Dear sir/madam I was informed of your service and paid for some of your service, instead of giving me service, your sales team went on selling different packages to me and giving me information in piecemeal manner. On understanding that the service will not be of optimal use to me, i had requested for a refund of money paid before initiaing service. Instead of closing the request your team continued the service initation and are telling me that company doesnt have refund policy. It is apaling that reputed company like yours donot have a refund policy and misled customer will not be given refund even if the service is not initated Please look into same and iniate a refund Was this information helpful? | |
