I got a call today from radhika and the mobile number was [protected]. She claimed that she is from shine.com and had all my personal details. She informed me about internal openings from various institutions and finally asked me to transfer rs 10 to her account through net banking. I found the whole thing very mysterious and later got to know that this was a fake call and they are into cheating clients by claiming about various job opportunities and cheating them with money.

    I have been called on 5th of april 2018, and have been said that i need to pay 6237 for shine interational job services. Which i denied and again they called on 8th of april and said that i have aroud 20 openings in uk and once i pay the 6237 rupees i will be assigned a person who would guide me for further interview process. After paying the 6237 rupees, they have given me a woman named pooja bhardwaj (Pooja. [protected]@shine.com), now she asked me to pay 9132 for the resume verification services that too i have done, again she called and said to pay 16519 for international jobs. That too i paid, now she is asking me to pay 19144 for six sigma training then only i would be considered for the job, i dont have that much money so i paid 5000 and now i'am bankrupted in the name of the job.
    Totally i paid around 36888. Which is really a huge amount for me. They are so rude and not even their customer support is supporting me.
    In the name of services they are slowly increasing the prices. To save the previously paid money i have lost up to 37000.
    Please help me sir, i dont need their services.

    i only have one question to shine learning, why there is no transparency in you pricing. you asked me to pay only 6300 and slowly you forced me to pay up to 37000 and expecting me to pay more. neither you provide job security, even your education counselors does not have any idea about what they are selling. if you have said me to pay 51000 in the beginning only i would have been prepared for that. you said me only 6300 so i paid. its pure fraudent activity by shine learning team, even the customer support is very bad. i said i dont have any extra money to pay still they say your 37000 would be wasted if you do not complete the process. even udemy has 30day refund policy if the course is not satisfied. but not even the servce have been started and you don't have any refund policy. i will fight for my rights. until it is justified.

      I was told that I have to pay registration charges Rs.4683 for 180 days Job searches for good jobs for which company will guide with placement services consultations. I paid the amount through HDFC credit card. They said their expert would talk and again he asked me to pay which shocked me and asked his name and details. He was rudely tool me I am highly qualified enough to find job for myself and discontinued call. Kindly return my registration money back other wise I am placing a consumer Court complaint.

          Note: phone number [protected] : rohan was the person who was online throughout this discussion.

          Pfa email on the link which we received for the payment of amount rs 4285/-, we clicked on the link and tried paying through credit card which failed.
          When the amount got failed, mr rohan asked us to pay through phonepe app to the phone number [protected] : paid 4285/- amount.
          Transaction-id: p1904071120250381775193
          Upon successful completion of the above payment, later we received a link asking to pay rs 9990/- for document verification which were not happy to process as its huge amount and we declined for the payment and asked for the above amount to refund.
          When we asked for the refund of the amount, mr rohan accepted and sent a promo code ref/4285 and asked to apply promo code in message through phonepe app. When we applied the same again one more time the amount deducted rs 4285/- from my bank account which is not at all acceptable.

          Now the total amount paid is rs 8570/- which is not at all acceptable, when we said the same to mr rohan he asked us to pay 8570 again with the new promo code generated which is not at all acceptable.
          This clearly says that user is not happy and forcefully amount has been deducted.

          Request for early action on the above deducted amount with the positive reply as per your refund and cacellation policy.

          If things won’t go smooth and problem occurs then i might go for legal action.

            I was just going all the job vacancies on shine.com and suddenly i got a call, told that its from shine, asked me to pay rs.10/- for some services but asked that whether i was using laptop/mobile, i told that i am using laptop. When i went for rs.10/- payment, i got message telling that your 10k got deducted from shinejobvacancy.com.

            After 10k deducted this mobile was switched off, now no one is answering my call.

                      Instead of doing service for what i have paid they started promoting their other education modules as if i am not aware. I have asked for refund of money and they say that they dont have refund policy. I have been first told only 5000 is the fee later they sent the links for other activities which are interlinked as per their conversation with me and willfully impressed upon me as if they are most essential. I have landed up paying nearly 50000 half of my salary and now they say that i have to do a certification course then they can look for openings. What ever they talk as it is not recorded they can deny that but payment has been done by me which i have posted here is evidence of contractual relationship and as i lost belief that they can not provide me services i request you to persuade the company to refund my money.

                        Hello,

                        On october 24 2018, i paid more than 70000 inr for jobs in 'n' no of countries etc. Till now i did not get a single interview call. And i don't need your services anymore. So i stopped using shine and shine learning.

                        But today i got a call from [protected] (Mishra) saying that he is from ht media-shine and going to refund the amount. And he forwarded to [protected] (Sandeep k) said that he is from hdfc bank and asking personnel details. Like bank account number and ifsc code.

                        Even i know this is fake, but need to check how long it goes, for checking the genuinity i give the details. And i got *fake messages* that account credited for 61000 inr amount. While no money got refunded. Are you guys sharing our phone numbers. And making fun or what?

                        Utilizing a job searching person wisely and taking all his time and money.
                        Also while questioning this, started using unparliamentary language. Like i have looted your money and precious time.

                        What kind of services are you doing.?

                        I have to forward the details to cyber cell office and my near local police station regarding this, if this is continuing

                        Will keep on reporting this until this reaches to the right person (If any).

                        Then who is giving details to these frauds(still from shine that you don't agree) that even they saying that I have paid this much and all details. How do they Know I paid X amount and to Y service. Don't act that you guys don't know anything. Then It is your mistake that you are not safe to do your job. Leaking details to Frauds. OTP I never send to anyone, only happened is fake messages of Credit/debit. I should have dismissed the welcome call. my mistake, Frauds everywhere.
                        Where is the opportunity.? any single call.? forget MNC no calls from any employer. After attending interview I did not get selected means OK. I can understand atleast you gave one oppurtunity.
                        Time is money. my 5+ months and 70+k Rupees for that services.? where it gone.? where is the outcome
                        Finally agree that you don't have any role in this. Only thing Shine will do is in the name of services taking maximum amount of money. And saying that no jobs available or Respondents not available. What a fabulous game.??

                          11 march one representative call me that your resume will be boost and highlighted and you get job easily for the paying of 3992 rs. I getting the interest and pay amount. Again a call come to me and say that you open your mail and again pay this amount 9197 rs otherwise your previous transection will be void. By the way they not tell this matter before. By force fully and threatened to stop your previous transection so i again pay the 9197 rs. Again the said open your mail and make transection 13800. I become confuse and become cry. But i have no suficient money in my account so they tell me today sent 3000 rs next day you pay remaining. By the fear of lost my enter money i pay 3000 again. Next day the call for money but i denied to pay more. I only belive the ht media is genuine but today how they chitted me i cannot imagine. Kindly refund my paying amount.

                              I have registered with shine.com as a candidate looking for job. I was informed that i need to pay an amount of approximately only rs.5000 for the services offered by shine.com
                              I was informed that my resume will be rewritten by the team and will be sent to many employers.

                              My resume has already been rewritten in the canadian format and i informed about the same to the team.

                              The next day i made the payment of rs.5308
                              (Transaction id : in20190401_188564_144423)

                              I got another mail and call after making my payment. They told that i need to pay about rs.10000 again for the services.
                              Why was i not informed by the team about this earlier? Why is the team not transparent about what you need from the candidates?
                              It is the company's duty to explain about the complete payment details to the candidate.

                              Now this is like these people pulled us in by saying i need to pay only rs.5000 and after that they are fooling me saying that i need to pay 10000 for any services. Why do they play with our hard earned money?

                              I need an immediate reply for this issue.

                                  Sir i received a mail from shine which is saying that u r selected for an interview to a company named ibm limited and they asked to pay money for 3 times
                                  And i paid rs. 6200/- as 2 times
                                  And called for interview in hyderabad
                                  I went there and the hr called to me and said that u have to pay rs/-15000 and said that this amount is added to ur account in the 1st month salary
                                  I rejected the job and informed that please repay my money to my account
                                  They said that u will receive ur money with in 45 days
                                  Bt nw they switched off their mobile phone when i'm trying to call them
                                  Plz repay my amount to my account

We will like to clarify that Shine.com is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants/Paytm.

                                  Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund.

                                  This kind of no such activity has been done at our end, in association with such fraudster. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements.

                                  Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    This is cheating by shines.com executive as i was interested to take the services from the shines.com for the 6 moths improved visibility package by executives follow ups. Package mrp was 4424/- i was negotiated to 3500/- and made the payment by credit card. Shine.com is not giving the committed services. They are asking for further 920 rs for activating the services. Then i refused to pay 920rs. Then executive is replied that then they can not provide the services and forget abount 3500 rs which i had paid already.

                                    I have taken following services in 3500/-
                                    1. Resume showcase (Featured profile) (6 month)

                                    2. Resume booster (1 years.)

                                    Please give me a justice imidiately.

                                    Today also number of executives from Shine.com is called and asked to pay further 920 rupees.

                                      I got a call today (3/29/2019) from shine recruiter (A lady priyanka) for a job air ticketing officer in jet airways and totally i had 2 interview rounds (Through telephone)
                                      They have collected 26000 rupee totally from me through google pay and bank transfer

                                        Shine.com staff is calling me for paid services. They have called me today again and i told them that i don't want paid service and disconnected but he called me back and said how can i disconnect his call and also started telling me that a person like me should not do that. I disconnected again and then he kept calling me when i was busy with me colleagues in an important work. He took is personal.

                                        This has mentally harassed me and want a letter from company explaining me how can any staff call me again and again when i have told that i don't want services.
