I am shivani sharma. And i live in gurgaon. I am looking for a job. Than, i got a interview call from shine.com by pooja mam. She told me your cv has been shortlisted for pharmaceutical company. But first of all you will be submit 1450 rupy for registration fee.
And it is refundable. And we will provide you job. And this registration fee is available for 15 years. She trusted me.
Than i submit 1450 rupy by google pay with my name shivani sharma. And she said me your amount will be refund 1 p. M., today.
Than she transfer my call to another person. He told me he is from pharmaceutical branch which hold interview.
But first off all you will be submit 5000 rupy and it is also refundable. Than i said i did not get this type of any information by pooja mam. Than he say it is our terms and conditions. But this this also refundable.
Than i take back step and i cancellation my interview. After that i demand my refund 1450 rupy than they told me sorry mam it will be refund after 15 days. But i argue with him it is not come in my known.
But he sure me no mam it will be refund after 15 days it comes in process.
Than i disconnect the call and call the pooja mam. It was very shocked the same number i got call by pooja mam. That call received by that man who talk to me from pharmaceutical. It was serious matter.
Than i request to him transfer the call to pooja mam. Than i ask to her why you not tell be about further to pay 5000 rupy.
And please refund my amount whom i sent to you.
Than she told me it will be pay after 15 days because it not in our hands it will be in process.
And i said to her if you not pay my amount than what should i do. Than she said you can take legal action.

But i dont want any legal action. Its my humble request to the members of shine.com please refund my amount.

I got a call from a company name hr it solutions janakpuri they said that they have seen my cv from shine.com and they told me that you have been selected for parle agro and then they took 2000 rs from me now they are not returning back my money not even picking up my calls

I got 2 fraud mails asking for 2000/2500 for assured bank job from sarika singh and swati mehra for kotak mahindra and axis bank respectively.
Mail screenshot attached. Shine.com also referred their mails for recruiter review.
They got my profile information from shine.com.

Another mail in the name hotel in usa also sent similar mail. Form sent by them attached.

Ask them for sending relevant and authenticated mails and information of job seekers to be shared to valid job seekers only.

From last 3 weeks i’m searching jobs on shine.com and i updated my profile also and suddenly i received a call from shine.com from mr d. Ojha and he say sir i will help you in jobs and you need to pay amount of rs6613 after that you no need to pay for any thing we will prepare all formalities etc etc etc they promised and i pay online the amount after that they. Keep calling me keep calling me sir you need to pay rs 5000 more after that i doubt they doing cheating and fraud please help me out with this situation and yesterday they send me resume from shine.com and your services completed
Sir cheating rs6613 only for resume why i need these kind of resume i pay shine.com rs6613 for jobs and recruitment

Because this company making fool of poor peoples and using there emotions and playing with unemployment

Initially one of the call center executive called me and spoke to me quite well and told me that they would share my profiles to india and middle east for certain number of consultants and companies etc for which they would charge me rs 6000. I agreed for the same and paid the money, later another executive swarup calls me and says the above amount is just a registration fee and you need pay an amount of rs 14000 for profile writing and document verification.
Once he told me this i told him i cannot pay this money so return my amount which i paid earlier. For this he said there is no such option and they will not pay any amount back, then i told him i will file a complaint against this because nothing about the second payment they had mentioned to me earlier and now they are trapping me after i paid my initial amount of rs 6000.
For this the executive told me you ""do what ever you want they are not going to return the money. Lets see if you can get it back"

I registered and paid fees of rs. 20650 for shine.com training course of digital marketing on 20th july. Their counsellor promised me that the training program is excellent but no proper classes had happened and after 2 months the course was ended abruptly. They cheated with me, took the full money and no benefit received from the program. My money got wasted and i need refund for my money.

I have registered on shine.com but services was not provided so i have received call from puja from mobile no [protected] and [protected] for refund of my amount approx. Rs. 61000 after deduction of gst but on refund they debited rs.80000 from account and no response even they are not picking call my girl child is hospitalised and waiting for operation i request them to release wrongly debited amount for rs.80000 and services amount of rs.61000 may be later on but after several call no response
This is absolutely not acceptable from established portal.
Kindly look into it and release the payment urgently as amount tobe deposited urgently

I have received a call from [protected] sandeep sharma and [protected] jaspreet kaur from shine. They told that we provide a job in icici bank. Firstly they take rs 2000/- for registration charges after that they take 23100/- as a deposit to the bank. I ask them to refund my all money but they demand another 18600/- as a deposit amt. Please refund my rs. 25100/- asap.

Am having calls from shine.com for the past three days, 1st call named danish and he asked me to 7000 for the paid services to canada, 2nd ly i got another call and he explained me to pay for education and job verification process for that education 8495inr and for job 14158 inr. Got a email that there is no payment after this and aftr the payment they are telling me to pay master leadership, they are claiming that will be the last payments and nomore, now they are waiting for me to pay 23199 inr.

The way of approach is not good and i got only one invoice.

And am getting the invoice in shinelearning.com.
I got only one invoice only among three payments.

Advise this matter as soon as possible.

Today i have have applied for shine services and charged 3363/- and saying no further charges have to be paid (Call was with mr satyendra) but later on when cv was sent to them they have raised another service invoice claiming rs 8000/- around. Here is a difference in their clarity. Hence i just want refund of my paid services. I will get the service, when different services, their scope & charges will be cleared.

Im paid service user in shine for shine. I got a call from recruitment team stating ur cv has to be registered in recruiters site hence10rs would be the service charge. The transaction was done on shine4u.in website but i lost my 9999rs from my account. When i questioned about fake transaction they said system error it will be refunded. I haven't received yet. I got a call from [protected]. Dated 13th nov 2019.. All these happened on same day.

I am raju ramrao kulkarni a job seeker. I posted my resume in a shine.com and i one day i get a call from the number [protected] (Shruti) and also from the mr sharma hr [protected]. They offer me a job in l& t company at location hydrabad. But before that they told me make a some payment amount which is refundable 2150+9990+1500+4000 = 31140 amount all these payment should i done only in one account named as akash jha

I got a call from akash sharma from [protected] this number at 13/nov/2019 12pm, claiming that he is from shine.com and asked for 2500₹to arrange interview which i fortunately didn't paid. I tried calling official shine.com number mentioned but no-one picked up. I have attached screenshot of both mail and message. Be careful shine.com never charge any amount for arranging interviews.

I have Registered my self with shine.com on 20th August, 2019, very next day I received call from the representative Mr.Shalesh Kumar and he explained his company all details, Being an HT Media company I agreed his request to registration then later he started for other registration and over all charges one by one goes to approximately Rs. 1.17, 351/- for which I have receipt of your company, All this payment I paid from my credit and debit card, only with the hope of getting a good opening as desired, But since then I am waiting for a good opening for which i have paid to shine.com, the unfortunate part is every time I get a new persons number and they all assure me to send some good opening data, But all are fake, on regular base since August I am getting one mail which is of the same opening which is not at all related to my qualification or my requirement, Now my request to shine.com official and management staff is kindly refund my amount, As per Shine.com Managers told me to get me a good job with 20 working days, which shine.com failed now almost 2 months 22days over. Couple of call I received Where I have shown my interest but they all are asking for new registration for which again I have to pay them Rs.12500/- By which I understood Shine.com is not a company which can get me a job.

So, I request you to kindly get my money refunded, As now I don't need Shine.com service as they are not able to provide me my required service they don"t have any opening for me.

Your employees cheated me for profile highlighting and evaluation and i have paid approx 9800/- for these services but till date except 3-4 irrelevant mail and smss i haven't received any information from shine.
What is the usage of profile evaluation if they till date you don't know in which field i am working.

I am dr mariyam mirza. I got called from shine.com the person name is amit ya ajit yahi that ur cv got selected. Kokilaben dhirubhai annan hospital selected your cv. For job id creation u have to pay 2500rs and send your documnets. After doing that den again dey asked for money for interviwe creating id 6500. Then they created fake interviews de. Dey were asking for security purpose u have to pay 12000rs i denied i asked dem to return my money dey were asking for my debit card details. Finally when i was trying to call they switched off there phone please guyz take action for such fraud people. I havent lost much but what other people who lost their lots of money nd specially of they misuse our documnets. These are the phone numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected] and on this number i have paid the money-[protected]. Please kindly take strict action against them.

This is to inform you that i had received a call from shine.com (A job portal), at around 12:41 hrs, on the 3rd nov'19 from [protected], requesting me to apply through their web form (Careeronshine.in) for suitable jobs in hyderabad. They also told me that they will charge rs. 10/- for filling of the form.
After filling the form i was directed to a payment gateway for payment of rs. 10/-, but after paying the said amount through net banking, an amount of rs. 10, 000/- was deducted from my account which i did'nt approve.
I called the telephone number mentioned above to ask him to refund the money. The gentleman explained that the reason for this was due to a fault in the server. But nothing to worry the amount will be returned within 48 to 72 working hours. It is more than 72 hrs now but not a single penny is returned and the above mentioned telephone number is switched off.
I would sincerely request you to take up this matter on a serious note and try and sole the same asap. Otherwise this will spoil the reputation of your company to a large extent.

I got a call from a girl mahip. I paid 2300 rs for highlighting my profile. Her manager arya called said 12500 more needs to be paid. I refused. To trouble me they have sold my resume to third rate recruitment agencies who demand money. I get these calls evey 5 minutes. I am fed up. They are refusing to refund my money. I want them to stop these calls from frauds. Shine.com is the biggest fraud in the world. I spoke to a cudtomer service rep subir who was rude unhelpful. Very pathetic work culture there. How can you sell customer information like this
