[Resolved] Shine.com — Salary payment | |
Hello My name is Tejaswini. I had received an email from shine site ([protected]@alert.shine.com) regarding home based typing job. I had contacted the number mentioned in your email. I had paid the registration fee and the assessment was completed and also submitted. They said the salary will be processed the next day of our submission. But later they asked me to pay the GST and file processing fee of rupees 6250. So I made my payment and I was told that the amount paid went into the suspense account, so they requested me to make the payment again, however, it end up in suspence account. Later they informed me that there was an issue with the server and later they fixed it so they asked me to pay half amount of rupees 3250, so that they could process my salary. Total amount of 15750 was sent by me and they have also dropped an confirmation email saying that they will process my salary before 9pm yesterday dated 27th November 2020. But once I done my payment there was no response from them. So I tried contacting them and their phone numbers are off. The numbers are[protected] Rajendra singh( mentioned in email ) and[protected] Aditya ( senior manager). I have attached all the screenshot of the payment and also the mail from Shine and also the confirmation mail sent by them. Kindly look into it and do the needful at the earliest.
