Dear team, This is regarding my grievance. Yesterday (4/4/2018) i have paid around 84, 771 towards few services. Initially i was not told about the whole amount. I believe it was one time amount. But i have realized that unknowingly i have spent a lot of money over it and i am not willing to continue with it. Hence i request to withdraw from the services which i have not yet availed. I did not realize initially till the time my balance was over from my account. Please see the details of amount payed towards the respective services. All are calling from their personal numbers and they say that the call is being recorded. When i fall short of money i was asked to pay it from my friend's account too. I have a dropped an email to [protected]@shine.com as well. They said they will get back to me within 48 hours but i did not get any notification as such. Today (5th of april) When i called them again, their tone is entirely different and they on face say that they are not going to refund. I did not even pay full amount for the services, so how can they activate my services. When i said that i will not avail their services they said, its upto me if i do avail or not but the refund is not possible. You can hear all the calls. My question is what kind of example are you setting to your clients/customers. Is this the way you treat people. Is money nothing to you. Please, do help me.. When you pay so much money towards a service, you have all the right to ask for it. You cant deny me that. Please help me team.
