My name is jenish. K. Janardhanan, i have paid 12000 inr for shine resume services, after few days i got call from again shine and asking for the profile updating and future job interview confirmation need to pay 253 usd again. I ask to refund the amount and i dont want to continue the process they told there is no any refund policy, i need to cancel the activation and need to refund the amount
