Dear sir, I received a call from shine executive on 14rh aug at 1048. He didn't introduce himself but asked me whether he was speaking to glen. I answered in a positive. Then he started explanation to me the schemes in a fake american accent. Si i told him to please speak correctly as i could not understand his vocab. To that he started abusing profusely. I told him you cannot abuse your customers. But he kept on abusing. So i hung up the phone. His name was amit and called from the number [protected]. I have done call recording of the same. I received another call at 311pm. Another customer executive who didn't introduce herself, but on asking she disgustingly replied that her name is jyoti. Call recording also available for this. Nbr is [protected]. I guess shine.com has no customer service ethics in speaking to customers. Plese let me know what action has been taken on the 2 executives.
