[Resolved] Shine.com — Failed on delivery commitment | |||
Poor after-sale support and customer service. I had purchased a job referral package 10 days ago but not operational till today as there have been problem after problem at shine.com/roundone. No response on phone, poor response on emails, lack of focus to fix the problem, casual approach... Highly disappointing. Have finally asked for cancellation of my subscription.
