Dear sir,
I had availed a paid service from shine.com called featured profile. After making payment for this service they called me again and said you have to make another payment. I made all the payments for rs. 7000/-. But i did not get any benefit. When i mailed them, they said it all depends upon your qualification and profile. However, earlier they had assured me.

before selling above schemes to me, Shine.Com representatives told me that they have many vacancies where my CV had been shortlisted. But as I made payment there was no response. I wrote them mail, they said it all depends upon your profile. If it all depended on the profile then, how did they claim?

I did not received a single call after availing above service from Shine.Com.

Please reply to this complaints, otherwise I will move to some other authorities.

I got a call from shine, telling that am shortlisted in a top construction company, as a processing fee I need to pay 2, 500/-, so I paid, later they fixed me a interview cal and informed that I had been selected and asked to pay 5, 800/- as security deposit which is refundable on joining date, so I paid, next day I got a mail n cal asked to pay 10, 800/- for internal process fee, and that's the last payment, so I paid, after two days I got a asking for payment of 14, 800/- for getting hardcopy to my house address, I sensed it as a fake n stoped paying. So guyz pz help me in getting back my money which I had paid totally. Hope u guys will help me.

    Welcome to jet airways
    Presented here are the details that refer to our offer of employment to you in the role of ground
    Staff in dr. Babasaheb ambedkar international airport. Your role designation wills be
    Ground staff.
    1. Training period:
    The training program would consist of classroom training and on-the - job training. The duration of the
    Classroom training would be purely based on business requirements. Your confirmation will be based on your
    Positive contribution to the company’s objectives. Based on business requirement, period of training can be
    Extended for a further period of six months or part thereof. Your continued employment with the company is
    Subject to your meeting the qualifying criteria during and at the end of the training.
    You will be eligible for a training performance - linked incentive (Tpi) which would range from 10% to
    15% of the fixed gross salary based on your performance in the training program that you would undergo.
    The details of this scheme will be communicated on your joining.
    2. Probationary period and confirmation as a permanent employee:
    You will be on probation for a period of 3 months after completion of your regular training and allocation to

        Shine.com is fooling people by asking them to register for a small sum like 3000 or 4000 then once this is done they pitch with a resume or job assistance and demand another 10000. After that is fine they say that personal service is needed and that will cost extra. These people are cheats and there is no transparancy. They push the candidate to make payments at the earliest.

          My name is sumathi i am business women as i am looking for job in international level i have uploaded my profile in indeed portal i just call from shine.com... Saying that only 7000+gst would get you job in international level but after paying 7000+ they call passed to one more person called shivam he asked me to pay only 5+ for extra service after long arguments i paid and he said for the resume writing and documentation 10+gst as he said that was the last payment i paid it and again 16+gst they said for the some portal profile charges... I said i don't have money i would reconsider other wise you repay the amount.. He forced me this would be the last transfer do it you will get the benifit of free visa airticket highly paid jobs ect... Ect.. I paid... After that he sent one more payment link 24+ gst i really frastrated and stop the payment asking for the refund... They are not doing so... Iii i just want my money to be refunded hence forth they should not cheat other please block and remove them from the job portal... This is my humble request

            Dear team,

            This is in reference to odelite solution : registered mobile nos [protected].

            Below is the complete facts agreed upon by your team on call
            A. The account for posting job was purchased on 6th feb 2019.
            B. The account did not get active despite providing the documents for kyc
            C. We had been in continues follow up for activation and every time on call your team members will assure that it will happen in 48 hours and then there will be no response. We have call records for all the communication, the number of times your team has just hang up the call, the time we had to just wait wait and there will be no response for 5 to 10 minutes, which shall also be present in your records
            D. On 30th march i received a mail from the accounts team with copy of invoice for the job service to which we raised our concerns as the invoice was for service not activated.in response we got a mail that the service has been activated from 20th march 2019 to which we immediately reverted that why the same was not informed or communicated.
            E. We have mailed the issue to your team to which there is no response as to why there was no communication for activation of the account and how come it is the customer who has to bear the punishment for failure from shine.com side.
            F. We have also called up to your call centre who simply state that since the account was active it will be valid up to 18th april 2019 even if the job got posted on 30th march 2019 and we are sorry, we apologise for the failure of communication but we can not do anything, when asked to provide the same on mail they denied upfront.

            So in short
            1. Customer has to bear with delay of account activation from 6th feb 2019 to 20th march 2019
            I hope you understand that a service required on a date and provided after 40 days already loses 50% of its value
            2. Customer has to follow up for activation and every time your team provides deadline of 48 hours in mail and then no reverts no communication no activation and still it is the customers duty to follow up
            3. One fine day your team activate the account, do not bother to communicate about the activation to customer
            As forget about the activation mail, even the mail for getting login credentials was shared on 30th march 2019 so how do your team expected to post job without providing login credentials
            4. Your customer call centre guys hang up on customer
            5. Your customer call centre guys make customer wait for more than 5 minutes by stating sir please let me check and gone
            6. Your accounts team can mail the invoice but recruitment team does not revert on mail since past 13 days
            7. The customer wants 30 days of job posting for which he has paid for, nothing additional nothing extra, the job got posted on the day customer got knowledge about account activation and login credentials and still he is a fined and the job posting is provided for 18 days only.

            In case there is any lies or wrong statement revert back or the same will be considered true.
            In case you guys have communicated about the account activation on 20th march 2019 then provide proof for the same.

            What action to be taken against the false commitments from your team on mail regarding activation in 48 hours and no response or revert after that.

            I know that the service charged is for nominal amount of inr 200/- but the amount of effort and time spend after follow up was huge.

            We shall appreciate a professional response in writing and acknowledgement that the whole case was presented with facts and despite all shine did not want to provide committed service.

                  I got a call from sunitha stating that she is from shine.com. She nicely talked to me and asked me to pay money rs:1500. After paying that they asked me to pay rs:3500 which i denied and asked them to revert back my 1500. Then they said our server got raised its limit. So pay 3500 so that i will transfer immediately whole 5k. I did. And after that they said same server limit increased, pay another 5k so that we will transfer whole 10k. I didn't did.

                  But please refund my 5000 back to me.

                      I got a call today from radhika and the mobile number was [protected]. She claimed that she is from shine.com and had all my personal details. She informed me about internal openings from various institutions and finally asked me to transfer rs 10 to her account through net banking. I found the whole thing very mysterious and later got to know that this was a fake call and they are into cheating clients by claiming about various job opportunities and cheating them with money.

                        I have been called on 5th of april 2018, and have been said that i need to pay 6237 for shine interational job services. Which i denied and again they called on 8th of april and said that i have aroud 20 openings in uk and once i pay the 6237 rupees i will be assigned a person who would guide me for further interview process. After paying the 6237 rupees, they have given me a woman named pooja bhardwaj (Pooja. [protected]@shine.com), now she asked me to pay 9132 for the resume verification services that too i have done, again she called and said to pay 16519 for international jobs. That too i paid, now she is asking me to pay 19144 for six sigma training then only i would be considered for the job, i dont have that much money so i paid 5000 and now i'am bankrupted in the name of the job.
                        Totally i paid around 36888. Which is really a huge amount for me. They are so rude and not even their customer support is supporting me.
                        In the name of services they are slowly increasing the prices. To save the previously paid money i have lost up to 37000.
                        Please help me sir, i dont need their services.

                        i only have one question to shine learning, why there is no transparency in you pricing. you asked me to pay only 6300 and slowly you forced me to pay up to 37000 and expecting me to pay more. neither you provide job security, even your education counselors does not have any idea about what they are selling. if you have said me to pay 51000 in the beginning only i would have been prepared for that. you said me only 6300 so i paid. its pure fraudent activity by shine learning team, even the customer support is very bad. i said i dont have any extra money to pay still they say your 37000 would be wasted if you do not complete the process. even udemy has 30day refund policy if the course is not satisfied. but not even the servce have been started and you don't have any refund policy. i will fight for my rights. until it is justified.

                              Note: phone number [protected] : rohan was the person who was online throughout this discussion.

                              Pfa email on the link which we received for the payment of amount rs 4285/-, we clicked on the link and tried paying through credit card which failed.
                              When the amount got failed, mr rohan asked us to pay through phonepe app to the phone number [protected] : paid 4285/- amount.

                              Upon successful completion of the above payment, later we received a link asking to pay rs 9990/- for document verification which were not happy to process as its huge amount and we declined for the payment and asked for the above amount to refund.
                              When we asked for the refund of the amount, mr rohan accepted and sent a promo code ref/4285 and asked to apply promo code in message through phonepe app. When we applied the same again one more time the amount deducted rs 4285/- from my bank account which is not at all acceptable.

                              Now the total amount paid is rs 8570/- which is not at all acceptable, when we said the same to mr rohan he asked us to pay 8570 again with the new promo code generated which is not at all acceptable.
                              This clearly says that user is not happy and forcefully amount has been deducted.

                              Request for early action on the above deducted amount with the positive reply as per your refund and cacellation policy.

                              If things won’t go smooth and problem occurs then i might go for legal action.

                                I was just going all the job vacancies on shine.com and suddenly i got a call, told that its from shine, asked me to pay rs.10/- for some services but asked that whether i was using laptop/mobile, i told that i am using laptop. When i went for rs.10/- payment, i got message telling that your 10k got deducted from shinejobvacancy.com.
