Shine.com — Certification Exam schedule/ booking is getting Delayed

Earlier this Month, I booked the AWS Solutions Architecture-Associatre program (Online Training and Certification Exam with Shine.com).
Online training completed successfully.
Now, I like to book / schedule my SAA-C02 certification exam.
I contacted Shine.com and asked them for the same.
Since last week, I am getting update from shine.com is that they will look into my query.
I am not sure, how much time Shine.com needed to book/schedule my SAA-C02 certification exam.
Please share escalation matrix to divert this issue to concern Person / Team

Worst ever correspond from shine.com.
They stopped picking phone calls. Not replying with updates / resolution over emails.
Kindly advise how to get back money that was registered under shine.com program?

Just come to know that I have to pay additional payment to shine.com to get back my registered / paid amount to shine.com under learning program.
This is horrible.
Can someone please guide me / advise how to escalate such issues?
Shine.com is eating my hard earned money.

Dear All, just like to update all of You that still I did not get back my money. Also, this is a big scam.
Someone is using this complaint forum for their personal purpose to cheat with candidates.
Please be aware and do not get fool again.
