I had got a call from shine.com saying that there are jobs available in the market relevant to my profile and they asked me to do a registration with Rs. 3992 RS. which is offered, I did that,

These employees are fake in the shine company Shobha Kashyap, munesh Kumar Shine Learning

Then they started asking me to pay for more money for further services one by one assuring me that I will start getting interview calls within 5-7 working days for jobs as you like.

They said me pay 10000 Rs an amount for the services when I started objecting they said if I don't pay for this service then the services taken prior to this will be invalid, which were irrelevant to my profile.
At the end I did not get any interview calls, then I started inquiring about this they started ignoring me, I started following it up with them,
I could not get my refund with them for more than 2 months.
I will give you all the details and If any media company would support me and help me in showcasing the frauds done by shine.com,
These are the worst people I have come across in my life,
They themselves don't know what services are relevant for a candidate and these kind of people are working as career counselors in shine
Some of them don't even speak proper English and they are sitting as managers in shine.com,
I an suffering yet for relevant job or refund but no response.

Dear Team- 3month has passed and i have not received a single job related my profile .
what was your commitment? That will be much better as previous without taking your service.
unnecessary job send as legal profile. i have applied for ASSISTANT MANAGER- BILLING only.
and preferred industry car rentals.
This same to same trap played on me and I lost my more than 7000/- money. And they denied refunding.
They covering up by saying that you have paid for bla bla shine learning package. But this is all are bakwas...

Also recently I got a fraud Relience Jio job offer call and also ask for some amount. But I have search on google and I found it is fake.

So It shows this is big fraud company.

    Hi,

    I received a call on 20th july from a guy named rahul for employment services from shine.com. He asked if i am interested in jobs outside india, he gave me a quote of rs. 7427/- to get enrolled and claimed that i have to pay nothing more aprt from this amount and shine would help me find the job, then i received another call from sweety who gave me further details on how they will proceed in finding jobs for me in uk. While on the call she sent me another performa invoice of rs. 15574/- for additional services and that it was necessary to continue with the service else they cannot help. I was forced to make this payment.

    Then i received another call within 15 mins from anand who said that i need to pay another rs. 23000 to avail the complete services as whatever i bought wasn't good enough for my resume to be visible in the market. This phone call lasted for approx 50 mins and could not believe what was going on. When i asked him that i would to get a refund of the money, i was told there is no refund, and that no one tells on one call what is the actual amount that shine is going to charge so i'm stuck to pay this amount else visibility of my resume in the international market would be limited and i will not find any job. The money which i paid previously will all be wasted. I tried my best to get my money back but he totally ignored that request and suggested that rs. 23001 which i paid will all be wasted because i'm not cooperating. I was stuck, he sent me email in which he gave me a discount and asked me to pay rs. 18407/- and also mentioned this is the last payment i'm making. No further charges will be there. As mentioned by anand on that call i was supposed to receive a welcome call on monday i. E., 22nd of july, 2019 which did not happen. I called anand and he did not pick up my call, he called back in an hour or so and asked me revert on the email that i should get a call which i did. I don't see anything happening, i'm receiving emails of all sorts but there's no one to guide. They only are interested calling when money needs to be paid.

    I was forced to make this payment!!! Not all expected a fraud call from shine. I am looking to get my money back, i don't want any service from shine. If not refunded i will be forced to file an fir!!

A guy stating that his name is karan sharma and he is cheating people asking for money as well. He is asking money for bgv clearance and for money for a bond of a month.

        They resolved the complain with out resolving it.
        It's having the subject I have invested huge amount but not getting any service.
        If you are promising the service providers what the hell you are doing for last 1 month ... in 1 month i got only 4 job links.
        What all services you are providing, i can provide that with 5K... You people draws my hard earned money, your Sales Team stoop to any low level to cheat people.
        Featured Profile : Why My resume is not selected by the recruiters if you are promising that 10 times it will be reviewed by recruiters.
        International Profile Update : UK & Singapore -- Every Day i am updating my profile and applying for the jobs .. If i will do everything what the hell you people are providing the Service to me by taking 1L.
        Jobs on the move -- I am not getting any job links from Uk or Singapore.
        I can see lot of jobs in Glassdoor, Linked In .. but why you people are not able to send me the links.
        Resume Booster - International : This is total ###!!!
        I keep on applying but never get a call from the recruiter or a mail at least.
        Job Search Guidance With Job Thought Report : what is this service i never get a call for the guidance ????...
        Please refund my amount if not 100% then at least for the International package which will be rounded up to 70K.

        This services are hilarious and ridiculous ..
        I am requesting you people to return back my Amount ..
        If you people are not capable to provide me the service return back my amount ...
        I will be in peace...
        This is my hard earned money which you people grab it in my Bad times.

          Dear sir,

          I am writing to a fraudulent transaction done on my credit card inr 16000/- on date 19-july-2019 at 5.20 pm. I received a called from shine.com [protected] & [protected] regarding refund money which i paid the shine on may-19 month of inr 4000/- but there is no money refunded. They made a fraud of 16000/- on my credit card. It very shameful that it happened on shine.com & cases are increasing day by day. I am not only person this happened with me, there lot of person facing the same issue. First of all, your employee made fake commitment to customer and making the payment basis of cheated to the customer. It seems that company is growing basis to cheated to customer and making fraud transaction to customer.

          It will be spoiled company name (Ht media) in market. No one can trust to shine.com (Ht media) if it is doing same things.
          I request you to please refund my hole money soon and take necessary action on this matter and punished who is culprit. Shine management need to investigate this carefully.
          I hope you will give a positive response on this matter and resolve our issue soon.

            I got a call from shine.com regarding serives nd to get calls for interview by taking their paid service and raj was on the line and he promised me all the services regarding my resume on top on different job portals/direct calls from recruiters both domestic and international by paying a fee of rs. Arounf 5000 which i paid promptly. He assured me of call back from an expert. Now i got a call from gaurav who explained me about how they help candiadtes to get job abroad with salary in multi lacs per month and asked for 18k more to deposite and took raj online where raj totally denied for the services without paying rs. 18000 more and shine.com have no policy of refund. Now plz suggest how do i get my money back or sue them in court.

                Shine.com job protal has looted 48k from under various packages to offer me guaranteed jobs in gulf. after taking my money, they stopped calling me, hasn't share any job leads to me, not even took any efforts to post my resume for gulf openings.

                I had list of many other friends who got cheated by this type of same fraud made by shine.com

                      I have mail them to return my money as no service is provided also they are not replying to my mail. It’s more than 3months no service is provided. They are fraud they only cheat all people. They always talk about services but they don’t provide it.

                      A whole money of 10036 in three transactions as such 915/-, 1950/-, 7171/- money was deducted. I want the same to be refunded. An associate has been calling since Saturday for the interviews. My interview was taken on the same day. And they charged me the same. They left me with no response inspite of number of attempts made.

                        I was looking for a change therefore i opt to shine.com but later when i received a call they asked me to pay inr 3363.00 for internal/priority hiring later when so called consultant was appointed to me he asked to pay for 6118.00 for employment verification and then 8495.00 for education verification. Even after these they are asking for 13859.01 (In the name of visual resume for experienced professionals, job search guidance with job thought report, super express). Still there are no calls or emails from companies i haven't pay the last amt. 13859 therefore whenever i complain that i have paid 17976.00 still no call from companies they always excuse because i haven't paid the last amount. Who asks this much amount from candidate? I was so needy of job still i paid this huge amount. It will be great if you can please help in getting refund.

                          Abhinav singh a recruiter of shine.com called up saying my cv was deleted for apollo white clinic and the registration process requires me to pay 3540/- followed by 10030/- for document verification and the 21840/- for some final verification process which he said would be the last n final payment. I paid him all the amount this far. Now he has asked me to pay 42000/- before fixing my interview which i haven't paid. He has mailed me receipts of the payments i have done and said that it will all be refunded once i join. But i feel that he is a fraud because shine.com claims they don't take money from candidate's. Kindly look into the matter and i expect complete refund of the amount paid so far

                            Let me introduce my self my name is Ali Abrar Zaidi, I have received the calls from shine.com on dtd.02.07.2019 and they told us if you will be take the paid services of shine.com so I'll be give you offer in MNC company of Rs.100000/-per month after that I have paid the Fee of Rs.1998.92 for three month job seeker Opportunity after that again Shine.com representative Mr. Gaurav([protected]) has call again on dtd.03.07.2019 and he's demanding please pay Rs.5712 for updating extra skills in your resume after done this payment Mr. Gaurav again pressurized that please pay Rs.11766/- for IFRS certificate and again pay of Rs.24306/-for portfolio and again pay Rs.42714 for LinkedIn profile etc.. so shine has taken total money Rs.86497.06 after all payment Mr.Gaurav told us your training will be start from 04.07.2019 with Mr. Ansari senior officer of shine.com he is seat in Bangalore office after discussion with Mr. Ansari they demand money of Rs.40000/- pay again then your interview session will start but when i will regret the pay money so they directly told us if you will be not pay the money then your process never start so I inform to Mr.Ansari that please give me few times so I'll be discuss with Mr.Gaurav they whole payments regarding after that Mr.Gaurav told us sir we cannot refund your money due to shine.com policy you will be wait and pay the amount after that your session will be start.

                              I am bijin i registered my self in shine jobs. First i got a call from your side to pay 1500 for registration. I did that after that then my call transfered to some senior he said that my profile transfered to relationship manager of tata for job but i have to pay rs 3800. I told him that this one is the last amount he said yes, then i said ok and paid that amount also. After that he transfered my call to some another person for activation the account he asked another around 12500 rs. I denied for that sir i this was not the right way to work. I told him plz refund my money back which i was paid he said the amount is transfered back only by rs 10000. So i asked to pay another rs 4700. I denied to pay the amount. I know that consulting companies charge some amount for registration. But that experience of mine was not good. I lost rs 5300 its my humble request u to refund my money.

                                O have applied for indigo airline ground staff job vancany through shine.com. and applied for this job.then i hot the messege your cv has been selected and they will called and they asked sent your documents .that all things i have done.and again they called and ask you have to pay rs 2000 then you will be selected for apttitude test.that amount i sent to bank account.then they will sent a link on mail then i pass the aptitude exam.and they told you are selected for second round interview on telephone .tommarow they will called and condut a telephone interview then a selected and they told rs7500 you have to pay for medical .that amount will be refundable. Then i paid that amount and i got offer letter .then again they ask 10500 for airport training on indigo airline that also i have to paid .joining date should be 12/07/2019 .now i cant contact moblie number will be switch off . plz help me the money will be refund

                                Hi,
                                My name is Asha and i applied for job in linkedin than got call from shine.com they told me and conviced me to pay 3290 for registration and providing job.
                                After that again one person called me and said to pay 6500 for highlighting resume and again they told to pay 11000.
                                He told i will call and connect with you and work with you. But number is switched off and no email response nothing.

                                I think its a fraud and i have to report this. Its all about trust with shine.com lost.

                                Please help me in my refund. Hope it will resolve.
                                Please help and refund my amount... its totally a fraud case... please do the needful..

                                    I have received calls thrice from shine.com for registration for paid services and job offers with sum initial payment. When I started that I’m not interested in paid services they started saying that are you not interested in building your career?its just 5000 rupees can’t tou spend that much for your career? I said that am not interested and I already have a good job. They started talking rudely there after when I replied in a harsh tone they just disconnected the call.It’s has been seen only from shine.com and not from any other job portals. Kindly look into the issue.

                                      They asked me 2000 Rs for some security reasons and said refundable after interview. After transferring money i feel like iam fooled...they said interview was for some indigo airlines..it has three stages first a online test after that a telephonic interview and at last face to face interview at kochi international airport..

And now from last 2 months they heve blocked my contact no and now i m totally helpless. My father is autodriver and my mom is maid. Plzz help me sir i just want my money back.                                         Asking for registration money rs 2500 for airport jobs . I was suspicious so i googled reviews of shine.com and found all sorts of complain of fraud. I was lucky that i din't transfer money immediately before searching.

                                        I am sanket shendkar upload my CV for job regarding but that time shame on shine policy some one call me many times on morning call comes 12 times but most executive taking like non-sense [protected] there is one mobile listen this no call recording how to treat shine for customer.
