Shine representative mr. Sonu rawal has called me on 28th feb 2019 called me with the [protected] number regarding paid services in shine.com. He explained to me that i will sure get a job with a good hike i. E., min 40% and will get immediate interview calls once i pay ₹ 3, 000. I paid immediately because i am looking for a good opportunity. But the next day i got a call from shine representative, mr. Raj kishore called me with the [protected] number and said "we verified your information and cv, basis on this you have to pay another ₹10, 000 for getting all the services". I was surprised and asked "i already paid the amount and why i have to pay extra". Then he said it is like a initial payment and to activate all the services you have to pay ₹ 10, 000". I have told them why you have not given the same information before paying the ₹ 3, 000. Then he blamed me as a money minded person, shouted on me and forcing me to pay ₹ 10, 000. He saying continuously that i am a money minded person that is the reason i am not paying the remaining amount of ₹10, 000 for my career opportunities. I asked them to refund the ₹3, 000 since i have not used any service and not convinced the way they are treating with me. He is continuously blaming me that i am a money minded person so i cut the call by saying that hindustan times limited is fraud since they are saying from beginning to attract customers that they are the group of hindustan times limited and they are in the media for 90+ years. After few minutes again mr. Raj kishore called me, and said"how dare you to call hindustan times limited is a fraud company". I have taken that as a threatening call from shine.com and behavioral issue in the management since he is saying that he is the head of shine.com. And not allowed me to speak to their superiors. He verbally abused me as a psychopath because i have not made the payment and asking all the questions. He agreed that their team has not given proper information on the additional pay before i paid the initial amount ₹3, 000. Then as a compensation i asked for the refund and not willing to continue the services. He refused. They are saying that i am not a customer of them since i have not made ₹10, 000 for the further payment.
I have recorded all the above conversation in my phone call. If required i can provide the same.
I am raising this compliant on 4 things:
1. Verbal abuse on customer.
2. False information to customer.
3. Forcing the customer on paying more money even he is not willing to pay.
4. Threatening the customer.
Customer support is not even responding even after raised the request 10 days back. Worst service to the customer. Simply put an automated mail and leave the customers on their own. Just for money sake you are running the company not to support the customer.

Moreover, If you are getting a call for further payments, then might be sales team proposing you some value added service which is up to you whether you want to buy it or not.
