My money was deducted by one of your employer for registration. She said that it was 10 rupees but it deducted my whole amount of account. She told her name is akansha, she said that it was done by me. She was using vulgar language to a customer. It hurts athours feelings. So, please kindly consider my complaint and resend my money. Because i am a unemployed searching for a job.

    Hi sir my name is vempatapu suresh, i got a call from shine.com yesterday, first one lady talk with me second time one man talk me about bank, he was saying provide job to me that's why he asked 1700 rupees for security purpose amount, so i am paid that amount, and yesterday 5:30 clock i got call like telephonic round interview, and today i got a call he saying i am selected for telephonic round. So next certificate verification round that's why he is asking me 6500 amount, please resolve this problem and refund my money

      Today i receive a call from shine regarding job they said me to create account and pay rs.10 i said ok.. When i made payment of rs.10 they fradulently deducted rs.8400 as they cheated me through creating account. My hard earn money lapsed. Now i am calling they said we will refund you soon. The number is[protected]. Guys pls pls pls dont get trapped from this job portal sites. They cheat you and nothing will happen to them

        I got a call from shine.com and i was told many stories about the job assistance they provide. They took rs. 4576/- though private link sent to my mail.

        Later i they started calling for getting more details from me and spoke to me to create allurement and demanded more money for other services and they said that was mandatory.

        I demanded refund but they refused to refund and they said it was not their policy.

        I check the account of them from cc avenue that it was shine.com only who called my like spy. And i sent mail to cc avenue about this.

        Then i received some mail from some company email address. It is possible to send mail from other domain names. The body of the mail was just a fake content of theirs only.

        Be cautious not to loose money. Check from truecaller the caller id and see if any spam written on it. Spam calls come to you to check some of your personal details which could be a personal threat to you if don't know what the caller is expecting you to speak.

          I am unhappy with shine team for improper response & cheated me about job, i given approx10000rs for foreign job but they not provide any domestic or any foreign job, even not arranged interview or any calls from shine team, before i was thinking shine team is trustful but that was my mistake, i am waiting from more than 8 months for positive response.

            Dea shain.com today i got a call from mr. Karan sharma phone number is [protected] regarding core java job in ibm.. For interview he asked me to pay 3000 and even i paid through phone pay then i got a call from [protected], he haid he s hr ibm, he asked so many questions normal like interview process.. Then again that person called and sent mail regarding i got job in ibm, he need more 5100rs for document verification..

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I am Shristi Biswas uploaded a CV in Shine.com portal on 22.06.2019. Thereafter, I got an email (attached in jpg format) from them by which they had sent me a link to deposit an amount of Rs. 2143/- which they assured me to refund after 2nd round of interview. Immediately after the mail one Mr. Ashish Mittal, mob No. [protected] called me in my mob No. and convinced me to pay the amount but when I tried the transaction failed. Then he gave me a account No. and told me to pay the amount in that A/c. Since he was narrating all my details from the CV which I had uploaded in Shine's portal naturally no doubt had come to my mind and I trusted him completely and made the transaction.

              After the 1st transaction Mr. Ashish Mittal told me that an interview confirmation has been generated and hence an amount of Rs. 9523.00 needs to be deposited. A referral code was sent by him in Google pay and he told me to pay against that & I paid the amount as per his instruction. Again he called me after some time and said it has happen by mistake and no amount has been credited actually I need to pay an amount of Rs. 19113/- . Another referral code sent by him and I was told to use the same and pay 19113/-, I did the same. Not a single time it has come to my mind that they are fooling me. Now I could see that entire amount has been debited from my account and this time I was absolutely out burst and told him to refund my entire money as I was no more interested about the interview and job. Then he said fine no problem we will return the amount to you, this time they generated another account with my name and advised me politely that you take back the entire amount of Rs. 40543/-. I could see in Gpay that the amount is getting transferred from my one account to other. Since I am not very conversant about this I have transferred the amount and was rest assured that I have got the amount back.

              Kindly note that during this entire transaction period I have not received a single SMS from my bank. All SMSes were delivered to me in the late evening and I was absolutely surprised to see that each and every entry have been debited from my account leaving hardly a balance of Rs.11452.00 in my A/c. I am attaching herewith my bank statement and screen shot of referral codes for your kind information.

              Also, I am attaching herewith my 3 emails, sent to Shine.com as complaint but they have not initiated ant suitable action for refund of the amount. They are not even bothered to acknowledge my mail.

              I request you to kindly help me to get my money refunded at the earliest possible. I have seen many complaints against Shine.com in your portal. What I could find, it is a big racket going on and I sincerely urge for necessary action in this regard.

                On the date of 21/06/2019, one guy has followed up to me from shine.com his name mr. Nitin mobile no [protected]. He committed that you have to pay rs. 5721.00/- and after that, we will work on your profile and will activate globally. So, i had paid that amount rs. 1770/- invoice details: (In20190621_214248_154420) and uploading my resume. After that another guy his name mr. Ranjan jha (Relationship manager) mobile no. [protected], call up telling he will handle my case, after telephonic conversation he will send a link for educational vitrifaction and work experience but the link he send was proforma invoice of rs. 4630/- he told me it was the necessity for verification and placement. When i refused to give the money, he refused to work on my profile, when i said that why did not give the information before, then mr. Ranjan jha said in threatening manner that the same happens in shine, until you give money no work will be done on your profile nor any money will be refund.
                I was not expecting such a wrong tone and bad or fake commitment from from shine employee. Please refund my money and take action on such employees.

                  I have approached shine.com for job services and jithendra has coordinate and told that rs.12, 997 after discount i have paid rs.11, 033 this include all services and promised that no further amount required for the job services.
                  After paid this amount today they called me and asked for rs.10, 000.
                  And they are telling, if it is not paid further process will not move.
                  I have asked several times is there any other charges will come. Jithendra told that this is final., but again came for other payment. I do not want his cheating service. So please refund the same.

                  After paid shine job service on June 23rd, till now I have not received any proper job requirement in my specific area like Tirupati from their side. So they promised that weekly 2 job requirement will send it. I think they are cheating me and paid unnecessarily Rs.13, 500. Please do the needful.

                    I got a call from shine regarding ba job opportunity . Initially they asked me to pay 2138 for registration, I did that then they asked to pay 6523 RS for documentation .. then they again asked to pay 10500 RS for security. On refusing to do that they asked me to send a cancellation email . In doing that they send me a link and asked me to make futher more payments for RS 8666. On refusing that they switched off there cell phone and later i tried calling again they asked me to provide them with my card and account details.
                    Please help me get my 8666 RS back .. I have copied of all the emails . And phone recording of all the call .

                      I was asked to pay a fees of 4696 for increased visibility, proforma invocie id: in20190624_215233. After i paid that i was told to pay 9439, proforma invocie id: in20190624_215233 for document verification. Then again i was asked to pay 15, 339.
                      This happened on 24th june evening.
                      I questioned them about what was this for, and why didnt they tell me earlier about subsequent payments.
                      I just want refund of the earlier payments now

                          I received a call from your end on 08/04/2019 regarding job openings in 3 banks as i was looking for a job. One girl was there and she asked me whether i am interested or not. I said i am looking for a job and then she told me that she is transferring the call to her supervisor who will help me out.

                          My call was transferred to mr ravindra. Mr ravindra told me that currently openings are there with 3 banks and i need to do the registration first. Then he told me that for registration purpose i need to pay rs 2, 950/- including gst. So i made the payment online at the same time.

                          Once the registration is done mr ravindra told me that for education verification i need to pay rs 7, 000/. I said fine. I also made the payment of rs 7, 080/- at the same time.
                          After making the payment of rs 7, 080/- mr ravindra asked me to pay rs 14, 160/- for employment verification purpose. I said i am having my relieving letter with me. But he said its compulsory to make the payment. Without that they can not schedule the interview.
                          He told me that once i paid rs 14, 160/- they will conduct one telephonic round of interview and with in 4-5 days physical round of interview will be conducted.

                          I asked him three times that this will be the last payment which i supposed to make? He said yes sir this will be the final payment which you need to pay and after that you don't have to pay anything. Once you pay rs 14, 160/- your telephonic interview will be scheduled and once that is done with in 4-5 days personal interview (One to one) will be done.
                          I have made the payment of rs 14, 160/- and then he told me that i will have to make another payment of rs 12, 000/- for profile activation. I said"i have asked you that this will be the final payment then you said yes this is the final payment." then how come you are asking me to make the payment of another rs 12, 000/-.
                          Mr ravindra said that for profile activation i need to pay the amount of rs 12000.
                          I told him that you never have said this before.
                          Before making payment of rs 14, 160 i asked three times to mr ravindra that this will be final payment which i will have to do.
                          He also confirmed that to me.
                          But later on he was asking me to make the payment for profile activation. I told him that i am not having that much amount with me right now. He said that you arrange the funds and make the payment.
                          I said that i dont want to do any registration and you cancel my request and refund my amount which i have paid till now.
                          He said that is not possible and i will have to make the payment.
                          I have informed him that my father is not well. He had 2 brain strokes and i was not working since last 8 months. And i need to also pay my emi's. Then also he was not ready to listen. He insisted for making the payment. He said i should borrow funds from my friends or from my relatives. I asked him to wait for 2 days but i could not arrange the funds. Then i asked him to cancel my registration. He was telling me that it can not be done.
                          Then he has initiated a cancellation request but i have not received refund as of now.
                          Also i have not received any communication from your end.

                          I am in trouble and mr ravindra told me that i will be getting refund of my funds in 3 working days.
                          He also told me that he will be sending my details on my mail but i have not received any single mail from your end.
                          Last week i had escalated this issue and had a word with your manager mr. Suresh nigam.
                          Mr suresh told me that he has processed the request for refund and with in 3 working days it will be done.
                          As of now i have not received any funds in my account and i am trying to call mr ravindra but he is not picking up the phone. Its been 28 days now and i am in need of funds as i wanted to make my emi payment.

                          This is a clear example of giving false commitment and not giving proper information to customers. You want payment to be done on immediate basis but once payment is done, for refund you are not responding.

                          Request you to kindly look in to the same on priority basis as there is false and miscommunication from your end and do the refund on priority basis.
                          Also train your employees to give proper and complete information.

                            Yesterday i got a call from mobile no. [protected]. He was saying that he is hr of shine.com.
                            He told that he was calling from hyderabad. He said my cv got selected for kotak mahindra bank, icici bank and bandhan bank and asked me to apply any of them. I said i want to apply for kotak mahindra bank. Hecsaid me to pay registration fee. I paid 2895₹ at first for registration process. Then again he asked to pau (5899 ₹) to get id. I asked why he want so much amount. He said it is refundable. I paid again. Abd i paid total rs. 8794. But neither i got id to login nor i got any refund any refund.
                            I told immediately to refund my money but he said it will take 15days or more maximum.
                            I want refund. It was my hard earn money, kindly help. And do the needful as soon as possible.

I applied for kotak mahindra bank and paid 2895₹ At first for registration process. Then again he asked for it (5899 ₹) to get ID. I thought but I felt it’s genuie that time I paid again the money. But ai didn’t get any ID. I told immediately to refund my money but he said it will take 15days maximum.
                              I want my money immediately. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                Yesterday i got one text message from a number. The message was like "they are recruiting accountants for airports and if you are interseted call them". They also mentioned shine.com in their message. So i called them and they told me to pay rs.1800 and also told me to send my documents to the mail id airline. [protected]@gmail.com. They said that the money is refundable if i failed in the interview process. What should i do? Is this fake or not?

                                  They called & insisted to take paid services to increase job chances.But It is almost more than 2 month i have taken the paid services and i have not got even a single interview or job requirement is this past 1 month.
                                  My C.ID- is CP 188757.This service is with 90- days validity and already 60 days have crossed. I want to complaint against them as they are making money out of it and not giving valid services.Their marketing & concerned persons are not even picking my calls.

                                    Shine call up regarding job opportunity so I paid rs3363(payment ref:IN20190618_212966) for uploading my resume . After that another guy (soorj sharma)call up telling me that he will handle my case, he told me everything was in order he will send a link for educational verification and work experience but the link he send was proforma invoice of Rs.9439, he told me it was the necessity for verification and the placement is also 100% guarantee in a high profile designation so I ended up in paying the same (ref: IN20190619_213344_125224) after that he send me another link I thought it was link to upload certificate and work experience but the link was another proforma invoice of rs.15339 I told him I won't pay the ask him to refund my previously paid amount but he told me everything will be lost if I didn't pay 15k and he will also close my case if I didn't pay the amount. The way shine.com dealing is very unethical and they are all in together. Please refund

                                        Got a Call [protected] as A HR from Shine.com and said my CV got shortlisted for the Post of ASM in HUL and arranging an interview With direct company person so that With Rs 1850 I need to transfer in there official given account for registration process. After that they Arranged a Fake interview the informed me that I got selected and for further process I need to sign in Bond with Security deposit of Rs.20000. And as I know there is not such process in the HUL. So requesting you to kindly stop this kind of fraud activity and help me to get back my Money.
