[Resolved] Shine.com — taken money 9000 but did not provide any service

I uploaded my profile at shaine.com they called me and promised to provide many service but they did nothing and not even respond to my complaint grievance properly, since 3 months now they even stopped responding to my mail, kindly do need full, sumone got entire details form they called me and taken 3000 from paytm by telling that you will get your refund.

Thank you for your complaint and we really appreciate you taking time to share your concern.

Refer to your email, you had made the Rs.9098/- for the services which has been initiated on the basis of your consideration. We had replied to your all concerns via email. Moreover, the payment which you had made to paytm that does not belong to shine learning as these days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. We will like to clarify that Shine.com is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants/Paytm.Below are the service details:

Updated by shareef abbas nothing has happend as you said, after i said will not pay the more amount, if the he is not belongs to shine .com then how he came to know i ma talking to Mr. gavarv and how he know that i paid 9098 rupees and it can be refunded as you want to cancle the sevicies, just tell me who shared all these things, now please refund my money and i want your Un conditional apologize for the incontinent you people created to me ... and REFUND My Money

It has been forced on me after i paid 2900.00, If i dont pay i dont get any services, after i paid 6000.00, again its has been told by Gourav that if I dont pay 6000 more I dont get any services, everything will be paused, what are you talking yaar. why dont you people sit togather or have a concall and discuss who said what..?

You are just reverting to my mails you are not giving resoluation..?

Since 6 months you did nothing see the attachment wat kind of jobs i get... in attachment

Keep your services with you i dont need simply you took my 9000 rupees and did nothing just refund my money...

your Team ember Mr. Gourav clearly said we will not go further if you don't pay remaining 6 thousand rupees, then stooped everything, now your giving me deferent explanation since 5 month you did nothing now you are giving me this kind of expectation, after taking my money you never responded to my mail's on time not your provided me any services, I dont want your service refund my money.
