[Resolved] Shine.com — Value packs subscription | |||||
I had subscribed to Shine's value pack which promised to avail me with suitable job matching my profile. I am an engineer cum MBA. The promises by Shine.com were not devlivered at all. They sent me jobs like BPO, DATA ENTRY, BACKEND, instead of several mails and verbal interactions with Shine.com regarding the kind of job I was looking for. Before making the transaction, they told me that the jobs I was looking for would be provided by them. By the end of the 4th month I was asking for my refund as I have found a job on my own, without any assistance from Shine.com. The team infact asked me for all kinds of proofs to enable my refund, but no response post the proofs mailed out to them. 3 remainders regarding the refund have been made, but in vain.
