[Resolved] Shine.com — Paid Rs 60000+ and they are still asking for more money

I have paid close to 70000 towards Shine.com.
I can send screen shots confirming payments received.

They are still asking for more money with no roles offered yet.
They are not providing a refund either.

I am helpless now.
They are not ready to refund. Pushpendra says that Saroop is looking into my profile while the other guy says that Pushpendra is looking.
They commit something and do not fulfil the same.
I plan to file a complaint against them.
