell be about further to pay 5000 rupy.
And please refund my amount whom i sent to you.
Than she told me it will be pay after 15 days because it not in our hands it will be in process.
And i said to her if you not pay my amount than what should i do. Than she said you can take legal action.

But i dont want any legal action. Its my humble request to the members of shine.com please refund my amount.

Mene paise imandari se diye to ap bi imandari se wapis kr de.
Yh paise hote hi mere pas to me kyu job dundh ti. So please refund my 1450 rupy

I got a call from a company name hr it solutions janakpuri they said that they have seen my cv from shine.com and they told me that you have been selected for parle agro and then they took 2000 rs from me now they are not returning back my money not even picking up my calls

I got 2 fraud mails asking for 2000/2500 for assured bank job from sarika singh and swati mehra for kotak mahindra and axis bank respectively.
Mail screenshot attached. Shine.com also referred their mails for recruiter review.
They got my profile information from shine.com.

Another mail in the name hotel in usa also sent similar mail. Form sent by them attached.

Ask them for sending relevant and authenticated mails and information of job seekers to be shared to valid job seekers only.

From last 3 weeks i’m searching jobs on shine.com and i updated my profile also and suddenly i received a call from shine.com from mr d. Ojha and he say sir i will help you in jobs and you need to pay amount of rs6613 after that you no need to pay for any thing we will prepare all formalities etc etc etc they promised and i pay online the amount after that they. Keep calling me keep calling me sir you need to pay rs 5000 more after that i doubt they doing cheating and fraud please help me out with this situation and yesterday they send me resume from shine.com and your services completed

Because this company making fool of poor peoples and using there emotions and playing with unemployment

Initially one of the call center executive called me and spoke to me quite well and told me that they would share my profiles to india and middle east for certain number of consultants and companies etc for which they would charge me rs 6000. I agreed for the same and paid the money, later another executive swarup calls me and says the above amount is just a registration fee and you need pay an amount of rs 14000 for profile writing and document verification.
Once he told me this i told him i cannot pay this money so return my amount which i paid earlier. For this he said there is no such option and they will not pay any amount back, then i told him i will file a complaint against this because nothing about the second payment they had mentioned to me earlier and now they are trapping me after i paid my initial amount of rs 6000.
For this the executive told me you ""do what ever you want they are not going to return the money. Lets see if you can get it back"

I registered and paid fees of rs. 20650 for shine.com training course of digital marketing on 20th july. Their counsellor promised me that the training program is excellent but no proper classes had happened and after 2 months the course was ended abruptly. They cheated with me, took the full money and no benefit received from the program. My money got wasted and i need refund for my money.
