[Resolved]  Shine.com — pmp courses amount paid but not got the service. I need my whole money back

Dear Sir/Madam,

I received call from Shine.Com and they asked me for their service where they will give my resume for the 1st preferences in their website to display. And told me the total charges will be Rs 2900 approx.
When I opt for that they started telling that I should take some other services as well and on immediate basis to get the job on high priority and I paid again Rs. 6101 saying my profile willl be verified so I shall be among those candidate with profile verified. After paying this amount again they asked to pay Rs 13000 + to have PMP courses so that they cam mention candidate is persuning PMP courses. I was little upset as they were telli ng that I have to pay within that date so that they can close the activity from their end and due to followup call I had to pay using credit card EMI option.
I noticed that they were too much interested on my profile rather then me as a candidate saying opportunity will not wait for a single day. So much of emergency to get the payment from customer. Anyhow I paid and thought I am investing something.

Then after 2 days again they called me and started saying that you need to have some professional round of training required which will be taken by some Leadership company and their team and every month they select only 4 resume for this activity which will result to provide a job within 1-2 month. And they asked me to pay another RS 3100 (for Job Interview Assistance By Mr Sarabjeet Sachar). I felt there are some funny things are going so I refused to pay and told to activate all the other services that I opt for.

But believe me till date I haven't received my PMP courses online video, and other study material. When I called to their customer care they are saying as I haven't opted for Rs 31000 courses so the PMP courses not activated. Really silly reason. Also if I write a mail to them they are not clearly saying when it will get activate. When I wrote a mail to them to de-activate my all service and refund entire amount, the customer relationship guy (Ujjwal Anand -- ujjwal.[protected]@shine.com) started telling very harshly saying that the amount is not refundable.

I am really helpless at this moment. I felt I am in a trap and when saw lot of complaints on Shine.Com really afraid. I need help from your side to get the complete refund from Shine.Com

Hi Shine team,

I got a call from GoCertGo from where you have arranged PMP course. They have sent an email stating Shine can cancel the course. Therefore I request you to cancel that course and refund my PMP course money.
Please reply and revert back.
