[Resolved] Shine.com — Money Fraud/Theft for Job/ Looted 34370 rupees | |
I had received call from Miss Priyanka Sharma from shine.com (ph no [protected]) on 13/01/2021 as I was at work I couldn't receive that call so I dropped a sms that you can call me later. So today again I received call which I couldn't pick as I was at work, so later when I was free I contacted on that number where this lady told me that she is talking from shine.com and she has job opportunities for me on their portal. For that I need to register on their site for which she provided me with a link Shinework.online to fill a particular form and one time registration amount of Rs 100/- to be paid. As I was desperately searching for job, I proceeded the transaction that failed for 3-4 times, as the amount wasn't deducted I remained carefree about it. But later I received a sms that 4910/- are been deducted from my account, I checked my passbook but didn't found anything just a transaction to a mobikwik with ref number. Later I recieved call from same lady asking for the completion of transaction for which I said no, but in return I face a debit of 4910/- from my account, so for that she said it's ok I'll help you in same you'll get back ur money I'm lodging a complaint and then she provided me with a complaint number, for which she said I'll receive one code "blank entry" which is valid only for 20 seconds. Failing for which my amount won't be refunded. This blank entry thing happened 6 times later and every time it costed me 4910/- instead of getting credited all the time it went from my account. I have all the payment statements from bank for the same. The whole big total of 34, 370/- looted in just an hour. From then I'm receiving similar calls on daily basis. I tried seeking help from help desk of shine.com, but it doesn't look like they are really interested to help. Please help me. I need my money back, I need refund for this loss which is done under name of shine.com. I have a family to support. 😪😪 Was this information helpful? | |
