Greetings company has not provided their services as promised
I have repeatedly raised my complaints and grievances through all the channels known to me.
Even after persistent efforts from my side, Shine team has failed to resolve the matter . The promise of refunding the entire amount has not been fulfilled till date. My efforts to reach out to the team via phone have been blocked conveniently by switching off the phone. This has left me with no options but to take up the matter publicly
