Yesterday evening from shine.com from number [protected] and [protected] called my wife saying they are from shine.com for some cash to be paid for job purpose they deducted twice 5000 rupees from my account. Total of 10, 000 rupees being deducted. My name is syed sirajuddin residing in bangalore. I have complaint in bank also in police station regarding this fraud. Please help me into this matter. I have already contacted shine.com.

Today i got call from shine.com recruiter they said u r selected for a mnc co.in which i had to pay 1500 as a deposit fee which is totally refundable..
I got doubt in my mind that something is wrong.
Then i checked your site in which it is clearly written 'be smart dont pay for the job'.
Then i blocked the number and marked it as spam call.

This is for my kind request i receive for a call from your company they offered me a job as a nursing superintendent in pune/mumbai location, they inform me the job is ready you just want to complete the formalities so i agreed according to them first payment was done (I will attach the proof) then they sent me another payment link around 16 k plus i confirm with him is this last one he told yes, but after that he send me another link near about 28k i didn't pay that. I am really disappointed with this deal i talk to the person almost one hour then he agreed (Before he told me all are refundable and now he changed the words) he promise me will start processing rest after i will join the job, today also some one call and ask money again untill now i didn't get any positive replay about my job my present ctc is 85k+2bhk they offered me 1l30k+2bhk so that i started to seeing really i can't trust anymore
Either refund me my money or give me job you offered, if again and again try to cheat me i will go for further. Please do the needful

After that she said me, (Her name is aisha sharma [protected]) you paid the registration fees 2500 refundable to not selected. I paid.2500 in this account

Training letter icici bank there was mention the training securitie fees 7200 pay refundable to ur first month salary before next process. Then i got to know that these people are fake, i need my money back, otherwise i will raise a case against you, and i am a blogger also and i am going to publish this article in every social media and all over the world..

On apr 22 i spoke to one lady by name gita for shine.com paid services for job.
Initially as quoted, i paid 4696 amount for the services and she directed me to a person called shivam agarwal. He said he will be my designated guide and asked me to complete further formalities. I started by saying that recruiters will ask for verified candidates and asked me to pay amount for various services by giving misleading information. Though i kept denying the services he forced me by giving false information and misled me in taking the services which was not opted by me.

I want the complete refund of whatever payment is done. Shivam agarwal, gita and shine.com just cheated me by giving false information and misled me.
If this refund is not initiated, i will have to take legal action and send a legal notice to organisation and recover my money legally.

Today i have got a call from name mr rohit srivastava, ([protected], [protected]) said that calling from shine.com from gurugram. He asked me to pay 10 so that he will generate shine job id and they will use the same for arranging a job interview. I did not know that its spam. Its completely trap, he fooled me not only by taking the money two times via online.

As one of the recruiter, mr. Ravi singh ([protected]) of shine company told me to submit rs. 2000 for the online test for airlines and mentioned it as a refundable amount, yet that amount is not being refunded by the company. I’ve been speaking to mr. Ravi but recently he is ignoring the call and not processing forward to refund the amount. Hope you take an immediate action and refund it as soon as possible.

As a matter of fact, if you people think that we can be fooled by the fake company calls, you are gravely mistaken. Calling continuously on behalf of different non existent companies through a definite series of numbers cannot be considered unnoticeable from my end. If already i had told you that i am not interested in paid service, then obviously i am not.
Calling me through different portals won't change the fact that i will show any interest in paid service at all. However, when trying to complain over this after identifying the voice of your employee or whosoever was the lady, she was pretty rude. I have the call recording and i am urged to complain further on such issue. I don't know how you will resolve it.
But i have sued many virtual service companies before and won't bear with such intolerance at all.

Once i got a call from shine.com, she said to that to pay 2000 for registration fees and take my documents.
After a day i got a call from her senior. He said me to pay 4800 and i paid after he had cheat me and said to pay 8500 and after 12500, after 10200, 10000, 15000, 13600, 18500, 31560 and now he was not receiving my call

My name is sourav ghosh. I got a call from shine.com... Asking for the registration and then will be able to provide desired job. After registration they are demanding again for cv writing, profile verification, employer verification etc and make me transfer fund 4 times for rs 34000/- after that i didn't get any positive feedback from shine since last 35-40 days. Today 17.04.2019, i got a call from shine executive for the refund of my money which i have given to shine, because they are unable to provide the job and there is no such vacancies at the moment in delhi ncr. Asked me to launch a complaint in the website name www.workwithshine.in by giving rs 10/-. They asked me for net banking. So when i proceed for the payment of rs 10, suddenly i got a message from bank otp send for the transaction of rs 1500/- and this feels so ridiculous to me that shine started playing with the sentiment of the job seekers. I want necessary action should be taken against this fraud company. I got a call from [protected].. And found this is unreachable after sometime. Please take necessary action and get refund my hard earned money.

I received a call from one mr. Raj kishore from shine who got all my information from me and my desperation to find a job with a higher pay, as my current pay is as low as 15000 per month. He made a lot of professional promises and told me that he is going to work with my profile. He told me that i don't have to pay a single rupee more after i enroll for shine professional services. He calls me every now and then and finally forced me to pay close to 5000.
Then he calls me after few days and ask me to pay shine for some other services, that would get me jobs immediately as my profile is amazing and will fetch me a job immediately and i have to pay close to 13000 on this regard. He even tells me that he will drop my profile if i dont pay, and ask me to forget about my job and all its possibility. He made use of my desperation and made me pay that amount after talking with me for over an hour. He even told me that i dont have to pay a single rupee afterwards.
Then a week later he demands another 4200 for shine for resume development as it is a crucial component to get a job. He tells me that he is going to work on my profile immediately and next i will call him thanking him for a job i received.
A week later he calls me back congratulating that my profile is shortlisted on the international market and will have to pay another 7000 plus tax for a certification. For this, i became a bit agitated. He then tells me if i need a job or not. Many people have paid a lot and why dont i pay just 7000?
He asks me if i was serious about getting a job or not.
He then tell me to forget about my job and profile i do not pay.
I have no idea what to do.
I am cornered and i feel that i am getting victimized for my desperation.
For a person who earns 15000, i have already paid about 23000 to shine in less than a month.
They asked me to trust shine and its team as belongs to hindustan times.
But,, it is close to a month after sending them a cv, experience certificates, giving all profile details, a paying close to 23000, they are demanding more money, or, they are going to drop my profile.
All that shine has provided to me after paying them 23000 is a lot o[censored]nfulfilled promises, pain, hunger, financial crunch, acute shortage of finances, tears, and agony.
I dont really know where to go for justice. All i have with me are call recordings as evidences.

I have paid a huge amount to shine.com.
At time of registration they said ut will be one time payment but later i discovered they were asking for more money saying that for my profile i need to pay them certain amount more, i agreed thinking that it will be little more amount but after paying that they asked for some more money again and it kept going on and on and on. I asked them to tell me the exact amount required for registration, but all time they kept saying that this invoice is last and this went on. This way i paid a big amount. I didn't paid last amount as i understood this will never end as these people will keep asking for more money all time. I had enough of this, i want my money back.

Please help me.

I was received some msg from shine.com for hiring electrical engineering. After i was call this no, mail he pay the 1500 rupees for job conformation. After i was pay the amount again he asked further 4500 rupees and some documents for providing soft copy of job offer letter. I was pay the amount, he asked further again money for me. I was comfort it is fake. So please take action from this member and i have to refund my money..

These shine.com is a fraudster cheating people of rs 4000 promising jobs offers unconditionally and says that its from house of ht times.
Then after payment one person calls and promise a salary of twice that you have. Talks for 15-20 minutes non stop and at the end says a one liner that make payment for 10000 for follow up after this.
Escalation dose not help, they are very rude and talk like goondas. One mr vinod handling escalation emails, was also very unproffesional, rude and arrogant. Says go and complain to anyone, am least bothered.
No refund.
Are we so impotent not able deal with such types of fraudsters operating cheating people all accross.

At last they not stopped asking money so i confirmed it was all fake thn i stopped paying and asked to refund then they forwarded my calls
