[Resolved] Shine.com — My Money fraud

Everyone, few days back a person from shine.com reached out to me regarding the job opportunities and told me I need to register n made me pay 3500 and later she connected the call to another person(Swaroop) and he said I need to highlight my profile and made me pay 9500 and later he said this is for ur overall and made me pay another 10k n then he says there is a final u need to pay 20k for that... When I asked him y didn't u say those before he insists that he told me already ...they made me pay a total of 23k. And now when I ask for refund they won't pickup their call nor reply the texts.
Please help me on how can I receive my money back.

Updated by Madhuri moulika Guys, a guy named Mukesh reached out to me regarding my refund and says I need to pay cancellation charges of 3000 to get my refund ...I asked him to deduct it from the money I paid and send me the rest but he says it is a company policy etc ... please help me on how I can recover my money
